Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine kombinierte Bade- und Duschvorrichtung zur Verwendung als Badewanne und/oder als Dusche mit einer einen abgesenkten, ebenerdigen oder annähernd ebenerdigen Einstiegsbereich aufweisenden Wanne, welcher mittels einer über den Rand der Wanne hinausragenden, gleichzeitig als Spritzschutz dienenden Duschtür beim Baden gegenüber der Umgebung wasserdicht verschließbar ist Dabei schlägt die Duschtür im Einstragsbereich von innem an der Duschwand an und nach innen geöffnet.
  • Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Bade- und Duschvorrichtung zur Verwendung als Badewanne und/oder als Dusche nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs.
  • Duschen der üblichen Bauart mit einer einen niederen, ebenerdigen oder fast ebenerdigen Rand aufweisenden Duschwanne ermöglichen es wegen des zu geringen möglichen Wasserstandes nicht, in der Duschwanne sitzend ein vollwertiges Bad mit ins Wasser getauchten Schultern zu nehmen. Demgegenüber ermöglicht eine Badewanne mit einem Spritzschutz in Form eines Duschvorhangs oder einem aus Glasscheiben bestehenden Duschaufsatz zwar das Duschen und Baden, wohingegen ein ebenerdiger oder fast ebenerdiger Einstieg wie in eine Duschwanne hinein nicht möglich ist, da der hohe Rand der Badewanne überklettert werden muss. Dies stellt insbesondere für Gehbehinderte und ältere Menschen ein fast unüberwindbares Hindemis dar, weshalb es weitgehend üblich ist, bei ausreichend Bauraum im Badezimmer sowohl eine Dusche, als auch eine Badewanne zu installieren, verbunden mit dem Nachteil höherer Kosten, einerseits für zwei getrennte Installationen, welche darüber hinaus sehr selten gleichzeitig genutzt werden, und andererseits durch die Größe des Badezimmers, welches eine größere Grundfläche als bei Installation nur einer Dusche oder nur einer Badewanne aufweisen muss.
  • Aus der DE 299 14 087 U1 ist eine Bade- und Duschvorrichtung mit einem wannenartig ausgebildeten Unterbau bekannt, der in seiner Randhöhe etwa der Randhöhe einer Badewanne entspricht und der einen annähernd ebenerdigen Einstiegsbereich aufweist, der mittels einer gegen eine an dem Unterbau im Einstiegsbereich angeordnete Weichgummidichtung anschlagende Tür wasserdicht gegenüber der Umgebung verschließbar ist. Die Tür verfügt dabei über Schließmittel welche es erlauben die Tür ausreichend stark gegen die Weichgummidichtung zu pressen, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand so eng an dieser anliegt, dass kein Wasser aus dem Unterbau austreten kann. Der Unterbau ist dabei als ein gefliester Holz-Multiplexkem ausgebildet, über dem ein Spritzschutz in Form eines Duschvorhangs oder in Form von Glastüren, ähnlich einem für eine Badewanne erhältlichen Spritzschutzaufsatz, angeordnet ist.
  • Nachteilig daran ist, dass die wasserdicht schließende Tür nur bis zum Rand des Unterbaus reicht, wodurch ein zusätzlicher, getrennt von der Tür zu öffnender Spritzschutz installiert werden muss, beispielsweise ein Duschvorhang oder ein Glasaufsatz. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist der geringe Vorfertigungsgrad des wannenartigen Unterbaus der außen und innen gefliest werden muss, verbunden mit dem Nachteil einer schlechten Möglichkeit der Reinigung und Säuberung der Fugen zwischen den Fliesen, insbesondere in dem Bereich, der zum Duschen und Baden verwendet werden kann.
  • Durch die US 3 955 219 ist eine Badewannen-Duschen-Kombination bekannt, die einen Duschenteil und einen mit diesem verbundenen Wannenteil aufweist. Der Duschenteil ist ebenerdig, und der Eingang dieses Duschenteils ist mit einer Duschtür versehen, die vom Erdboden bis über den Wannenrand reicht. Dieser Duschteil hat einen Durchgang zur Wanne, deren Boden in Sitzhöhe liegt. Der Durchgang ist mit einem Schott verschließbar.
  • Durch die US 6 226 808 ist ferner eine Badewannen-Duschen-Kombination bekannt, die nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ausgebildet ist. Sie weist einen abgesenkten Einstiegsbereich auf, der mit einer ersten Tür wasserdicht verschließbar ist. Ferner ist eine zweite Tür als Spritzschutz einer Duscharmatur vorgesehen, die oberhalb des Einstiegsbereichs über dem Wannenrand angeordnet ist. Die erste Tür ist mit einer Dichtung versehen und schlägt von außen an.
