Description

Reit-/Fahrhalfter
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reit-/Fahrhalfter mit einem Sperrhalfter und Backenriemen zur Befestigung zumindest des Sperrhalfters und eines Gebisses am Pferdekopf.
Es ist bekannt, dass viele körperliche sowie reit- und fahrsportliche Probleme bei Pferden ihren Ursprung im Genickbereich des Pferdes haben. Der Pferdenacken liegt unmittelbar hinter den Ohren des Pferdes vor dem Pferdehals und ist die schmälste Verbindung zwischen Gehirn und Körper. Muskeln, Bänder, Halswirbelkörper, Nerven und viele Akupunkturpunkte sowie Schleimbeutel liegen hier ohne schützende Muskelschicht dicht gedrängt auf engstem Raum. Irritationen der Muskeln, Bänder, Schleimbeutel und der Halswirbelkörper sind hier daher deutlicher erkennbar als im Halsbereich. Im Nackenbereich des Pferdes zeigen sie sich durch schmerzhafte Schwellungen oder deutliche Bewegungseinschränkung. Wegen der Sensibilität des Pferdenackens liegen dort auch viele Akupunkturpunkte. Die Nerven und Akupunkturpunkte zeigen Reaktionen im gesamten Pferdekörper. Darstellungen der Akupunkturpunkte am Pferdekopf finden sich zum Beispiel im „Lehrbuch der Veterinärakupunktur" von Erwin Westermeier (Bd. II, Seiten 198, 246, 250, 252 und 278, Karl F. Haug Verlag, Heidelberg, 1993). Zum Beispiel nimmt der dort mit LG 20 bezeichnete Akupunkturpunkt auf Gleichgewichtstörungen, Attaxie, Erschöpfung, Schockzustand oder Augen- und Ohrenerkrankungen Einfluss, ein anderer auf das Verhalten, insbesondere auf Verspannungen, Schreckhaftigkeit und auch das Gleichgewicht des Pferdes.
Es ist weiter bekannt, dass starker Druck im Nacken des Pferdes, ausgelöst durch die Zäumung, Ursache körperlicher Beschwerden sein kann. Direkter Druck auf die Nackenpartie ist mit bekannten Reit-/Fahrhalftern aber nicht vermeidbar. Bei deren vorschriftsmäßiger Verschnallung muss das Sperrhalfter so verschnallt werden, dass es straff anliegt. Durch die Keilform des Pferdekopfes und die Maulbewegung des Pferdes gleitet das Sperrhalfter unweigerlich nach unten. Dieser Bewegung wirkt die Zäumung entgegen. Dadurch verstärkt sich bei jeder Bewegung des Pferdes der Druck (Zugkraft im Backenriemen) auf den Pferdenacken. Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein ReiWFahrhalfter zu schaffen, bei dem störende Einflüsse aus dem Druck auf den Nacken des Pferdes vermindert werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Reit-/Fahrhalfter gemäß Patentanspruch 1 gelöst. Dazu umfasst es Backenriemen, die durch eine Verschnallung abgewinkelt verlaufen.
Das erfindungsgemäße ReiWFahrhalfter kann grundsätzlich für alle Reittiere und Fahrtiere (d.h. Pferde, Esel, Mulis, etc.) verwendet werden. Innerhalb der Anmeldung wird jedoch ohne eine Beschränkung der Erfindung von einem Einsatz an Pferden ausgegangen, da es sich dabei um das Hauptanwendungsgebiet handelt.
