Definitions

  • the invention relates to a spreader for gripping a standard container in conjunction with a crane device to which the spreader is attachable via a chain hanger, with holding elements which can engage in receptacles of the standard container and can be locked by means of a rotary movement of a horizontal control linkage.
  • spreaders are known in numerous embodiments. Because standard containers are taken and lifted with them, such spreaders can be built with a fixed span matched to the length of the standard container. It is also known to set up spreaders so that they can be taken simultaneously with them two standard containers (in the longitudinal direction).
  • the gripping of the container is usually carried out with holding elements, which are designed as a twistlock bolt and protrude from the spreader down. They engage in upwardly open recesses of the standard container and can be locked in the engaged state by rotation by 90 ° about its longitudinal axis, whereby projections of the twistlock bolt engage behind an insertion opening of the recess of the container.
  • holding elements which are designed as a twistlock bolt and protrude from the spreader down. They engage in upwardly open recesses of the standard container and can be locked in the engaged state by rotation by 90 ° about its longitudinal axis, whereby projections of the twistlock bolt engage behind an insertion opening of the recess of the container.
  • GB-A-2 216 492 discloses a spreader according to the preamble of claim 1, it is known to actuate the formed as a twist-lock bolts holding elements with a control linkage in which a rotatable about its longitudinal axis horizontal control rod in two rotational positions (“open” and “locked ”) is rotatable.
  • the rotational movement of the control rod is controlled by a control lever, which is pivotable on the upper side of the spreader about a horizontal, arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the spreader axis of rotation.
  • spreaders have also been set up which are used in conjunction with mobile crane systems, for example mobile cranes. It is customary to transport the spreader with a corresponding transport vehicle separately to the next site and there to build the appropriate crane and connect the spreader to the crane. In addition to the crane and the spreader crane accessories, such as additional ballast weights, spare parts and tools, individually or in small packages must be brought to the new location. There is thus a considerable transport effort.
  • the present invention has for its object to form a spreader so that it can be constructed with low space requirements and transported in an advantageous manner.
  • a spreader of the type mentioned is characterized in that for the rotational movement of the control linkage to the control linkage, a switching segment is connected, which has a curved-shaped and a shift fork leading recess for setting two switching positions and in an operating position in a vertical position erectable and in a transport position in a horizontal position can be folded down.
  • the spreader according to the invention thus has a switching segment which is suitable for controlling the switching linkage for the holding elements and is therefore connected to this switching linkage.
  • the connection is made via a hinge, which is preferably transverse to the shift linkage and a folding of the switching segment from an upright operating position in a horizontal transport position allows. In this folded horizontal transport position of the spreader seen by the switching segment requires no additional construction height, which goes well beyond the height of the Spreaderrahmens.
  • the transport of the spreader according to the invention is preferably carried out with a transport container on which the spreader is placed and connected with its holding elements in locked form. It is expedient if the transport container has the base of a standard container.
  • a spreader is usually provided with flat side guides, with which the spreader is brought to rest on at least one longitudinal side and a transverse side of the container to be lifted in order to center the spreader relative to the container. Accordingly, these page instructors must protrude in an operating position on the base of a standard container.
  • the side guides in an operating position with the spreader via intermediate spacers connected so that they protrude laterally beyond the base of a standard container and moved in a transport position without spacers to the spreader that they are within the base of a standard Containers are arranged.
  • the side guides can be arranged projecting downwardly in the operating position and be rotatable in the transport position by 90 ° in a horizontal position.
  • a preferred field of application of the inventive spreader is its usability for the formation of a transport unit with a special transport container such that the transport unit can be transported like a standard container.
  • the container needed accessories, in particular for the crane, can be transported below the spreader, so that no separate transport of the spreader is required.
  • FIGS. 1 to 4 is a container shown, which is not the subject of the present invention, but is usable with the spreader according to the invention in a preferred application.
  • FIG. 1 a transport unit 1 is shown in perspective view.
  • the transport unit 1 is covered with a tarpaulin 2, so that only the lower portion of the container 3 can be seen.
  • the tarpaulin 2 is fastened to the container 3 with elastic drawstrings 4.