  • Durch die US-A-4 542 545 ist eine Bade- und Duschvorrichtung zur Verwendung als Badewanne und/oder als Dusche mit einem einen abgesenkten Einstiegsbereich aufweisenden Duschbereich bekannt, der mittels einer Duschtür wasserdicht verschließbar ist. Die Duschtür schlägt im Einstiegsbereich von innen an der Duschwand an, wird nach innen geöffnet und schließt mit der Oberkante der Wanne bündig ab.
    Aus IT-U-00251082 ist ein Bate-und Duschvorrichtung bekannt, welche gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Haustanspruchs ausgebildet ist. Die Tür ist zweiteilig ausgeführt, wobei ein Benutzer die zwei Teile bedienen muss.
    Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte kombinierte Bade-und Duschvorrichtung zu entwickeln.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die Vorrichtung weist gegenüber dem Stand der Technik den Vorteil auf, dass die Tür als eine in ihrer Höhe über den Rand der Wanne bis vorzugsweise mindestens auf Stehhöhe hinausragende, einteilige Duschtür ausgeführt ist, als Spritzschutz gegenüber der Umgebung bei einer Verwendung der Bade- und Duschvorrichtung als Dusche dienen kann. Durch die Anordnung der Duschtür innen hilft der Wasserdruck mit, die Duschtür auf die Dichtung zu drücken, um so den schwierigen Bereich der Dichtheit maßgeblich zu erleichtern.
  • Weitere zweckmäßige und vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass an der Duschtür und/oder an der Wanne im Einstiegsbereich Dichtmittel angeordnet sind, zum wasserdichten Abdichten zwischen dem Einstiegsbereich der Wanne und der geschlossenen Duschtür.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass an der Wanne im Einstiegsbereich im Kontaktbereich zwischen Duschtür und Wanne eine mit der Duschtür zusammenwirkende Dichtfläche gegenüber der Duschtür angeordnet ist.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Wanne ein vorgefertigtes und/oder beschichtetes, mindestens den Einstieg und die Dichtfläche aufweisendes Formteil ist, beispielsweise ein emailliertes Tiefziehteil aus einem metallischen Werkstoff oder eine formgespritzte oder tiefgezogene Acrylwanne, oder ein GFK, CFK oder aus einem anderen faserverstärkten Kunststoff im Handauflegeverfahren oder Spritzverfahren hergestelltes Formteil ist, welches bei der Einrichtung eines Badezimmers auf dem Fußboden oder dem Estrich abgestützt aufgestellt und von außen eingemauert werden kann, oder integrierte Außenwände umfasst, so dass eine direkte Aufstellung im Raum ohne Maurer- und Fliesenlegearbeiten möglich ist. In dem Formteil kann dabei zusätzlich eine Sitzfläche und/oder im Bereich der Dusche und dem Einstiegsbereich eine rutschsichere Oberfläche ausgeformt oder ausgebildet sein. Ebenso ist denkbar, das Formteil ohne die Dichtfläche auszuführen, und diese nachträglich beispielsweise mittels eines Metallprofils beim Einmauern herzustellen. Wesentlicher Vorteil des vorgefertigten Formteils ist die im Bade- und Duschbereich eine homogene, fugenfreie und leicht zu reinigende Oberfläche aufweisende Struktur, verbunden mit einem geringen Aufwand bei der Installation der Wanne.
  • Eine andere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Dichtmittel eine an der Duschtür gegenüber dem Einstiegsbereich der Wanne angeordnete, bei geschlossener Duschtür gegenüber der Wanne im Einstiegsbereich oder gegenüber der Dichtfläche wirkende, umlaufende Dichtung ist.
  • Eine andere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Dichtmittel eine im Einstiegsbereich, vorzugsweise an der Dichtfläche an der Wanne gegenüber der Duschtür angeordnete, umlaufende Dichtung ist.
  • Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Dichtmittel zwischen Duschtür und Wanne selbstsperrend sind, so dass ein Verriegeln der Tür nicht nötig ist.
  • Eine zusätzliche, besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Duschtür aus einem klaren, transparenten Werkstoff hergestellt ist. Durch die Verwendung eines transparenten, klaren Werkstoffs ist der Badende nicht durch die Duschtür von seiner Umgebung optisch abgeschnitten, sondern kann, wie in einer Badewanne gewohnt, das Badezimmer beim Baden überblicken.