Die Erfindung wendet sich also davon ab, das Sperrhalfter durch seitlich am Pferdekopf geradlinig verlaufende Backenstücke im Pferdenacken hinter den Ohren festzulegen. Vielmehr verfolgt sie das Prinzip, die Backenriemen in Richtung auf den Pferdehals so abzuwinkein, sodass eine Zugkraft im Backenriemen ebenfalls in Richtung auf den Pferdehals hin gelenkt wird. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die auf den Pferdenacken wirkende Druckkraft nun statt der flacheren Neigung entsprechend dem Verlauf des Backenstücks im Stand der Technik eine stärkere Neigung in Richtung auf eine Senkrechte erhält, sodass die Belastung von dem Ansatz der Pferdeohren am Nacken weggenommen wird
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Backenriemen durch einen jeweils an einem Winkelpunkt des betreffenden Backenriemens angreifenden Unterkieferriemen, der über die Backenmuskulatur unter dem Unterkieferknochen des Pferdes verläuft, untereinander verbunden, wobei die Backenriemen jeweils am Winkelpunkt durch den Unterkieferriemen abgewinkelt werden. Der obere und der untere Teil des Backenriemens bilden am Winkelpunkt durch die Verschnallung mit dem Unterkieferriemen einen Winkel, der vorzugsweise in einer Höhe etwa auf der Mitte des Jochbeins liegt.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind das Sperrhalfter und der Unterkieferriemen durch einen Kehlriemen zwischen den Unterkieferknochen entlang des Kehlgangs des Pferdes miteinander verbunden. In Verbindung mit dem Kehlstück und dem Sperrhalfter wird die Zugkraft, die über den oberen Backenriemen auf das Nackenstück wirkt, auf ein Minimum reduziert. Weiter vorteilhaft ist das Sperrhalfter vorzugsweise in einem Bereich etwas unter dem Jochbein mit den Backenriemen und im Bereich der Kehlgrube mit dem Kehlriemen verbunden. Aus der Verbindung des Unterkieferriemens mit dem Kehlstück zum Sperrhalfter wird nicht nur die wirkende Kraft aus dem oberen Teil des Backenriemens in Richtung Pferdehals gelenkt, sondern auch eine optimale Maulfreiheit des Pferdes garantiert. Die Maulfreiheit vermindert ein Einklemmen des Maulwinkels mit dem Sperrhalfter und verbessert die Maultätigkeit, sodass man einen besseren Einfluss mit der Reiter- oder Fahrhand auf das Pferdemaul hat.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung bestehen die Backenriemen jeweils aus einem oberen Backenriementeil und einem unteren Backenriementeil, welche am Winkelpunkt miteinander verbunden sind. Damit ist erreicht, dass sich der obere und der untere Backenriementeil durch das Abwinkein nicht aufdrehen, sondern glatt am Pferdekopf liegen bleiben.
Nach einer dazu alternativen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist statt des oberen Backenriementeils und des Unterkieferriemens ein durchgehender Riemen eingesetzt, an dem das untere Backenriementeil angreift. Durch den Verzicht auf die Unterbrechung am Winkelpunkt kann das Halfter kostengünstiger hergestellt werden.
Die Erfindung weist in einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ein Nackenstück auf, an dem die Backenriemen angeschnallt sind. Sie sind also gegeneinander unverschiebbar gehalten. Das bewirkt, dass das Gebiss nicht ungewollt einseitig aus dem Pferdemaul herausgezogen werden kann. Auf die bisherigen Gegenmaßnahmen, nämlich auf Unterlegscheiben beiderseits des Pferdemauls oder auf ein besonders festes Verschnallen des Backenriemens, an dem die Trense befestigt ist, womit eine weitere Belastung für das Pferd im empfindlichen Nackenbereich entsteht, kann folglich verzichtet werden. Durch die Verschnallung der oberen Backenriemen mit dem Nackenstück wird außerdem der geringe Zug auf den Nacken großflächig auf Nacken und den Halsmuskulaturansatz verteilt - begünstigt durch die bevorzugte Breite des Nackenstücks von mehr als 2,5 cm. Die Kraft aus der Verschnallung des Reithalfters wirkt in Richtung Pferdehalsung. Hieraus folgt ebenfalls eine Vermeidung von Irritationen des empfindlichen Pferdenackens.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Nackenstück hinter den Ohren des Pferdes mit einem Nackenkeil unterpolstert und der flache Teil des Keils verjüngt sich nach hinten. Das keilförmige Polster des Nackenstücks dämpft die aus dem Backenstück auf das Nackenstück wirkende Kraft zusätzlich.
Das Nackenstück weist nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung mindestens zwei Strupfen zur Befestigung des Sperrhalfters und einer Trense und/oder einer Kandare auf, wobei die erste Strupfe zur Befestigung des Backenstücks einer Kandare, die zweite Strupfe zur Befestigung eines Backenstücks einer Unteriegtrense und die dritte Strupfe zur Befestigung des Backenriemens dient.
Die Erfindung kann als Trensenzaum mit zwei Strupfen am Nackenstück verwendet werden, wobei das Sperrhalfter meist als Sperrhalfter mit Pullerriemen verwendet wird, und das Backenstück mit dem Trensengebiss und dem Sperrhalfter nicht verbunden ist.
Die Erfindung ist auch als Kandarenzaum verwendbar. Hier wird ein Nackenstück mit drei Strupfen verwendet. Die erste Strupfe dient zum Verschnallen des Backenstücks des Kandarengebisses. Die zweite Strupfe dient zum Verschnallen des Backenstücks der Unteriegtrense. Die dritte Strupfe verwendet man zum Verschnallen des Backenriemens. Das Sperrhalfter wird dann ohne Pullerriemen verwendet.
