Description

The invention relates to a leg dress in the style of a pair of pants or a skirt according to the preamble of claim 1.

Pants or skirts are known from the prior art in multiple embodiments. Although their design is primarily based on design aspects, functional design features are recurring. This applies in particular to the closure of the leggings in the area of the waistband. Whether in this case the leg dress has a separately attached waistband as an independent fabric section or a continuous fabric section is present up to the upper conclusion, this is irrelevant. At least the leg garment is designed to be separated at least at one point towards the upper end, wherein corresponding closing means are arranged at this separation point. This is in the usual case a zipper for connecting a lower fabric section and an overlying fabric section and the waistband around a trouser button with a corresponding eyelet on the overlying waistband section. Alternatively, known embodiments with, for example, a plurality of buttons instead of the zipper or a hook and tab attachment instead of the button and eye attachment to one equivalent connection of the lower fabric portion and the lower collar portion with the upper fabric portion and the upper collar portion.

Decisive in any case, it is that the upper end during closing of the closing means has a continuous course and neither the lower nor the upper collar portion protrudes above the respective other collar portion upwards.

The problem with any version of the prior art with a corresponding closing means is that the waistband circumference is limited accordingly by the closing of the closing means. A variation on this is not available in conventional designs with appropriate closing means.

Alternatively, there are embodiments in which an elastic region is incorporated in the collar section. As a result, a corresponding variation of the waist is possible within certain limits, with increasing compliance at the same time the desired seat in the waistband area is adversely affected. Correspondingly, legwear in the aforementioned manner with a corresponding closure means as a rule has no appreciable elasticity in the waistband region.

Furthermore, it is for example from the DE 21 65 875 A1 it is known to secure the seat of the leg dress by a belt which can be flexibly adjusted in width, for which purpose the belt can be both loose and connected to the leg dress.

The problem now is that depending on the posture a different waist, in particular depending on the individual physique, is required. With regard to the ergonomic carrying method or the corresponding wearing comfort, it is generally necessary to have a lower waistband when standing than should be the case when sitting. Consequently, the known trousers from the prior art with appropriate closing means for connecting two fabric or waistband sections the disadvantage that either when wearing the waist size is too large or when sitting the waist size is too narrow and thus there is an undesirable constriction in the abdominal area. To circumvent remains in this regard accordingly particularly affected persons at most the possibility to open the closing means when sitting, to then close it after getting up again. From the publication DE 21 51 318 A1 a closure arrangement for a leg dress is known in which a slide guide for a trouser button is arranged on an upper collar portion. The lower collar portion can be fixed in a known manner with an eyelet on the slidable trouser button. Furthermore, it is provided that the trouser button is biased by a spring.

Although with the previous embodiment, a change in the waistband can be achieved upon receipt of the flush position of the upper and lower collar portion, as shown in the result the same disadvantages as in the embodiment with an elastically sewn fabric section. With increasing expansion of the federal tension is increased by the spring and the wearing comfort reduced, while on the other hand with small waistband stop gets lost.

From the publication US 6,385,777 B1 a closure arrangement for a leg dress is known in which a sliding guide is arranged on a lower collar portion. This slide guide in this case comprises a locking profile attached to the front and rear ends on a lower collar portion and a locking clip, which along the locking profile can be moved in both directions after actuation of a lever. At an upper collar portion, however, a conventional hook is arranged, which can be hooked in a web on the locking clip.

With sufficient skill, this solution allows for easy adjustment of the waistband, securing the flush overlap of the upper waistband portion over the lower waistband portion. However, it proves disadvantageous that in the attempt to increase the waist size, there is a risk that the hook will be loosely released from the detent bracket and thus suddenly lose the grip of the leggings. Furthermore, it proves to be problematic that a direct closing of the hook on the locking clip is not possible, provided that the locking clip is in a position in which the waist size is set too narrow. Consequently, before closing the hook always first the locking clip must be set to the approximate waist size, which in turn requires some practice.

Analogous to the previous version shows the US 2,438,933 A a sliding guide for a leg dress, in which also an adjustable locking clip is displaceable along a latching profile attached to the lower collar portion. Contrary to the previous version, however, the locking clip is firmly connected to the upper collar portion and not solvable.

