Claims (10)
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster, insbesondere Insektenschutztür oder -fenster, mit einem Schwenk- oder Schieberahmen und einer magnetischen Schließeinrichtung mit wenigstens einem an einem Rahmenteil des Schwenk- oder Schieberahmens angeordneten ersten Magnetschließteil, das mit einem ortsfest an einem Tür- oder Fensterstock befestigten zweiten Magnetschließteil zusammenwirkt, wobei wenigstens eines der Magnetschließteile, insbesondere beide, band- oder leistenförmig ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Magnetschließteil (8) in einer allseitig geschlossenen Kammer (7) des Rahmenteils (6) aufgenommen ist, wobei an dem die Kammer aufweisenden Rahmenteil (6) wenigstens eine Aufnahme (10) vorgesehen ist, in der wenigstens ein zumindest abschnittsweise verformbares Dämpfungselement aufgenommen ist, dessen freies Ende etwas aus der Begrenzungsfläche (9) des Rahmenteils (6), die in der geschlossenen Stellung dem zweiten Magnetschließteil (3) gegenüber liegt, herausragt.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster, insbesondere Insektenschutztür oder -fenster, mit einem Schwenk- oder Schieberahmen, einem Blendrahmen und einer magnetischen Schließeinrichtung mit wenigstens einem an einem Rahmenteil des Schwenk- oder Schieberahmens angeordneten ersten Magnetschließteil, das mit einem ortsfest an einem Rahmenteil des Blendrahmens befestigten zweiten Magnetschließteil zusammenwirkt, wobei wenigstens eines der Magnetschließteile, insbesondere beide, band- oder leistenförmig ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder das zweite Magnetschließteil (23, 31) in einer allseitig geschlossenen Kammer (22, 30)des jeweiligen Rahmenteils (19, 21) aufgenommen ist, wobei an wenigstens einem eine Kammer (22, 30) aufweisenden Rahmenteil (19, 21) wenigstens eine Aufnahme (24) vorgesehen ist, in der wenigstens ein zumindest abschnittsweise verformbares Dämpfungselement aufgenommen ist, dessen freies Ende etwas aus der Begrenzungsfläche (29) des Rahmenteils (19, 21), die in der geschlossenen Stellung dem anderen Magnetschließteil (23, 31) gegenüber liegt, herausragt.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (10, 24) am die Kammer (22, 30) aufweisenden Rahmenteil (19, 21) als längslaufende Nut (12, 25) ausgebildet ist, in der ein entsprechend länglich ausgebildetes Dämpfungselement eingesetzt ist.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (12, 25) offen oder als einseitig oder zweiseitig hinterschnittene Nut (12, 25) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement in der Nut (12, 25) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig oder mittels eines Befestigungsmittels gehaltert und/oder verklebt ist.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement eine Bürste (11, 26) ist, deren freie Borstenenden aus der Begrenzungsfläche(9, 29) des Rahmenteils (6, 21), die in der geschlossenen Stellung dem anderen Magnetschließteil (3, 31) zugewandt ist, herausragen.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste (11, 26) mit ihrem Bürstenhalter (13, 27) in der Nut aufgenommen ist.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Borstenabschnitt (28) schmaler als der Bürstenhalter (13, 27) ist.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement ein in der Nut (12, 25) aufgenommenes, zumindest abschnittsweise elastisches band- oder leistenförmiges Profil, insbesondere ein Gummi- oder Schaumgummiprofil ist.
- Vorsatztür oder -fenster nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil einen im wesentlichen T-förmigen oder L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