Vorzugweise verwendet man ein ReiWFahrhalfter mit einem Stirnband. Der Stirnriemen fixiert den Zaum um die Stirn, um ein Nach-Hintengleiten des ReiWFahrhalfters zu verhindern.

Auf dem in Figur 1 gezeigten Pferdekopf sind Akupunkturpunkte nach dem oben zitierten Lehrbuch der Verinärakupunktur von Erwin Westermeier (Bd. II) dargestellt. All diese Punkte haben einen großen Anteil an der Beweglichkeit und der Gesundheit des gesamten Pferdekörpers. Die Fig.1 zeigt die Anhäufung der Akupunkturpunkte im Nacken. Bei starkem Reiz der Punkte durch das ReiWFahrhalfter kann es in ihrem Einflussbereich zu Beeinflussungen und Störungen des Organismus und infolgedessen zu unerwünschten Reaktionen des Pferdes kommen. Eine Belastung der Akupunkturpunkte durch das Reit- /Fahrhalfter ist daher möglichst weitgehend zu vermeiden.
In Figur 2 ist der Pferdekopf mit einem üblichen ReiWFahrhalfter als Trensenzaum nach dem Stand der Technik dargestellt. Der Zaum besteht aus einem Nackenteil 1 mit einem Kehlstück 2. Das Nackenteil 1 dient nur zur Befestigung eines Backenstücks 3 für ein Trensengebiss 13. Das Kehlstück 2 wird nur lose unter dem Kopf des Pferdes verschnallt, so dass noch eine Faust aufrecht zwischen ihn und die Kehle des Pferdes passt. Es darf nicht fester zugezogen werden, weil es dem Pferd sonst nicht genügend Bewegungsfreiheit an der Kehle bietet. Allerdings kann das Kehlstück 2 so locker angelegt ein Abstreifen des Reit- /Fahrhalfters nicht verhindern. Der Zaum besteht weiter aus einem Wangenstück und einem Pullerriemen 12, der an einem Nasenriemen oder Sperrhalfter 11 befestigt ist. Die Verbindung der linken und rechten Seite des Sperrhalfters 11 besteht aus dem schmalen Riemen des Wangenstücks 4, der über oder unter dem Nackenteil 1 verläuft. Das Nackenteil 1 und das Wangenstück 4 haben keine Verbindung, sondern liegen im Allgemeinen gegeneinander verschieblich aufeinander. Durch ein Stirnband 17 wird das ReiWFahrhalfter über der Stirn des Pferdes nach vorne fixiert.
Durch einen Kraftpfeil A wird eine senkrecht auf den Nacken wirkende Kraft dargestellt, die durch das ReiWFahrhalfter auf den Pferdenacken ausgeübt wird. Die Kraft entsteht durch Zug aus dem Wangenstück 4, das ein Abgleiten des Sperrhalfters infolge der Kaubewegungen des Pferdes verhindert, und wirkt damit direkt auf den empfindlichen Pferdenacken.
Figur 3a zeigt ein ReiWFahrhalfter und seine Lage am Pferdekopf, noch ohne angeschnalltes Gebiss. Es umfasst ein einstückig ausgebildetes Nackenstück 5, das in seiner Verlängerung auf jeder Seite des Pferdekopfes Strupfen 18, 19 aufweist. An der Strupfe 18 ist ein Stirnriemen 16 angeschnallt. Außerdem dient die Strupfe 18 als Anschluss für ein Gebiss. An der Strupfe 19 ist ein Backenriemen 7 befestigt. Der Backenriemen 7 ist aus einem oberen Teil 7A zwischen dem Nackenstück 5 und einem Winkelpunkt 8 und einem unteren Teil 7B zwischen dem Winkelpunkt 8 und dem Sperrhalfter 11 gebildet, die über einen Ring im Winkelpunkt 8 miteinander und mit dem Unterkieferriemen 9 verbunden sind. Die Verbindung im Winkelpunkt 8 führt zu einer Abwinkelung des Verlaufs des oberen Backenriemens 7A gegenüber dem unteren Backenriemen 7B. Anstelle eines Rings als Winkelpunkt 8 kann auch ein anderes Verbindungselement verwendet werden, das zu einer Abwinkelung des unteren Backenriementeils 7B gegenüber dem oberen Backenriementeil 7A führt. Alternativ dazu können der obere Backenriemen 7A und der Unterkieferriemen 9 aus einem durchlaufenden Riemen gebildet sein, an dem am Winkelpunkt 8 der untere Backenriemen 7B angreift. Der Unterkieferriemen 9 ist wiederum über einen Kehlriemen 10 mit dem Sperrhalfter 11 verbunden. An dem Sperrhalfter 11 ist schließlich ein Pullerriemen 2 befestigt.