  • tensioned drawstrings 4 By tensioned drawstrings 4, the tarpaulin 2 is sufficiently fixed and secured even when transported with a truck and the wind that occurs.
  • Pull-out working platforms 5 can be integrated on the front sides of the container. If the transport unit is transported on a conventional truck, it makes sense to provide such a work platform 5 at least on the rear end side. After the work platform 5 has been pulled out, an operator standing on it can release the drawstrings 4 and roll up the tarpaulin 2.
  • the transport unit 1 is in the same perspective as in FIG. 1 shown.
  • the tarpaulin 2 is curled from the longitudinal side of the container 3 lying in the plane of the drawing to the side facing the observer.
  • the arranged at the upper longitudinal edges of the container lateral longitudinal rods 6 are connected in the embodiment presented here with the tarpaulin 2 and are rolled together with her.
  • a central longitudinal rod 7 is connected to arranged at the end faces Giebelstangen 8. In about the middle of the container length is an additional central gable. 9
  • the tarpaulin 2 can optionally be scheduled to the right or to the left side of the container 3 out. For this purpose, first the tension bands 4 are released on the side to be opened and on the gable area. Then hanging on the front sides portions of the tarpaulin 2 are folded onto the top. Subsequently, a hand crank 10 is inserted on the side to be opened in the lateral longitudinal bar 6.
  • the hand crank 10 may be attached to the transport unit 1 in the interior during transport. Easier handling can be ensured if at both ends of the lateral longitudinal bar 6 each a hand crank 10 is inserted and two people operate the winches to avoid skewing.
  • the lateral longitudinal bar 6 is now rotated by means of the hand cranks 10 in the direction of the central longitudinal rod 7 and while the tarpaulin 2 is rolled on the longitudinal bar 6.
  • the side wall of the tarpaulin 2 and the roof are wrapped at the same time. In this way, the tarpaulin 2 can be rolled up to the other side, leaving one side and the top of the transport unit 1 free.
  • support cups are removed from a transport position, which may be provided for example on the cross members of a spreader, and in a tarpaulin side tube (not shown) inserted. On the support trays the rolled-up tarpaulin 2 is placed.
  • FIG. 3 the container 3 is shown fully released. Compared to in FIG. 2 the situation shown are now the central longitudinal bar 7, the gable bars 8 and the central gable 9 (all out FIG. 2 ). Easier operation is achieved when the middle longitudinal rod 7 consists of two sub-rods. At the four corner posts 12 of the container 3 are Abschwenkhebel 13. At the free end of the Abschwenkhebel 13, the side tubes 14 are arranged, in which the support cups 11 are inserted. It should be noted that in the illustration shown on the side of the container on which the tarpaulin roller 2 is located, the Abschwenkhebel 13 and side tubes 14 are not shown. However, these can be clearly seen on the fully open side of the container 3 of the figure.
  • the tarpaulin 2 After the tarpaulin 2 is completely rolled to one side and the gables 8, 9 and the central longitudinal rod 7 are removed, the tarpaulin 2 can be swung out with the Abschwenkhebeln 13 from the container contour. For this purpose, first the tension straps still attached to the end faces are to be loosened and the pivoting levers 13 are to be released. After the tarpaulin 2 has been swung out, the container 3 is completely released.
  • FIG. 4 shows a side view of a transport unit 1 in a state intended for transport, for the sake of clarity, however, the Plane is omitted and not shown.
  • the illustration shows the container 3 with a spreader 15 located thereon.
  • the working platform 5 is pulled out in the illustration.
  • a tarpaulin frame is further comprising the longitudinal rod 6 and the central longitudinal rod 7 is arranged.
  • To support the longitudinal bars of the middle gable 9 is attached approximately in the middle of the length of the container 3.
  • the spreader 15 rests on the container 3 or on the four corner posts 12 of the container 3. In this case, holding elements (not shown) of the spreader 15, such as twistlock bolts, in corresponding receptacles in the corner posts 12th intervention. This ensures that on the one hand the spreader 15 is fixedly connected to the container 3 for the transport, and on the other hand, the twist-lock bolts are protected against damage during transport.
