Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Uhrengehäuse gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Die
EP 1 416 341 A2 beschreibt ein Uhrengehäuse mit Drehring, wobei der Drehring an einer Gehäuseoberseite an einem dortigen Gehäuseabschnitt, an welchem auch ein Uhrenglas vorgesehen ist, diesen Gehäuseabschnitt umschließend drehbar angeordnet ist. Die Sicherung des Drehringes erfolgt unter Verwendung eines Sicherungsringes, der teilweise in einer radial innen liegenden Ausnehmung eines dem Gehäuseabschnitt zuzuordnenden Elementes und teilweise in einer an der inneren Ringfläche des Drehringes ausgebildeten Nut aufgenommen ist. - Die
EP 1 431 845 A1 offenbart ein Uhrengehäuse mit Drehring, wobei der Drehring am Uhrengehäuse durch Zusammenwirken von Kegelflächen gehalten ist, die am Drehring und am Uhrengehäuse ausgebildet sind. - In der

CH 12 262 D - Allen bekannten Uhrengehäusen mit einem Sicherungsring ist gemeinsam, dass der Sicherungsring nicht in befriedigendem Maße dauerhaft und sicher an dem Uhrengehäuse gesichert ist.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Uhrengehäuse mit Sicherungsring aufzuzeigen, bei dem der Sicherungsring dauerhaft und sicher an dem Uhrengehäuse gesichert ist.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Uhrengehäuse entsprechend dem Patentanspruch 1 ausgebildet. Eine Armbanduhr ist Gegenstand des Patentanspruchs 5.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt ein Uhrengehäuse mit einer Gehäuseoberseite zur Verfügung. Das Uhrengehäuse weist einen an der Gehäuseoberseite angeordneten Gehäuseabschnitt auf, wobei der Gehäuseabschnitt eine Umfangsnut aufweist. Außerdem ist ein Drehring vorgesehen, wobei der Drehring den Gehäuseabschnitt drehbar umschließt und der Drehring mit einer Unterseite gegen eine den Gehäuseabschnitt umschließende Ringfläche des Gehäuses anliegt. Das Uhrengehäuse umfasst daneben einen Sprengring, wobei der Sprengring in die Umfangsnut eingreift und mit einem aus der Umfangsnut radial vorstehenden Umfangsbereich gegen die dem Uhrengehäuse abgewandte Oberseite des Drehringes anliegt. Schließlich ist eine Drehringeinlage vorgesehen, wobei die Drehringeinlage in einem zwischen dem Gehäuseabschnitt und dem Drehring ausgebildeten Ringraum angeordnet und an dem Drehring befestigt ist. Erfindungsgemäß bildet die Drehringeinlage eine radiale Anlage für den Sprengring, wodurch der Sprengring gegen radiales Ausweichen aus der Umfangsnut gesichert ist.
- Die Sicherung des Drehringes erfolgt bei dem Uhrengehäuse dadurch, dass wenigstens ein Sprengring vorgesehen ist, welcher in eine Umfangsnut des zur Lagerung des Drehringes dienenden Gehäuseteils eingreift und zugleich gegen die dem Uhrengehäuse abgewandte Oberseite des Drehringes anliegt und so den Drehring gegen ein unerwünschtes Abziehen von dem Gehäuseteil sichert.
- Für das rastende Verdrehen des Drehringes ist wenigstens ein unter Federwirkung stehendes Rastelement am Uhrengehäuse oder am Drehring vorgesehen, welches mit Rasten am Drehring oder am Uhrengehäuse zusammenwirkt. Bevorzugt sind mehrere, beispielsweise drei derartige Rastelemente vorhanden, die in gleichmäßigen Winkelabständen um die Achse des Drehringes verteilt angeordnet sind. Die Rastelemente bestehen zumindest an ihren mit den Rasten zusammenwirkenden Flächen aus einem hochfesten Material, beispielsweise aus einem keramischen Werkstoff, z.B. aus Siliziumkarbid. Das die Rasten aufweisende Uhrengehäuse oder der die Rasten aufweisenden Drehring sind zumindest im Bereich dieser Rasten ebenfalls aus einem harten Material, beispielsweise aus einem härtbaren Edelstahl gefertigt, z.B. aus einem martensitischen Edelstahl bzw. aus einem Edelstahl der Gruppe X55 CrMo 14, X65 CrMo 14, X90 CrMoV 18, X105 CrMo 17 und X110 CrMoV 15.
- Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Figuren an verschiedenen Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- In den
Figuren 1 und 2 wird mit 1 das Uhrengehäuse einer Armbanduhr bezeichnet. An der Oberseite ist das Uhrengehäuse 1 einstückig mit einem ringförmigen Fortsatz bzw. Flansch 2 versehen, auf dem drehbar ein Drehring 3 gelagert ist. Das Uhrengehäuse 1 sowie der Drehring bestehen bevorzugt aus dem vorstehend angegebenen härtbaren Edelstahl. - Der Drehring 3 ist an seiner Unterseite, mit der er im montiertem Zustand einer den Flansch 2 umschließenden Ringfläche 4 des Gehäuses 1 benachbart liegt, mit Rasten 5 bildenden, radial zur Achse des Drehringes 3 verlaufenden Nuten versehen, die bei montiertem Drehring 3 mit federnden Kugelrasten am Uhrengehäuse 1 zusammenwirken, so dass ein schrittweises oder rastendes Drehen des Drehringes 3 beispielsweise in Schritten von jeweils 6° möglich ist. Die Kugelrasten bestehen bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform aus jeweils einer Kugel 6 aus einem hochfesten Material, beispielsweise aus einem Keramik-Material wie z.B. Siliziumkarbid und aus einer Feder 7. Zur Aufnahme jeder Kugelrast bzw. der Kugel 6 und zugehöriger Rastfeder 7 sind in der Ringfläche 4 Bohrungen 8 eingebracht, die parallel zur Achse des Drehringes 3 orientiert sind. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform sind um die Achse des Gehäuses 1 bzw. des Drehringes 3 in gleichmäßigen Winkelabständen verteilt drei derartige Kugelrasten vorgesehen, deren Kugeln 6 in jeder Raststellung des Drehringes 3 jeweils in eine Rastnut 5 eingreifen, wie dies in der
Figur 2 dargestellt ist. - Zur Sicherung des Drehringes 3 an dem Uhrengehäuse 1 dient ein Sprengring 9, der aus einem geeigneten Federstahl besteht und in üblicher Weise geschlitzt ist. Im montiertem Zustand greift der Sprengring 9 in eine Umfangsnut 10 des Flansches 2 ein und liegt mit einem außenliegenden, aus der Umfangsnut 10 radial vorstehenden Umfangsbereich gegen die dem Uhrengehäuse 1 abgewandte Oberseite des Drehringes 3 an, und zwar entlang des inneren Randes dieses Drehringes.
- Der Drehring 3 besitzt bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform einen L-förmigen Querschnitt, d.h. er ist einstückig mit einem Ringabschnitt 3.1, der in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Ringachse liegt, sowie mit einem außenliegenden Abschnitt 3.2 gefertigt, der über die dem Uhrengehäuse 1 abgewandte Oberseite des Ringabschnittes 3.1 vorsteht und außenliegend mit einer die Griffigkeit des Drehringes 3 verbessernden Rändelung versehen ist.
- Mit 11 ist eine Drehringeinlage bezeichnet, die nach dem Montieren des Drehringes 3 am Uhrengehäuse 1 in den zwischen dem Flansch 2 und dem Ringabschnitt 3.2 gebildeten Ringraum eingesetzt und an dem Drehring 3 in geeigneter Weise, beispielsweise durch Verschrauben und/oder Verkleben befestigt wird. Die Drehringeinlage 11 ist dabei so ausgeführt, dass nach dem Einsetzen dieser Einlage diese eine radiale Anlage für den Sprengring 9 bildet und diesen dadurch gegen radiales Ausweichen aus der Umfangsnut 10 fixiert. An der kegelstumpfförmig abgeschrägten Oberseite ist die Drehringeinlage 11 mit der bei Armbanduhren mit Drehring üblichen Einteilung bzw. Skala versehen.
