Definitions

  • the invention relates to esters or ester salts of phosphorus-oxygen acids having alkoxy groups. It further relates to the use of such compounds as corrosion inhibitors, especially in an alkaline medium.
  • phosphorus or phosphonic acid derivatives for corrosion protection is known in principle.
  • phosphorus or phosphonic acid derivatives or their hydrolysis products frequently form insoluble or poorly soluble salts in aqueous alkaline media with various counterions, for example Ca + , so that they can only be used to a limited extent in such media.
  • An alkaline medium can be, for example, concrete, mortar and the like, or also varnishes, coating systems or the like. trade with an alkaline binder system.
  • the corrosion of the steel insert is a largely diffusion-controlled process. Water and oxygen can diffuse into the pores of the concrete. Pore water contains, among other things, dissolved Ca (OH) 2 and has a pH of approx. 13 in intact concrete. At this pH value, steel inserts embedded in concrete are protected against corrosion by a passivation layer. The diffusion of atmospheric CO 2 into the pores leads to the formation of insoluble 35 CaC0 3 and the pH of the pore water drops to values below 9. At these pH values, however, the passivation layer on the steel loses its effect. The effect of the passivation layer can also be impaired or canceled by chloride ions. Chloride ions can penetrate the concrete, for example, when the concrete comes into contact with sea water or deicing agents.
  • the amount of penetrating CO 2 or chloride is lower when using particularly dense, low-pored concrete.
  • the penetration cannot be completely prevented in this way either.

„M. Haynes, B. Malric, Constructioπ Repair, July/August 1997" oder in US 5,071 ,579 offenbart.
(A) R3-NR -[(CH2)n-PO(OR1)(OR2)]m

(A) R3-NR4 k-[(CH2)n-PO(OR1)(OR2)]m,
(2-Ethylhexyl)-N(CH3)-(CH2)-PO(O-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy),
(2-Ethylhexyl)-N[-(CH2)-PO(0-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy)]2,
Butyl-NH-PO(O-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy),
Octyl-NH-PO(O-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy), (2-Ethylhexyl)-NH-PO(O-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy),
(2-Ethylhexyl)-N(CH3)-PO(0-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy),
(Alkoxy)-NH-PO(0-Alkoxy)(0-Alkoxy),
(Alkoxy-O)(Alkoxy-0)OP-NH-(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-NH-PO(O-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy). (2-Methoxyethyl)2N-CH2-PO(0-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy), (Ethyl)2N-CH2-PO(O-Alkoxy)(0-Alkoxy), (CH2)5N-CH2-PO(O-Alkoxy)(0-Alkoxy),
(Alkoxy-O)(Alkoxy-0)OP-N(CH2)2N-CH2-PO(O-Alkoxy)(O-Alkoxy),
(CH2)2 Bei den erfindungsgemäßen Estersalzen
(C) R3-NR4 k-[(CH2)n-PO(OR1χθM)]m
und
(D) [(MO)(R O)OP-(CH2)n-]m-NR4 k-R5-NR4 k-[-(CH2)n-PO(OR1)(OM)]m

Chem. SOG., 1947, 674. Ibid. 1945, 660.)

1-1 ,5 bar langsam dazu dosiert.