In both previous embodiments, however, it is disadvantageous that the latching profile is only partially covered by the upper collar section as a function of the position of the latching clip. Therefore, it is almost indispensable for visual reasons to cover the locking profile and thus the federal government by an additional belt, which in turn, however, such embodiments as such in question.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a leg dress available, which in different postures one ensures high wearing comfort and ensures the visual impression undiminished.

The present object is achieved by an embodiment according to the invention according to claim 1.

Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.

The generic leg dress initially concerns a pair of pants or a skirt. The invention is also applicable to equivalent designs of garments. At least the leg garment has a body facing lower fabric portion and an upper fabric portion overlapping the upper fabric portion. The nature of the fabric sections here is irrelevant at first. In particular, it is irrelevant whether the considered substance sections consist of separate elements or whether these substance sections are to be regarded merely as the area of a large entire section of substance. Decisive is at least that the upper fabric section overlaps the lower fabric section and in this case can be connected to each other by means of releasable closing means. This means that with the closing means open the corresponding fabric sections are at most partially interconnected, but otherwise there is an opening between them. By closing the closing means, it is at least achieved that a corresponding overlapping of the upper fabric section takes place via the lower fabric section and thus the previously existing opening between the unconnected fabric sections is substantially closed. Furthermore, the leg dress has a body facing lower waistband portion and an upper waistband portion overlapping the lower waistband portion. Here, the lower collar portion joins the upper edge toward the lower fabric portion, as the upper collar portion adjoins the upper fabric portion. In this case, it is irrelevant whether the waistband section is a separate element in the manufacture of the legwear, or whether the waistband section is at the same time as the fabric section, for example or, alternatively, the lower waistband portion and the upper waistband portion is a single element in manufacture which forms the entire waistband of the leggings. Consider the essential area with the closure of the leggings. Decisive in the generic leg dress is that the waistband sections come to rest in the usual use of the leg dress at the same height. This means that the upper edge of the leg dress has a continuous course at the same time as the edge of the waistband sections.

According to the invention, a sliding guide is now realized for the first time on the federal government instead of the predominantly fixed connection techniques realized in the prior art. Here, a guide lower part and the upper collar portion a guide shell is arranged at the lower collar portion. The two guide parts are in this case displaceable relative to each other along a guideway.

Thus, the sliding guide realizes the change of the waistband of the leg dress by a relative displacement of the two guide parts of the sliding guide to each other. The newly created embodiment of the leg dress with the sliding guide makes it possible for the first time to realize a variable waist size, whereby the seat, in particular the continuous closure of the leg dress at the upper edge, is ensured undiminished. Thus, the newly created embodiment ensures a high level of comfort both when standing and when sitting, with no longer, as usual, a release of the button and eye is required, but unabated remain the two collar sections connected to each other by means of the sliding guide.

To ensure the proper functioning of the sliding guide and the secure hold of the guide shell on the lower guide part, it is provided that the sliding guide is designed in the manner of a dovetail guide. Here, the lower guide part a have upper and a lower guide rail, wherein the two guide rails are encompassed by the guide upper part.

For ergonomic handling of the sliding guide is further provided that the guide shell can be hooked into the upper or lower guide rail and can be clipped by pivoting about the corresponding upper or lower guide rail on the other lower or upper guide rail. Nevertheless, it is ensured that no unintentional opening arises between the fabric sections due to the closed closing means.

Furthermore, it is particularly advantageous if the upper fabric section continuously overlaps the lower fabric section from a lower end of the fabric sections to the waistband section and completely covers existing closing means. Thus, the optical impression is not affected in any way, despite the realized variability of the waist and the associated shift of the fabric sections to each other.

In the realization of the sliding guide, taking into account the different postures and associated changes in the ergonomic waist size and taking into account the use of the legwear according to the invention for adjacent clothing sizes, it is particularly advantageous if the sliding guide allows an adjustment between 2 cm and 12 cm. Taking into account the visual appearance and taking into account the connection of the fabric sections, it is particularly advantageous to perform the sliding guide such that an adjustment between 4 cm and 8 cm is realized. It is not essential in this case if an adjustment beyond this is practically usable outside the use-determined adjustment range. In this regard, for example, the guide shell over the end of the guide base - or vice versa - be slid out without it mandatory a release of the guide parts from each other. To increase the wearing comfort, it is particularly advantageous if the guide base in undeformed state has at least partially an outwardly curved shape.
