Definitions

  • the invention relates to a further improved racket (racket) for ball and badminton games, such as tennis, squash, badminton, speedminton, racquetball.
  • racket racket
  • badminton games such as tennis, squash, badminton, speedminton, racquetball.
  • Ball bats for ball and badminton games with which the game ball out and the clout of the player is transferred to the ball, are already known in a variety of versions.
  • the rectilinear longitudinal axis of the ball racket requires in the acceptance and playback of high balls a correspondingly higher attitude of the game arm of the player.
  • the angle of the play arm and ball racket should be below 45 °. This means that even slightly higher balls play ball which exceed this optimum range of 45 °. This results in a more extreme coordination and increased effort of the player's arm.
  • the straight, symmetrical axis of the striker, shaft and handle further results in the ball-beater becoming an optimum resonant vibrating body, which smoothly propagates the vibration and / or vibration generated during picking up and hitting the ball to the player's playing arm.
  • the player tries to absorb these irritations by a firmer grip, the so-called “concreted” handle, which in turn leads to spasms of the wrist to pathological phenomena, the so-called tennis elbow, and to loss of coordination and energy.
  • all the muscle groups of the individual fingers over the arm up to those of the shoulder after each stroke must be relaxed, re-coordinated and re-fixed. This means loss of time, concentration and energy.
  • the fixation of the ball racket takes place in the handle and thus affects the hand muscle groups and the associated forearm muscles and tendons.
  • the resulting so-called tennis elbow is therefore the sum of the constant overuse and chronic fatigue and wear complaints that occur with every stroke.
  • ball bats have been developed in which the impact part or the striking surface or the handle of the racquet are angled to the rectilinear symmetry or longitudinal axis of the ball racquet - DE 24 07 213 C1 . FR 2 696 351 . US 4,131,278 . US 4 155 550 , US 4,478,416 .
  • To this embodiment of ball bats also includes the WO90 / 14870 known tennis rackets, which has a displaced to the extended handle axis clubhead center of gravity.
  • the impact parts of the tennis racket is arranged to a straight handle parts, that the extended handle axis continues to cut the clubface of the club head, but the club head center of gravity is offset by a certain amount to the extended handle axis.
  • the desired rotational stability is only guaranteed in these rackets when the ball at a racket attitude in which the club face is exactly vertical, impinges on the clubface at an angle of 90 °.
  • WO 01/87424 A2 and BE 1005097 A5 Tennis rackets are also already known with an S-shaped arrangement of striker, bar and handle.
  • WO 01/87424 A2 discloses a bell-beater according to the preamble of claim 1. While in the embodiment of WO 01/87424 A2 the extended handle axis of the handle formed just cuts the center of gravity of the impact part, it is in the embodiments US 4,147,348 and BE 1005097 A5 far outside of the clubface and thus far out of the sweet spot. In the case of BE 1005097 A5 the extended handle axis even runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the impact part.
  • a racquet for racquetball and tennis with an ergonomic, profiled handle and an asymmetrically designed and arranged to a prolonged handle axis club face is out US 4,360,201 known. This ball racquet has substantially the same adverse playing characteristics as described above.
  • a ball bat with bow-shaped handle is already off US 4,743,021 known.
  • This ball bat in turn has an arrangement of web and club face on a straight center line, with the disadvantages, which are described in more detail above, for example, on page 1 paragraph 3 ff.
  • the arrangement and training of the sweet spot which is located in the center of the percussion part and according to the unequal lengths of the longitudinal and transverse axis of the percussion part expands towards the edge of the percussion part, is of crucial importance.
  • the area outside of this sweetspot is increasingly unfavorable because of the increasing tension of the strings and the unfavorable levers when returning the ball.
  • a game with these sections of the strike part is much more uncoordinated and requires a greater use of force.
  • the invention is therefore an object of the invention to develop a ball racket with overall improved game characteristics, which largely adapts to the ergonomic movement of the player when recording and returning the game ball and even more effective use of the power allows.
  • the ball bat according to the invention has an overall S-shaped configuration and has an S-shaped centerline common to the striker, shank and grip such that the top and bottom vertices of the head frame and striker lie on the centerline , While the arrangement of the shaft and handle in their longitudinal extension follow the course of the center line, wherein the arcuate design of the handle continues in the structural design of the shaft.
  • the cross sections of the profiles of the head frame and the shank are different in the halves of the racket separated by the center line.
  • the s-shaped configuration of the ball-racket, in particular that of the shaft acts as a spring and consumes a large proportion of the vibrations occurring.
  • the ball bat according to the invention dampens the resonance of the vibration and thus contributes to a protection of the game arm.