- Während bei der Ausführungsform der
Figuren 1 - 3 die von den Kugeln 6 und den Rastfedern 7 gebildeten Kugelrasten mit Rastnuten 5 an der Unterseite des jeweiligen Drehringes 3 zusammenwirken und somit die von den Kugelrasten auf den Drehring 3 ausgeübten Kräfte parallel zur Achse des Drehringes wirken, zeigen dieFiguren 3 und 4 als weitere Ausführung einen Drehring 21, bei dem die Kräfte der von den Kugeln 6 und jeweils einem Federblech 22 gebildeten Kugelrasten radial zur Achse des Drehringes 21 wirken und die von den Kugeln 6 und den Federblechen 22 gebildeten Kugelrasten nicht am Uhrengehäuse 1, sondern am Drehring 21 vorgesehen sind. - Der Flansch 2 des Gehäuses 1 ist bei dieser Ausführung zusätzlich zu der Umfangsnut 10 mit einer Vielzahl von parallel zur Flanschachse sowie Drehringachse verlaufenden Rastnuten 23 versehen, die wiederum den der Einteilung auf der Drehringeinlage 11 entsprechenden Winkelabstand voneinander besitzen. An der Innenseite ist der Drehring 21 mit Ausnehmungen 24 versehen, die jeweils zur Aufnahme einer Kugel 6 und eines die Kugel 6 radial nach innen federnd vorspannenden Federbleches 22 dienen. Zur Sicherung des Drehringes 21 am Flansch 2 ist wiederum der Sprengring 9 verwendet, der sich im montiertem Zustand oberhalb der von den Kugeln 6 gebildeten Kugelrasten befindet, d.h. von der Ringfläche 4 des Gehäuses 1 beabstandet ist, während die Kugeln 6 an dieser Ringfläche geführt sind. Durch den Sprengring 9, aber auch durch die Drehringeinlage 11 sind die Kugeln 6 und die zugehörigen Federbleche 22 auch an der dem Uhrengehäuse 1 abgewandten Oberseite des Drehringes 21 gesichert.
- Die
Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen als weitere mögliche Ausführungsform einen Drehring 25, der sich von dem Drehring 21 im Wesentlichen nur dadurch unterscheidet, dass anstelle der von den Kugeln 6 und den Federblechen 22 gebildeten Kugelrasten drei um 120° gegeneinander versetzte Rastelemente 26 mit zugehöriger Feder 27 vorgesehen sind. Für jedes Rastelement ist an der Innenseite des Drehringes jeweils eine Ausnehmung 28 gebildet, und zwar derart, dass das betreffende Rastelement 26 in seiner Ausnehmung 28 radial gegen die Feder 27 verschiebbar aufgenommen ist. Gesichert ist der Drehring 25 wiederum durch den Sprengring 9. Nach dem Montieren dieses Sprengringes sowie insbesondere auch der Drehringeinlage 11 sind die Ausnehmungen 28 einerseits durch die Ringfläche 4 des Gehäuses 1 und andererseits durch den Sprengring 9 und die Drehringeinlage 11 verschlossen, so dass die Rastelemente 26 mit ihren Federn 27 in diesen Ausnehmungen gesichert sind. - Ebenso wie die Kugeln 6 bestehen auch die Rastelemente 26 aus einem hochfesten Material, beispielsweise wiederum aus Keramik, z.B. aus Siliziumkarbid.
- Die
Figuren 7 und 8 zeigen in Teildarstellung in einem Vertikalschnitt ähnlich derFigur 2 sowie auch in einem Horizontalschnitt als weitere mögliche Ausführungsform ein Uhrengehäuse 1 mit einem Drehring 32, der wiederum einen Gehäuseabschnitt 2 des Uhrengehäuses umgreift und der durch mehrere mit dem Uhrengehäuse verschraubte und den Drehring 32 übergreifende Plättchen 33 an dem Uhrengehäuse 1 axial gesichert ist. An einer innen liegenden Fläche ist der Drehring 32 mit einer Vielzahl von Rasten 34 in Form von nutenförmigen Vertiefungen und dazwischen liegenden Erhebungen versehen, die mit mehreren in Ausnehmungen 35 des Gehäuseflansches aufgenommenen gefederten Gegenrasten in Form von Kugeln 36 zusammenwirken, so dass ein rastendes Verdrehen des Drehringes 32 möglich ist. Durch einen Dichtungs- oder Gleitring 37, beispielsweise einen PTFE-beschichteten Gleitring ist der Übergang zwischen dem Drehring 32 und dem Uhrengehäuse abgedichtet. - Die die Kugel 36 radial nach außen gegen die Rasterung 34 drückende Federkraft ist durch ein umlaufendes, für sämtliche Kugeln 36 gemeinsames Federblech 38 erzeugt. Anstelle des umlaufenden Federblechs 38 können auch für jede Kugel 36 eigenständig vorgesehene Federbleche oder Federn, z.B. Blattfedern verwendet sein.
