Claims (5)
- Eclisse de secours pour la création d'une connexion temporaire de deux rails (2) successifs d'une voie, notamment pour la création d'un aboutage flottant, constituée à chaque fois d'une pièce de serrage (3) pouvant être montée de chaque côté du rail correspondant et de vis de serrage (6) connectant les deux pièces de serrage (3), avec à chaque fois un écrou fileté (7) et un volet de fixation (8) associé à celui-ci, fixé sur la pièce de serrage (3) et déplaçable par rapport à celle-ci, pour la fixation en rotation par coopération de forme de l'écrou fileté (7),
caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) les deux écrous filetés (7) des vis de serrage (6) sont associés à la même pièce de serrage (3) sur laquelle se trouve le volet de fixation (8),b) le volet de fixation (8) présente un trou oblong (10) dans lequel se trouve une vis de volet (9) pour la fixation du volet de fixation (8) sur la pièce de serrage (3),c) le volet de fixation (8) présente deux évidements de fixation (11) qui peuvent entourer à chaque fois partiellement un écrou fileté (7) en vue de sa fixation en rotation. - Eclisse de secours selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le volet de fixation (8) présente au moins sur un côté longitudinal (14) s'étendant parallèlement au trou oblong (10) un évidement de volet (12), et la pièce de serrage (3) associée au volet de fixation (8) présente une première came (13) qui vient s'appliquer dans une position de fixation du volet de fixation (8) dans l'évidement de volet (12).
- Eclisse de secours selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le volet de fixation (8) présente une deuxième came (16) espacée de la première came (13) dans sa direction de déplacement (15), laquelle vient s'appliquer dans une position de travail du volet de fixation (8) dans son évidement de volet (12).
- Eclisse de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux cames (13, 16) et les évidements de volet (12) sont disposés symétriquement par rapport à un axe de symétrie (17) du trou oblong (10).
- Eclisse de secours selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la dimension de clé de la vis de volet (9) est identique à celle des deux écrous filetés (7).