  • ballast weights 18 are arranged approximately in the middle of the container 3 in order to obtain an approximately balanced weight distribution even in a fully loaded container.
  • forklift pockets 19 below the ballast weights are forklift pockets 19, so that a forklift can unload the container from a transport truck.
  • the construction of the forklift pockets 19 is designed such that it serves as a supporting element of the support bearing 20 for the ballast weight 18 at the same time.
  • the forklift pockets 19 are approximately U-shaped in cross-section. Furthermore, the central region is raised in a plane above a container bottom 16 and serves as a support for the ballast weights 18. Due to the self-supporting construction, the container is easier to manufacture.
  • ballast weight 18 laterally next to the ballast weight 18 further crane components can be attached to the container.
  • a fastening device 21 for a spare wheel (not shown) is provided.
  • fastening devices (22) for hook bottles (not shown).
  • boxes 23 may be provided, for example for chain hangers, spare parts or tools.
  • the container 3 is formed walkable with a stable bottom 16. At the bottom 16, the other, various fastening devices may be arranged to fix the additional components for the crane system.
  • FIG. 5a a front view of the inventive spreader 15 is shown. Clearly visible is a cross member 24 at the outer ends of the bottom twist-lock bolt 25 are arranged. Also to be seen are eyelets 26 to which by means of shackles a chain hanger (not shown) can be attached. In the middle of the spreader 15 is an approximately triangular switching segment 27 with a curved recess 28 which has approximately the shape of a quarter circle and is provided at the ends with substantially upwardly directed locking pockets 28 '.
  • the shift fork 29 is connected via a tension spring 30 and a shift chain 31 with the chain hanger.
  • the switching segment 27 stands upright on the spreader 15. For locking and unlocking the twistlock bolt 25, the switching segment 27 is rotated in each case by approximately 90 °. The fulcrum is located at the apex of the switching segment 27, on which the two cathets abut. By rotation of the switching segment 27, a shift linkage 32 is driven. The switching movement is triggered by the chain hanger. By means of the tension spring 30 secured by the switching chain 31, the switching segment 27 is pivoted in each case by 90 ° back and forth. By lowering the shift fork 29 this moves through the curved recess down into the area in the FIG. 5 a illustrated lower locking pocket 28 '.
  • the locked position can be characterized on the switching segment with a special color, such as red.
  • FIG. 5b the spreader 15 according to the invention is shown in the transport position in a plan view. It is essential that the switching segment 27 is folded down in the longitudinal direction and thus rests on the shift linkage 32. The tension spring 30 and the switching chain 31 are already removed for transport purposes. Furthermore, in this Represent a page Einweiser 33 to recognize the basis of FIGS. 6 and 7 will be described in more detail below.
  • FIGS. 6 and 7 show partial views of the spreader 15 from the FIG. 5 each with two side Einweisern 33 and 34.
  • Figures 6a and 7a Side views and the FIGS. 6b and 7b Top views.
  • FIG. 6 shows the side guides 33 and 34 in the working position, ie they are oriented at an angle of about 90 ° to the spreader 15 and point downwards.
  • the 39einweiser 34 is outside the contour of an ISO standardized container. Between the spreader 15 and the Soeinweiser 33 and 34 spacers 35 are inserted with a handle 36.
  • FIGS. 7a and 7b are the side guides 33 and 34 in the transport position, ie they are rotated by 90 ° and are in the plane of the spreader 15.
  • the spacers 35 have now been inserted on the inside of the spreader 15, whereby the side Einweiser 33 and 34 to the spreader 15th have been moved so that they lie within the contour of an ISO-standardized container.
  • the spreader 15 is shown formed as a fixed spreader, it is also possible to use a telescope spreader. Further, hooks can be welded to the spreader 15 at all four corners. Optionally, guide ropes can be hooked into these suspension links in order to manually guide the spreader suspended in the crane hook.
  • the guide cables can be stored during transport in a chain case of the container 3. At the two end faces of the spreader 15 and at the ends of the longitudinal control shaft of the shift linkage 32 operating lever or double lever can be provided for manual operation of the twist-lock bolt.
