Definitions

  • the invention relates to a protective glove having the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a protective glove is from the WO 95/30346 A1 known and is worn by butchers, for example, to protect against cuts, punctures and cuts.
  • Metal ring braids are usually constructed so that, apart from seams and edges, each ring is interlinked with four adjacent rings. Such metal ring braids are highly flexible and give their hand to protect their mobility.
  • this has the disadvantage that the protective glove is not detachable under train.
  • a protective glove with two conventional snaps on a textile closure tape for sealing known.
  • a push button for a first push button recording and spaced apart provided a push-button receptacle for a second push button.
  • the counterpart is formed by an adjustable along the closing band element which forms on one side of the first push-button receptacle and on the other side the second push-button. If the glove is to be turned for use on the other hand, therefore, this element must first be adapted to the changed position of the counterpart, which makes the handling of the glove more difficult.
  • the textile closure band prepares disadvantages during sterilization and thus does not satisfy the conditions required for the required hygiene. It is also subject to significantly higher wear than the rest of the protective glove.
  • a comparable solution with two mutually circumferentially spaced snaps on a metal mesh is from the US-A 5,894,602 known.
  • a protective glove is known in which a fastener tape is guided by recordings on the waistband of the glove.
  • a similar solution is from the WO 02/098249 A1 known.
  • JP-A 02268703 is proposed for use in textiles a double-sided push button.
  • a central element serves as an adapter, so that male and female push-button elements can be attached to one and the same element.
  • a blade between elastic elements is not provided there.
  • the present invention seeks to provide a versatile, durable and the hygiene requirements appropriate protective glove.
  • the protective glove according to the invention has a fully made of metal push button, the push-button receptacle is usable from both sides. This allows the use of the same protective glove by both right and left-handers. Without the need for tools or adjustments, the protective glove can simply be turned inside out, as one and the same push-button can be used from both sides. Likewise, the protective glove can be worn both on the right and on the left hand, without the push button would have to be adjusted again. Since both the push button and the closing means are made of metal and the push button receptacle is integrated in the metal ring mesh, the entire protective glove is durable and easy to clean.
  • the metal strip is wave-shaped and cooperates with a releasably clamped in the corrugations of the metal strip clamping element, which in turn carries the push button.
  • a mechanically simple adjustment can be effected in that the metal strip only has to be elastically deformed in order to release and adjust the clamping element adapted to the wave-shaped metal strip.
  • the metallic closing means can also be a band of metal ring mesh.
  • At least one claw is attached to the end of the band made of metal ring mesh.
  • This claw can be suspended in a ring row attached in the circumferential direction of the user's hand.
  • the ring row is larger in diameter than the rest of the metal ring mesh. This ensures that the claw in a mechanical cleaning of the protective glove can not get caught in the metal ring mesh to avoid damage to the metal ring mesh and the claw.
  • the figures show various embodiments of a protective glove as it is usually worn to protect the hand of the wearer, for example, butchers.
  • the protective glove consists of a in the FIGS. 1 and 3 shown metal ring mesh and has a metallic closing means 10. With this closing means 10, the glove is attached to the user's hand.
  • the closing means 10 has at least one push-button device 11 which consists of at least one push-button 12 and at least one push-button receptacle 13 connected thereto.
  • an adjustment of the circumferential adjustment of the push button and push button receptacle after a single adjustment to the circumference of the wrist or the forearm of the user should no longer take place as possible.
  • the metallic push-button receptacle 13 is according to the FIGS. 6 to 10 constructed so that the metallic push button 12 can engage from both sides in one and the same metallic button receptacle 13. Therefore, once the adjustment has been made, the desired circumferential immutability of the distance between the push button and the push button receptacle is given.
  • the protective glove can be easily worn on the left or right hand, but if it is necessary to adapt the protective glove to a new user, this can be done without problems.
  • the scope of the closing means 10 by a separate adjusting device 14, 15 change so that always again an adaptation to the circumference of the wrist or forearm is possible.
  • the push button device 11 since a separate adjustment is provided and thus the actual closing is effected by the push button device 11, this has the distinct advantage that the glove can be opened easily even under train. Even if it should come to an undesirable entanglement of superimposed metal ring mesh, the push button can be operated independently. It is not necessary to unhook a separate claw or another cumbersome opening to ensure this function.
  • the push button receptacle 13 itself consists for this purpose of a in FIG. 6 in plan view and in FIG. 7 in side view shown metallic part, in the assembled state according to Fig. 8 the outer surfaces 13a, 13b of the push button receptacle forms.
  • a blade 16 is provided, on both sides of each a snap ring or a spring washer 17 is provided as an elastic element for operative connection with the push button.
  • the cutting disc has the task to ensure that in the openings 13 d of the push-button receptacle 13 as needed in FIG.