  • the vibration damping effects can be reinforced by extensions of the profile cross-section, which are provided in the region of the end point of the handle - claim 3.
  • the s-shaped configuration of the ball racket not only results in that the proposed racket is compared to the previously known versions even more adapted to the ergonomic movement sequences when serving, accepting and returning the ball, but advantageously leads to a shift of the percussion part in relation to a gravity axis passing through the center of gravity of the handle.
  • the ball can be played higher at the same angle between the player's arm and the player's body. This feature, which is particularly beneficial when playing on the net, reduces the amount of power required and increases the control of the ball when hit.
  • the curvature of the handle whose start and end point is on the s-shaped center line of the ball racket, additionally supports the variable use of the ball racket according to the invention both forehand and backhand balls and allows an even better use of the advantages arising from the Displacement or deflection of the percussion part result.
  • the handle is even better adapted to the player's bow due to its curvature. It creates a greater grip contact, through which the racket is better fixed in the hand of the player.
  • the curved handle is an effective lever against the racket's twisting, caused by balls that are not accepted and hit by the sweetspot.
  • a further, significant advantage of the ball impactor according to the invention is, above all, that the unfavorable lever moments which result, for example, from an angled arrangement of the handle and / or impact part, are compensated by the S-shaped configuration and the common S-shaped center line, d. H. cancel each other out.
  • the incoming flight ball is thereby not primarily absorbed by the strings of the strings of the striker, as is generally the case with ball-beaters with a straight longitudinal axis, but is taken up by the longitudinal and transverse strings of the string, which are directed approximately diagonally to the trajectory of the ball.
  • This advantageous effect can be further increased by the longitudinal strings of the fabric not parallel to a connecting line between the outermost points of the head frame of the striker, but are arranged approximately diagonally - claim 5.
  • the ball must then a longer Travel back on the covering of the striker and thus receives a longer guide.
  • the overall control of the ball increases. From the quasi double leadership of the ball along the longitudinal and transverse strings of the clothing results in addition to the improved control of the ball and a more efficient transfer of the impact force on the ball.
  • the ball racket By the inventive S-shaped configuration of the ball racket, the associated deflection of the striker and the leadership of the beaten or incoming ball on the transverse and longitudinal strings of the string of the impact part, supplemented by the arrangement of the stringing, as described above, the ball receives a Rotation around its own axis, which triggers the ball with a swirling effect without the player having to cut the ball. The entire power of the blow is transferred to the ball.
  • the ball racket according to the invention can be equipped with a symmetrically or asymmetrically designed striking part.
  • the ball racket in turn has an s-shaped configuration.
  • the asymmetrical shape of the impact part lengthens the length of the strings of the strings and also the length of the hammer. This results in a greater impact force and a larger area of the sweet spot, which improves the guidance and control of the ball on the striker.
  • the ball racket according to the invention is produced in one piece.
  • Claim 6 To simplify and decentralize the production, the individual functional assemblies of the ball racket can be manufactured separately and firmly connected together in a mounting process by force and / or positive connection.
  • the ball bat produced according to the invention has a continuous S-shaped configuration with an S-shaped extending center line 5, on which the starting points and end points of the functional elements of the ball racket striker 1, shaft 2 and handle 3 are arranged.
  • the ball bat shown has a symmetrically shaped impact member 1, which is formed by the head frame 6 and the string 7.
  • Another measure to increase the effective area of the sweetspot 9 is that it dispenses with the web 4 of the head frame 6 in a manner known per se and guides the longitudinal and transverse strings of the clothing of the striking part 1 into the head region of the shaft 2 and anchored there.
  • the arcuate design of the handle 3 is continued in the structural design of the shaft 2, wherein the starting and ending point of the handle 2 are also on the s-shaped extending center line 5 of the ball racket.
  • the design of the shaft 2 acts like a spring and dampens the vibrations occurring when hitting and picking up the ball.
  • the damping properties of the proposed ball racket can be additionally reinforced by an extension of the profile cross-section 8 in the region of the junction of web 2 and handle 3.
  • the produced according to the invention and in Fig. 3 shown ball bat has an asymmetrically formed impact member 1.
  • the sweet spot 9 increases to the sweet spot area 9.1.
  • the hammer of the ball racket is extended, with the result that a higher impact force can be transferred to the ball. From the areal enlargement of the sweetspot, there is also a better guidance and control of the ball during its contact with the covering of the striking part 1.
  • the profiles have 6.1; 6.2 of the head frame 6 and the shaft 2 in the separated by the center line 5
  • Baseaurhtag a different profile cross-section.
