Abstract

Claims (14)

  1. Protective glove, formed from a metal ring mesh and having a metallic closing means (10) for fastening the glove on the hand of the user, the closing means having at least one press-stud arrangement (11) with at least one press-stud (12) and at least one press-stud receiver (13), which is in operative connection with said press-stud, characterised in that the metallic press-stud (12) engages from both sides in one and the same metallic press-stud receiver (13), interlaced in the metal ring mesh of the protective glove, and in that the press-stud receiver (13) has, on each side of a separating disc (16), a resilient element for being operatively connected to the press-stud.
  2. Protective glove according to claim 1, characterised in that the circumference of the closing means (10) is variable, through a separate adjusting arrangement (14, 15), in such a manner that the press-stud arrangement is detachable under tension.
  3. Protective glove according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the press stud receiver (13) is interlinked with the protective glove in the region of the closing means (10).
  4. Protective glove according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that two external faces (13a, 13b) of the press-stud receiver (13) are one-piece constructions.
  5. Protective glove according to claim 4, characterised in that the press-stud receiver (13) has a respective spring ring or resilient disc (17) as the resilient element, while the other part is a commercially available press-stud (12).
  6. Protective glove according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the metallic closing means (10) has a metal strip (18, 30), interlinked with or connected to the protective glove, on which metal strip the commercially available press-stud (12) is variably adjustable in the longitudinal direction.
  7. Protective glove according to claim 6, characterised in that the metal strip (30) is undulatory, and in that the press-stud (12) is disposed on a clamping member (31), which co-operates with the undulations (30a) of the metal strip in a detachable manner and is displaceable along the metal strip.
