Claims (10)
- Spanneinrichtung zum Anbringen einer Werkzeughülse (11) an einem Werkzeugzylinder (12) einer Rotations- Präge- oder -Druckmaschine, bei der die mit einem Schlitz (13) versehene Werkzeughülse (11) mittels der Spanneinrichtung (14) auswechselbar auf dem Werkzeugzylinder (12) klemmend aufgespannt ist, wobei die Spanneinrichtung (14) mit einem über die Länge der Werkzeughülse (11) wirksamen, von einer Stirnseite des Werkzeugzylinders (12) bzw. der Maschine her zentral betätigbaren Klemmantrieb versehen ist, wobei der Klemmantrieb ein Klemmantriebselement (24) und mehrere, vom Klemmantriebselement (24) betätigbare Spannelemente (35) aufweist und wobei die Spanneinrichtung (14) ein von dem Werkzeugzylinder (12) und der Werkzeughülse (11) im entspannten Zustand abnehmbares Bauteil ist.
- Spanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klammantriebselement (24) unter Federkraft auf die Spannelemente (35), insbesondere auf jedes Spannelement (35) über ein gesondertes Federelement (31), einwirkt.
- Spanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie beidseitig des Schlitzes (13), ggf. mittels über die Länge der Werkzeughülse (11) durchgehende Klammerleisten (18), an die Werkzeughülse (11) anschließbar ist.
- Spanneinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannelemente (35) von dem Klemmantriebselement (24) betätigbar sind, das als ggf. von einem Schraubantrieb verschiebbare Schubstange wirkt und die Spannelemente (35) ein Umlenkgetriebe zur Umlenkung einer Längsbewegung in eine im wesentlichen in Umfangsrichtung wirkende Spannbewegung aufweist.
- Spannenrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie hauptsächlich in dem Schlitz (13) der Werkzeughülse (11) aufgenommen ist und in dem Werkzeugzylinder (12) allenfalls eine flache Ausnehmung beansprucht.
- Spanneinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannelemente (35) nach Art eines Kniehebeltriebes mit wenigstens zwei Verbindungsgliedern (32) ausgebildet sind, bei denen eine gestreckte oder zueinander fluchtende Ausrichtung der Verbindungsglieder (32) eine Öffnungsposition der Spanneinrichtung und eine ausgelenkte Stellung eine Spannposition ergibt.
- Spanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannelemente (35) je eine auf dem Klemmantriebselement (24) angeordnete und ggf. dagegen begrenzt bewegliche Nabe (30) aufweisen, an der pleuelartige Verbindungsglieder (32) schwenkbar angelenkt sind, die auch an den Klammerleisten (18) schwenkbar angelenkt sind und zumindest Zugkräfte, vorzugsweise auch Druckkräfte, übertragen.
- Spanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Naben (30) über Federelemente (31), vorzugsweise Tellerfederpakete, von Anschlägen (28), z.B. Bünden, an dem Klemmantriebselement (24) axial verschiebbar sind und in der unbelasteten Stellung ihrerseits an Anschlägen (29) an dem Klemmantriebselement (24) anliegen.
- Spanneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmantriebselement (24) in einer Brücke (21) geführt und vorzugsweise mittels eines Bewegungsgewindes (22, 23) axial beweglich ist, wobei die Brücke (21) im Bereich einer Stirnseite des Werkzeugzylinders (12) liegt und mit den Klammerleisten (18) in axialer Richtung im wesentlichen fest gekuppelt ist, jedoch Bewegungen der Klammerleisten (18) in radialer Richtung zulässt.
- Spanneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich einer Stirnfläche des Werkzeugzylinders (12) das Klemmantriebselement ein Angriffsprofil (27), wie beispielsweise eine Schlüsselfläche, für einen Einstellantrieb aufweist.