Das Nackenstück 5 weist eine bevorzugte Breite von etwa 2,5 cm auf und reicht bis zum Halsmuskelansatz. Deutlich ist die Verschnallung des Backenriemens 7 am Nackenstück 5 und die Abwinkelung des Backenriemens 7 durch den Unterkieferriemen 9 am Winkelpunkt 8 zu erkennen. Weiterhin ist deutlich die Verbindung von Sperrhalfter 11 und Unterkieferriemen 9 durch den Kehlriemen 10 erkennbar. Der Kehlriemen 10 hält den Unterkieferriemen 9 fest, so dass dieser am Unterkiefer des Pferdes glatt anliegt. Damit kann das Reit- /Fahrhalfter nicht über den Kopf des Pferdes abgestrichen werden.
In Figur 3b, einer Unteransicht des Pferdekopfes mit einem ReiWFahrhalfter gemäß Figur 3a, ist besonders gut die Lage des Kehlriemens 10 entlang des Kehlgangs des Pferdekopfes als Verbindung des Unterkieferriemens 9 und des Sperrhalfters 1 1 zu erkennen. Im Kehlgang des Pferdes liegend, verursacht der Kehlriemen 10 keine Druckstellen. Mit dem Sperrriemen 11 als Widerlager verhindert er, dass der Unterkieferriemen 9 in Richtung auf die Kehle des Pferdes hin verrutscht und dort zu einer die Kau- und Schluckbewegungen des Pferdes beeinträchtigenden Einschnürung führt. Umgekehrt behindert er mit dem Unterkieferriemen 9 als Widerlager ein Abrutschen des Sperrhalfters 11 in Richtung Pferdemaul.
Figur 4a zeigt ein ReiWFahrhalfter wie in Figur 3a zusätzlich mit einem eingeschnallten Trensengebiss 13. Es ist über ein Backenstück 3 mit dem Nackenstück 5 verbunden, indem es an der Strupfe 18, an der bereits der Stirnriemen 16 befestigt ist (vgl. Figur 3a), angeschnallt ist. Das Backenstück 3 für die Trense 13 ist mit dem Sperrhalfter 1 1 nicht verbunden.
Neben dem Winkelpunkt 8 ist in einer graphischen Darstellung der Kraftrichtungsverlauf in dem oberen Backenriementeil 7A, dem unteren Backenriementeil 7B und dem Unterkieferriemen 9 wiedergegeben. Am Winkelpunkt 8 herrscht ein Gleichgewicht der Kräfte, die über die dort angreifenden Riemen 7A, 7B und 9 eingeleitet werden. Der im oberen Backenriementeil 7A verlaufenden Kraft stehen folglich zwei Kräfte gegenüber, die in dem unteren Backenriementeil 7B und dem Unterkieferriemen 9 wirken. Folglich steht der im oberen Backenriementeil 7A verlaufenden Kraft eine betragsmäßig große Gegenkraft im Unterkieferriemen 9 und eine deutlich kleinere im unteren Backenriementeil 7B gegenüber. Demzufolge erhält die Kraft im Nacken des Pferdes, die aus dem Abgleiten des Sperrhalfters 11 resultiert, eine deutlich steilere Neigung, und zwar in Richtung Pferdehals. Die Kraft wird symbolisiert durch einen Kraftpfeil B. Diese gegenüber dem Stand der Technik neue Richtung des Kraftpfeils B entsteht durch die Abwinkelung des Backenriemens 7 im Winkelpunkt 8. In Verbindung mit dem Nackenstück 5 greift die Kraft außerdem weiter entfernt von den empfindlichen Nackenbereich des Pferdes in Richtung auf dessen Hals hin an und wird durch die Breite des Nackenstücks 5 zusätzlich verteilt. Das dargestellte Reit- /Fahrhalfter bietet damit eine vorteilhafte Entlastung des sensiblen Nackenbereichs des Pferdes. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen ReiWFahrhalfter ist das Pferd folglich besser zu dirigieren, weil störende Einflüsse durch Reizung des empfindlichen Pferdenackens und mithin der Akupunkturpunkte vermieden werden können.
Figur 4b zeigt eine Unteransicht des Pferdekopfes mit einem ReiWFahrhalfter gemäß Figur 4a. Auch der Einsatz einer Trense 13 führt folglich zu keinen Abweichungen im Bereich des Kehlriemens 10, sondern zu dem prinzipiell gleichen Aufbau wie in Figur 3b.