  • Eine besonders vorteilhafte, zusätzliche Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass mindestens auf einem Teil des Rands der Wanne ein vorzugsweise oben bündig mit der Duschtür abschließender, vorzugsweise aus dem selben Werkstoff wie die Duschtür hergestellter Spritzschutz angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen, in denen ein Verspritzen der Umgebung beim Duschen ohne Spritzschutz wahrscheinlich wäre.

  • Eine in Figur 1 dargestellte Bade- und Duschvorrichtung 1 besteht aus einer Wanne 2 mit einem abgesenkten, annähernd ebenerdig angeordneten Einstiegsbereich 3, der von einer über den Rand 5 der Wanne 2 in der Höhe hinausragenden Duschtür 4 wasserdicht verschlossen werden kann. An der Wanne 2 ist hierfür wie in Figur 2 zu erkennen, im Einstiegsbereich 3 im Kontaktbereich 7 mit der Duschtür 4 eine Dichtfläche 6 angeordnet, auf der eine um den abgesenkten Einstiegsbereich 3 umlaufende, gegen die Duschtür 4 gerichtete Dichtung 8 angeordnet ist. Die Dichtung 8 ist vorzugsweise eine Silikondichtung, die nach dem Öffnen der Duschtür 4 wieder ihre ursprüngliche Form annimmt. Die Duschtür 4 selbst ist mittels zweier wasserdichter Scharniere 9 an einer vertikalen Wandhalterung 10 angeordnet. Anstelle der Scharniere 9 ist auch die Verwendung eines Scharnierbands denkbar, mit dem die Duschtür 4 an einer Wandhalterung 10, oder als Alternative zu der Wandhalterung 10 an einer als Spritzschutz zwischen der Wand und der Duschtür 4 fest angeordneten Glasplatte angeordnet sein kann. Zum Öffnen ist ein Griff 16 an der Duschtür 4 angeordnet. Auf einen Verschluss, der die Duschtür 4 gegen die Dichtung 8 im Bereich der Dichtfläche 6 presst, kann verzichtet werden, da die Duschtür 4 von innen an die Wanne 2 im Kontaktbereich 7 am Einstiegsbereich 3 anschlägt, wodurch bei der Verwendung der Bade- und Duschvorrichtung 1 als Badewanne durch den statischen Wasserdruck in der Wanne 2 die Duschtür 4 gegen die umlaufende Dichtung 8 gepresst wird. Die Wanne 2 ist dabei als einteiliges Formteil 11 mit integriertem abgesenktem Einstiegsbereich 3 und Rand 5, sowie im Kontaktbereich 7 zwischen Einstiegsbereich 3 und Duschtür 4 ausgeformter Dichtfläche 6 ausgeführt. Das Formteil 11 weist dabei einen Badebereich 12 mit am Wannenboden 14 ausgeformter, nicht dargestellter Sitzfläche, sowie einen Duschbereich 13 mit einem rutschsicheren Wannenboden 14 auf. Die Rutschsicherheit kann dabei wie beispielsweise im Wassersport üblich mittels Sanden, Gummieren, oder rutschsicherem Beschichten beispielsweise im Gelcoat bereits in der Form bei der Herstellung des Formteils 11 erzeugt werden. Ebenso ist eine Ausführung ohne integrierte Sitzfläche und/oder mit glattem Wannenboden 14 im Duschbereich 13 zur leichteren Reinigung denkbar. Das Formteil 11 kann dabei als ein beschichtetes, beispielsweise emailliertes Tiefziehteil aus einem metallischen Werkstoff oder als eine formgespritzte oder tiefgezogene Acrylwanne, oder als ein GFK, CFK oder aus einem anderen faserverstärkten Kunststoff im Handauflegeverfahren oder Spritzverfahren hergestellt sein. Zur Aufstellung wird das Formteil mit dem Wannenboden 14 und dem abgesenkten Einstiegsbereich 3 auf den Fußboden oder den Estrich nach dem Unterfüttern, beispielsweise mittels Mörtel, gesetzt. Das Formteil 11 wird anschließend von außen bis unter den Rand 5 eingemauert und mit Kacheln 15 bzw. Fliesen oder einer Schürze versehen, welche passend zur Badezimmereinrichtung gewählt werden können. In Figur 3 ist zu erkennen, dass hinter der Duschtür 4 an der Wand eine Brause 17 angeordnet ist, so dass bei einer Verwendung der Bade- und Duschvorrichtung 1 als Dusche die Duschtür 4 als Spritzschutz dient und ein Verspritzen der Umgebung im Badezimmer um die Bade- und Duschvorrichtung 1 herum verhindert. Die Duschtür 4 ist dabei aus einem klaren, transparenten Werkstoff, beispielsweise Mineralglas oder Plexiglas oder Acrylglas hergestellt, um nicht störend und den Raum verkleinernd das Badezimmer und insbesondere die Bade- und Duschvorrichtung 1 einzuengen und abzudunkeln, sondern um beim Baden einen wie in einer normalen Badewanne üblichen, ungestörten Blick in das Badezimmer werfen zu können.
