Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser un câble métallique, dans lequel une couche de torons extérieure est câblée autour d'une âme qui est constituée d'un câble d'âme (1) ou d'un toron d'âme (3) sur lequel une couche intermédiaire en matière plastique (4) est appliquée avant le câblage de la couche de torons extérieure (5), ou qui est constituée d'un brin en matière plastique, dans lequel la couche de torons (5) est enfoncée lors de son câblage dans la matière plastique de la couche intermédiaire ou du brin en matière plastique, après câblage de la couche de torons extérieure (5), le câble métallique est martelé afin de lisser sa surface et/ou d'augmenter son facteur de remplissage, et pour le martelage on utilise des marteaux qui sont déplacés depuis divers côtés vers le câble métallique et qui, à l'instant de leur rencontre simultanée, l'entourent essentiellement complètement avec des cambrages adaptés.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise pour la couche intermédiaire une matière thermoplastique (4) qui est de préférence réchauffée lors du câblage de la couche de torons extérieure (5).
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise pour la couche de torons extérieure (5) des torons standard (6) avec un fil de noyau et avec une couche de fil, ou des torons à commettage parallèle.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise pour la couche de torons extérieure (5) des torons avec une âme aisément déformable, en particulier en fer doux ou en matière plastique.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise des marteaux avec une extension axiale au moins double du diamètre du câble, de préférence avec une entrée élargie qui se rétrécit.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que, après le martelage, le câble métallique est soumis à un traitement de surface, ou revêtu, ou doté d'une enveloppe.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise quatre marteaux pour le martelage.