  • the spring washers 17 are preferably as snap ring according to FIG. 9 formed, in which a recess 17 a is provided on the circumference of the ring or the disc.
  • the push button 12 itself can penetrate into the passage opening 17b with deformation of the snap ring, to be held there securely.
  • the outer surfaces 13a, 13b of the push button receptacle are connected via a bridge region 13e and preferably formed integrally with one another. To get out of the part according to Fig. 6 To make the push-button receptacle, the two outer surfaces 13a, 13b must be around the bridge area 13e in Fig. 7 be moved towards each other, wherein the bridge portion is deformed.
  • the parts of the push-button receptacle can be either fixed together before final assembly in the metal ring mesh or it is immediately integrated into the metal ring mesh.
  • the push button receptacle on the outer surfaces has openings 13c, in which the metal ring mesh can engage.
  • the push-button receptacle is therefore not placed on the metal ring mesh as usual, but actually woven or -gekettet in the metal ring mesh. This has the advantage that the height of the push-button receptacle is reduced, which reduces the risk of getting stuck under release of the push button.
  • the Figures 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the protective glove, in which the metallic closing means 10 is formed by a metal strip 18.
  • This metal band 18 is in the in FIG. 2 dotted indicated connecting portion 25 concatenated with the protective glove. It has openings for this, in which engages the metal ring mesh.
  • the metal strip 18 itself is constructed like a bracelet, wherein the adjusting device 14 carries the push button 12. The adjustment can be adjusted by changing the scope of the protective glove in the wrist area as in a conventional bracelet along the metal strip 18. However, once fixed in position, the circumference of the glove is fixed until the next adjustment.
  • the gloves can be formed with a slot or without a slot. It is only essential that the circumferential distance between push-button receptacle 13 and push button 12 is set in advance and after the push button can indeed be opened to allow an over-cuddling of the protective glove, but then only the push button to close - possibly even in an emergency under train - or opening must be pressed.
  • the adjusting device 15 is here connected to the push button 12 and along a belt 19 made of metal ring mesh in the longitudinal direction of the belt movable. For this purpose, it has a loop 15a, through which the band 19 is passed.
  • a claw is preferably provided at the end of the belt 19, which cooperates with other elements to set the distance between the push button 12 and push button 13.
  • the band 19 is preferably made of the same metal ring mesh as the glove. A cross-laying of the metal ring mesh is not required and is usually avoided in order to avoid tilting of the metal ring mesh with each other.
  • FIG. 4 To set the claw 20 and thereby also allow a variable adjustment, is an in FIG. 4 only indicated row of metallic rings 21 provided, in which the claw can be hung.
  • the suspension is preferably carried out in at least one ring 21 of the series.
  • the rings can be mounted either on both sides or preferably so that they can be actuated from both sides.
  • the diameter of the rings 21 is chosen so that it is greater than the diameter of the remaining metal ring mesh. This counteracts the danger that it comes when cleaning the protective gloves to a hooking of claws and metal ring mesh, which can lead to the destruction of the glove.
  • FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of a protective glove, which is provided with a cuff 22.
  • separate closing means 10 can be provided both at the end of the protective glove, ie in the forearm area as well as alternatively or additionally in the area of the wrist.
  • the structure of these closure elements can basically be similar to the first two embodiments.
  • stiffeners 23 are provided, which are directly linked with the metal ring mesh of the cuff. This is only indicated in the outer area by dots as concatenation 24.
  • no separate pockets for receiving z. B. silicone stiffeners are provided, instead, the metal part can be provided with corresponding openings in the production, in which engages the metal ring mesh.
  • the metal strip 30 is wave-shaped and the push-button 12 is arranged on a clamping element 31 releasably cooperating with the shafts 30a of the metal strip and displaceable along the metal strip.
  • a solution of the clamping element 31 can be effected and this can be fixed again after moving along the metal strip by releasing the metal strip.
  • the length of the clamping element 31 is slightly smaller than a multiple of a shaft 30a and a wave trough of the metal strip 30, so that the clamping element 31 engages in the fixed state on the metal strip 30 with two transverse bars 31 a in two troughs on the upper side of the metal strip and the metal strip engages under a retaining element 31 b for the push button.
  • the ends of the metal band in Fig. 13 pushed inward, so get the crossbar 31 a disengaged and a displacement of the clamping element 31 in the longitudinal direction of the metal strip 30 is possible.
  • the fixing is done in reverse order by the crossbars again engage with the shafts 30a of the metal strip 30.
  • the length of the clamping element 31 is so much smaller than a multiple of a shaft 30a and a corrugation of the metal strip 30 that results in a curvature of the metal strip, which corresponds approximately to the curvature in the hand or arm region of the user lying on the metal band.