  • In Fig. 3 ist in der Nähe der Brause 17 auf dem Wannenrand 5 ein Sitz 20 angeordnet, auf den sich der Duschende oder Badende auch setzen kann. Die Brause 17 kann an einer Verschubleiste bzw. -schiene 21 verschoben werden.
  • Im Schnittbild der Fig. 4 sind noch einmal zwei Dichtungsbereiche Va und Vb zwischen der Duschtür 4 und der Wanne 2 besonders markiert. Diese markierten Einzelheiten sind in Fig. 5 vergrößert dargestellt. Auf der Wanne 2 ist die Dichtung 8 zu erkennen, auf die die Duschtür 4 unter dem Wasserdruck 19 gedrückt wird. Der Wasserdruck 19 trägt zur Dichtheit bei, so dass die Griffverriegelung 18 (Figuren 1-3) nur mehr die Sicherheitsfunktion übernehmen muss. Bei anderen Konstruktionen müsste die Duschtür 4 mit den Scharnieren 9 und der Verriegelung wesentlich massiver gestaltet werden.
  • Die Erfindung ist insbesondere im Bereich der Herstellung von sanitären Einrichtungen, insbesondere Badezimmereinrichtungen, gewerblich anwendbar.
  • Die Erfindung zeichnet sich insbesondere durch folgende Vorteile aus:
    1. 1. Der Wasserdruck (19) trägt zur Dichtheit bei, sodass die Verriegelung nur mehr die Sicherheitsfunktion übernehmen muss.
    2. 2. Die Tür-Schamiere (9) müssen nicht im Wasserbereich angeordnet sein.
    3. 3. Durch die nach innen öffnende Tür (4) ist die Erfindung besonders für Kleinbäder geeignet.
    4. 4. Durch die Bauweise, dass die Tür auf den Formteil (11) anschlägt, wird der gesamte Wasserdruck (19) aufgenommen und es können so die Scharniere (9) weniger massiv gestaltet werden.
    5. 5. Die Verschubstange (21) kann die Handbrause (17) aufnehmen und gewährleistet an dieser Position den größten Spritzschutz.

Claims (9)

  1. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung (1) zur Verwendung als Badewanne und/oder als Dusche mit einer einen abgesenkten Einstiegsbereich (3) aufweisenden Wanne (2), die mittels einer Tür (4) wasserdicht verschließbar ist, wobei die Tür (4) im Einstiegsbereich von innen an der Wand der wanne (2) anschlägt und nach innen geöffnet wird, und die Tür (4) in ihrer Höhe über den Rand (5) der Wanne (2) hinausragt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Tür (4) als eine einteilige Duschtür (4) ausgeführt ist.
  2. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an der Duschtür (4) und/oder an der Wanne (2) im Einstiegsbereich (3) Dichtmittel (6, 8), zum wasserdichten Abdichten zwischen dem Einstiegsbereich (3) der Wanne (2) und der geschlossenen Duschtür (4) angeordnet sind.
  3. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an der Wanne (2) im Einstiegsbereich (3) eine Dichtfläche (6) gegenüber der Duschtür (4) angeordnet ist.
  4. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Wanne (2) ein vorgefertigtes und/oder beschichtetes, mindestens den Einstiegsbereich (3) und die Dichtfläche (6) aufweisendes Formteil (11) ist.
  5. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Dichtmittel eine an der Duschtür (4) angeordnete, umlaufende Dichtung (8) ist.
  6. Bade- und Duschvomchtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Dichtmittel eine im Einstiegsbereich (3) an der Wanne (2) gegenüber der Duschtür (4) angeordnete, umlaufende Dichtung (8) ist.
  7. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Dichtmittel (6, 8) zwischen Duschtür (4) und Wanne (2) selbstsperrend sind.
  8. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Duschtür (4) aus einem klaren, transparenten Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
  9. Bade- und Duschvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet
    dass mindestens auf einem Teil des Rands (5) der Wanne (2) ein Spritzschutz angeordnet ist.
