Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Notlaschenverbinder zur Herstellung einer temporären Verbindung zweier aufeinanderfolgender Schienen eines Gleises, insbesondere zur Herstellung eines schwebenden Stumpfstoßes, bestehend aus jeweils einem auf jeder Seite der entsprechenden Schiene anbringbaren Klemmstück und die beiden Klemmstücke verbindenden Spannschrauben mit jeweils einer Schraubenmutter und einer dieser zugeordneten, am Klemmstück befestigten und zu diesem verstellbaren Sicherungsklappe zur formschlüssigen Verdrehsicherung der Schraubenmutter.The invention relates to a emergency tab connector for producing a temporary connection of two successive rails of a track, in particular for producing a floating butt joint, consisting of a clamping piece attachable on each side of the corresponding rail and the clamping screws connecting the two clamping pieces, each having a nut and one associated therewith, attached to the clamping piece and adjustable to this safety flap for positive rotation of the nut.
Durch DE 29 52 734 C2 ist bereits ein Notlaschenverbinder zur Herstellung einer kurzzeitigen Verbindung zweier aufeinanderfolgender Schienen eines Gleises bekannt. Dieser Notlaschenverbinder setzt sich aus zwei miteinander verschraubbaren, in Gleisquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegenden Klemmstücken zusammen, mit deren Hilfe Verbindungslaschen an zwei stumpf aneinanderstoßende Schienenenden angepresst werden. Es ist darüber hinaus auch bekannt, zur Verdrehsicherung einer Schraubenmutter der die beiden Klemmstücke verbindenden Spannschraube eine sogenannte Fallklappe vorzusehen. Diese in einer Ausnehmung des Klemmstückes höhenverstellbar gelagerte Fallklappe hat jedoch den Nachteil einer Klemmneigung, so dass die Lösung der Schraubenmutter bzw. ordnungsgemäße Verdrehsicherung vielfach erschwert wird.By DE 29 52 734 C2 is already a Notlaschenverbinder for producing a short-term connection of two consecutive rails of a track known. - b) die Sicherungsklappe weist ein Langloch auf, in dem sich eine Klappenschraube zur Fixierung der Sicherungsklappe auf dem Klemmstück befindet,
- c) die Sicherungsklappe weist zwei Sicherungsausnehmungen auf, mit denen jeweils eine Schraubenmutter zu deren Verdrehsicherung teilweise umschließbar ist.

Damit wird die Sicherungsklappe 8 in dieser angehobenen Position fixiert und ermöglicht ein problemloses Verdrehen der beiden Schraubenmuttern 7. Die beiden Nocken 13,16 und die Klappenausnehmungen 12 sind symmetrisch in bezug auf eine Symmetrielinie 17 des Langloches 10 angeordnet. Die Schlüsselweite der Klappenschraube 9 ist in vorteilhafter Weise identisch mit jener der beiden Schraubenmuttern 7.The

Dabei befinden sich die Schraubenmuttern 7 zur Verdrehsicherung in der jeweiligen Sicherungsausnehmung 11. Gleichzeitig kommen auch die beiden ersten Nocken 13 in der jeweiligen Klappenausnehmung 12 zu liegen. Damit kann selbst bei etwas gelockerter Klappenschraube 9 ein Verschieben der Sicherungsklappe 8 ausgeschlossen werden. Zur Aufhebung der Verdrehsicherung wird die Klappenschraube 9 gelockert und die Sicherungsklappe 8 unter geringfügiger Distanzierung von der Schiene 2 in die Arbeitsposition (Fig. 3) hochgehoben, wobei die Klappenausnehmungen 12 in den beiden zweiten Nocken 16 einrasten. - An emergency fish-plate connector according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the securing flap (8) comprises a second cam (16), spaced from the first cam (13) in the displacement direction (15) of the securing flap (8), which comes to lie in the flap recess (12) of the securing flap (8) when the latter is in an operating position.
- An emergency fish-plate connector according to one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the two cams (13,16) and the flap recesses (12) are arranged symmetrically with regard to a line of symmetry (17) of the oblong hole (10).
- An emergency fish-plate connector according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the width over flats of the flap screw (9) is identical to that of the two screw nuts (7).
