Claims (13)

  1. Schachtel aus einem Wellpappbogenmaterial mit einem vieleckigen Querschnitt, umfassend Seitenwände (3, 4, 5, 6), eine das Oberteil der Schachtel bildende obere Wand (21) und eine den Boden der Schachtel bildende untere Wand (16),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Oberteil der Schachtel mindestens einen konvexen, in Bezug auf die Oberfläche der oberen Wand leicht vorspringenden und dabei im Wesentlichen noch in derselben Ebene wie diese befindlichen Abschnitt aufweist, welcher in der oberen Wand ausgeschnitten ist,
    der Boden mindestens einen entsprechenden durchbrochenen Flächenbereich (18) aufweist, der komplementär zu dem konvexen Abschnitt ausgebildet ist, rechtwinkelig hierzu und so angeordnet ist, dass er in den konvexen Abschnitt der darunter liegenden Schachtel greift, und
    der konvexe Abschnitt durch eine teilweise in der oberen Wand ausgeschnittene Lasche (26) gebildet ist, die auf einer Seite über eine durch Faltung verformbare Seite mit dem Verbindungsbereich zwischen der oberen Wand und einer angrenzenden Seitenwand verbunden ist und auf den anderen Seiten in Bezug auf die obere Wand ausgeschnitten ist.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die obere Wand (21) mindestens teilweise durch ein Umklappteil (21) gebildet ist, das über eine nicht geradlinige und/oder nicht durchgehend fluchtende Verbindungslinie (22) mit einer entsprechenden Seitenwand (4, 6) fest verbunden ist, wobei der nicht fluchtende Teil rechtwinkelig zu den konvexen Abschnitten angeordnet ist, um bei der Bildung der Schachtel die durch Faltung verformbare Seite zu bilden.
  3. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die obere Wand mindestens teilweise durch zwei Umklappteile (21) gebildet ist, wobei die konvexen Abschnitte in dem entsprechenden Umklappteil durch eine Linie in Form eines abgeflachten Ω vorgeschnitten sind, dessen Scheitel zum Inneren der Schachtel gerichtet ist.
  4. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die untere Wand und die Seitenwände durch eine Schale und die obere Wand durch einen Deckel gebildet sind.
  5. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie mindestens zwei konvexe, in Bezug auf die Mitte der Schachtel symmetrische Abschnitte aufweist.
  6. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie zwei Sätze von konvexen, in Bezug auf die Querachse der Schachtel symmetrischen Abschnitten umfasst.
  7. Zuschnitt oder Anordnung von Zuschnitten aus einem Wellpappbogenmaterial, welche(r) dazu bestimmt ist, eine Schachtel mit einem vieleckigen Querschnitt, umfassend Seitenwände, eine obere Wand und eine den Boden der Schachtel bildende untere Wand, zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die obere Wand durch mindestens ein Umklappteil (21) gebildet ist, das mit dem oberen Bereich der benachbarten Seitenwand (4, 6) über eine Verbindungslinie (22) fest verbunden ist, die mindestens einen nicht geradlinigen und/oder nicht mit der restlichen, eine Faltlinie bildenden Linie fluchtenden Linienabschnitt und mindestens einen teilweise in dem Umklappteil rechtwinkelig oder im Wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zu dem nicht geradlinigen Linienabschnitt und in dessen Nähe ausgeschnittenen Abschnitt aufweist, um bei der Bildung der Schachtel einen konvexen, in Bezug auf die Oberfläche des Schachteloberteils vorspringenden Abschnitt zu bilden, und dass der Boden mindestens einen entsprechenden durchbrochenen Flächenbereich (18) aufweist, der komplementär zu dem konvexen Abschnitt ausgebildet ist und rechtwinkelig hierzu angeordnet ist.
  8. Zuschnitt oder Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Verbindungslinie (22) einen ersten um einen ersten Abstand d von der Verbindung zwischen unterer Wand und Seitenwand beabstandeten und parallel verlaufenden Abschnitt und mindestens einen zweiten Abschnitt aufweist, der um einen zweiten Abstand d + e von der Verbindung der unteren Wand beabstandet ist, wobei e zwischen 1 und 5 mm liegt.
  9. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Zuschnitt vier Umklappteile (15, 16) aufweist, welche die untere Wand des Bodens bilden, und die obere Wand mindestens zwei teilweise ausgeschnittene, in Bezug auf die Mitte des Zuschnitts symmetrische Abschnitte aufweist, um bei der Bildung der Schachtel die konvexen Abschnitte zu bilden.
  10. Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass wie einen ersten Zuschnitt zur Bildung des Schachtelbodens und einen zweiten Zuschnitt zur Bildung der oberen Wand aufweist, wobei die obere Wand mindestens zwei teilweise ausgeschnittene, in Bezug auf die Mitte des zweiten Zuschnitts symmetrische Abschnitte aufweist, um bei der Bildung der Schachtel die konvexen Abschnitte zu bilden.
  11. Zuschnitt oder Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er/sie zwei Sätze von zwei teilweise ausgeschnittenen, in Bezug auf die Querachse des Zuschnitts symmetrischen Abschnitten aufweist.
  12. Zuschnitt oder Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die teilweise ausgeschnittenen Abschnitte in der oberen Wand durch eine Linie in Form eines abgeflachten Ω geschnitten sind, dessen Scheitel zu der Seite gerichtet ist, die der entsprechenden Faltlinie gegenüberliegt.
  13. Zuschnitt oder Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er/sie zwei Umklappteile (19, 21) aufweist, um die obere Wand mindestens teilweise zu bilden.