- Weiterhin können anstelle der Kugeln 36 auch flache Scheiben verwendet sein, die dann mit ihren Oberflächenseiten parallel zur Ober- bzw. Unterseite des Uhrengehäuses 1 orientiert sind und mit ihrer Umfangsfläche wiederum mit den Rasten 34 zusammenwirken. Die Federspannung zum Andrücken der Scheiben wird wiederum durch ein für sämtliche Scheiben gemeinsames Federblech 38 oder Blattfederelement oder aber durch einzelne Federelemente, beispielsweise durch Blattfedern erzeugt, die die unterschiedlichste Formgebung aufweisen können. Die Verwendung von scheibenförmigen gefederten Rastelementen anstelle von Kugeln 36 hat u.a. den Vorteil einer besonders kleinen Bauhöhe.
- Weiterhin besteht bei der Ausführungsform der
Figuren 7 und 8 auch die Möglichkeit, die axiale Sicherung des Drehringes 32 beispielsweise wiederum durch Sicherungs- oder Halteelemente vorzunehmen, wie sie vorstehend im Zusammenhang mit denFiguren 1 6 beschrieben wurden, beispielsweise unter Verwendung des Sprengrings 9 oder eines diesem Ring entsprechenden Sprengrings. - Im fertig montiertem Zustand ist am Drehring 32 eine der Drehringeinlage 11 entsprechende Drehringeinlage 38 befestigt, beispielsweise durch Einkleben, Verschrauben usw., wobei diese Drehringeinlage 38 auch bei dieser Ausführungsform die von den Kugeln 38 oder den entsprechenden Scheiben gebildeten, gefederten Rastelemente sowie auch die zur axialen Fixierung des Drehrings am Uhrengehäuse dienenden Elemente, nämlich die Plättchen 33 abdeckt.

Claims (5)
- Uhrengehäuse (1) mit einer Gehäuseoberseite, aufweisend- einen an der Gehäuseoberseite angeordneten Gehäuseabschnitt (2), wobei der Gehäuseabschnitt (2) eine Umfangsnut (10) aufweist,- einen Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32), wobei der Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) den Gehäuseabschnitt (2) drehbar umschließt und der Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) mit einer Unterseite gegen eine den Gehäuseabschnitt (2) umschließende Ringfläche (4) des Gehäuses anliegt,- einen Sprengring (9), wobei der Sprengring (9) in die Umfangsnut (10) eingreift und mit einem aus der Umfangsnut (10) radial vorstehenden Umfangsbereich gegen die dem Uhrengehäuse (1) abgewandte Oberseite des Drehringes (3, 21, 25, 32) anliegt und- eine Drehringeinlage (11, 38), wobei die Drehringeinlage (11, 38) in einem zwischen dem Gehäuseabschnitt (2) und dem Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) ausgebildeten Ringraum angeordnet und an dem Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) befestigt ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehringeinlage (11, 38) eine radiale Anlage für den Sprengring (9) bildet und der Sprengring (9) dadurch gegen radiales Ausweichen aus der Umfangsnut (10) gesichert ist.
- Uhrengehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein durch zumindest eine Feder (7) vorgespanntes Rastelement (6) am Uhrengehäuse (1) oder am Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) sowie mit dem Rastelement (6) zusammenwirkende Rasten (5) am Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) oder am Uhrengehäuse (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Uhrengehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Rastelement (6) aus einem keramischen Material besteht.
- Uhrengehäuse (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem von dem Drehring (3, 21, 25, 32) umschlossenen Gehäuseabschnitt (2) ein Uhrenglas (15) angeordnet ist.
- Armbanduhr mit einem Uhrengehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