In Figur 5 ist ein ReiWFahrhalfter gemäß der Erfindung und seine Lage am Pferdekopf in Form eines Kandarenzaums dargestellt. Es umfasst ebenfalls ein Nackenstück 5 in einer bevorzugten Breite von 2,5 cm und zusätzlich eine keilförmige Polsterung unter dem Nackenstück 5. Die Polsterung besteht in einem Nackenkeil 6, dessen Basis zu den Ohren des Pferdes hin gerichtet ist und dessen flacher Teil nach hinten Richtung Pferderücken weist. Das breite Nackenstück 5 allein oder in Kombination mit dem Nackenkeil 6 löst bereits die gestellte Aufgabe, so dass es für sich genommen einen eigenen Erfindungsgedanken darstellen kann. Das Nackenstück 5 ist aber - im Unterschied zu dem in Figur 4a gezeigten ReiWFahrhalfter - mit zumindest drei Strupfen 18, 19, 20 dargestellt. Die Strupfe 18 dient zur Befestigung des Backenstücks 3A der Kandare 14. Die Strupfe 20 dient zur Befestigung des Backenstücks 3B für die Unteriegtrense 15. Die Strupfe 19 dient - wie in den vorher beschriebenen Bespielen bereits gezeigt - zur Befestigung des Backenriemens 7 des Reit- /Fahrhalfters. Das Sperrhalfter 11 wird hier vorschriftsmäßig ohne Pullerriemen benutzt. Die Backenstücke 3A, 3B von Kandarengebiss 14 und Unteriegtrense 15 haben - im Gegensatz zu Fahrhalftern gemäß dem Stand der Technik - keine Verbindung mit dem Sperrhalfter 11. Bezugszeichenliste

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. ReiWFahrhalfter mit einem Sperrhalfter und Backenriemen zur Befestigung zumindest des Sperrhalfters und eines Gebisses am Pferdekopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backenriemen (7) durch eine Verschnallung abgewinkelt verlaufen, sodass eine Zugkraft im Backenriemen (7) in Richtung auf den Pferdehals gelenkt wird.
2. ReiWFahrhalfter nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backenriemen (7) durch einen jeweils an einem Winkelpunkt (8) des betreffenden Backenriemens (7) angreifenden Unterkieferriemen (9), der über die Backenmuskulatur unter dem Unterkieferknochen des Pferdes verläuft, untereinander verbunden sind, wobei die Backenriemen (7) jeweils am Winkelpunkt (8) durch den Unterkieferriemen (9) abgewinkelt werden.
3. ReiWFahrhalfter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrhalfter (11 ) und der Unterkieferriemen (9) durch einen Kehlriemen (10) zwischen den Unterkieferknochen entlang des Kehlgangs des Pferdes miteinander verbunden sind.
4. ReiWFahrhalfter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backenriemen (7) jeweils aus einem oberen Backenriementeil (7A) und einem unteren Backenriementeil (7B) bestehen, welche am Winkelpunkt (8) miteinander verbunden sind.
5. ReiWFahrhalfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Nackenstück (5) aufweist, an dem die Backenriemen (7) angeschnallt sind, so dass durch die Verschnallung der Zug aus der Bewegung des Pferdes auf den Nacken und den Halsmuskulaturansatz des Pferdes verteilt wird.
6. ReiWFahrhalfter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nackenstück (5) eine Breite von mindestens 2,5 cm aufweist.
7. ReiWFahrhalfter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nackenstück (5) hinter den Ohren des Pferdes Ausschnitte für die Ohren eines Pferdes aufweist und/oder mit einem Nackenkeil (6) unterpolstert ist, und sich der flache Teil des Keils (6) nach hinten verjüngt.
8. ReiWFahrhalfter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nackenstück (5) mindestens zwei Strupfen (18, 19, 20) zur Befestigung des Sperrhalfters (11) und einer Trense (13) und/oder einer Kandare (14) aufweist.
9. ReiWFahrhalfter mit einem Sperrhalfter und Backenriemen zur Befestigung zumindest des Sperrhalfters und eines Gebisses am Pferdekopf, gekennzeichnet durch ein Nackenstück (5) insbesondere nach Anspruch 5, an dem die Backenriemen (7) angeschnallt sind, so dass durch die Verschnallung der Zug aus der Bewegung des Pferdes auf den Nacken und den Halsmuskulaturansatz des Pferdes verteilt wird.
10. ReiWFahrhalfter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nackenstück (5) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 ausgebildet ist.
