Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) aus Filterstäben (100) mit einer vorbestimmten Filterstablänge, wobei die Filterstäbe (100) aus einem Magazin (20) entnommen werden, die Filterstäbe (100) jeweils in n-fache (n = 2, 3, 4, ....) Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4) für eine vorbestimmte Filterstopfenlänge mittels (n-1)-facher Schneideinrichtungen (115) oder jeweils in k-fache (k = 2, 3, 4, ... ; k ≠ n) Filterstopfen (210.1, 210.2, 210.3) für eine zweite vorbestimmte Filterstopfenlänge mittels (k-1)-facher Schneideinrichtungen (115) geschnitten werden, bei einem Wechsel der zu schneidenden Filterstopfen von einer vorbestimmten Filterstopfenlänge zu einer anderen vorbestimmten Filterstopfenlänge die Anzahl der Schneideinrichtungen (115) erhöht (k > n) oder verringert (k < n) wird, wobei die Filterstablänge der zu verarbeitenden Filterstäbe (100) beim Wechsel konstant bleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterstäbe (100) von In längsaxialer Richtung der Filterstäbe (100) versetzbar angeordneten Schneideinrichtungen (115) geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Änderung der Filterstopfenlänge der Abstand zwischen den Schneideinrichtungen (115) verändert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Schneideinrichtungen (115) derart geändert wird, dass die n-fachen oder k-fachen Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) jeweils dieselbe Filterstopfenlänge aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Schneiden der Filterstäbe (100) die Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) in Förderrichtung queraxial hintereinander, vorzugsweise in einer Reihe, angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Schneiden der Filterstäbe (100) die Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) mittels wenigstens einer Staffeltrommel (40) gestaffelt und/oder mittels wenigstens einer Schiebetrommel (50) geschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Filterstopfenlängenänderung die Staffeltrommel (40) ausgetauscht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Filterzigaretten, wobei Tabakstöcke doppelter Länge in Tabakstöcke (130.1, 130.2; 230.1, 230.2) einfacher Länge geschnitten werden, zwischen die Tabakstöcke einfacher Länge (130.1, 130.2; 230.1, 230.2) Filterstopfen doppelter Länge (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) eingebracht werden, die doppelt langen Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) mit den Tabakstöcken einfacher Länge (130.1, 130.2; 230.1, 230.2) durch Umhüllen mittels eines Belagpaplerblättchens zu Filterzigaretten (150; 250) doppelter Gebrauchslänge verbunden werden, wobei die Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der hergestellten Filterzigaretten (150; 250) vor und nach einem Wechsel der Filterstopfenlänge konstant gehalten wird.
- Filteransetzmaschine mit einer Filterzuführeinrichtung (10), wobei aus einem Magazin (20) Filterstäbe (100) mit einer vorbestimmten Filterstablänge entnehmbar sind, die Filterstäbe (100) zu Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) mit einer vorbestimmten Filterstopfenlänge schneidbar sind und die Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4; 210.1, 210.2, 210.3) zwischen längsaxial beabstandete Tabakstöcke (130.1, 130.2; 230.1, 230.2) eingebracht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterstäbe (100) in jeweils n-fache (n = 2, 3, 4, ....) Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4) mittels (n-1)-facher Schneideinrichtungen (115) oder die Filterstäbe (100) in jeweils k-fache (k = 2, 3, 4, ...; k ≠ n) Filterstopfen (210.1, 210.2, 210.3) mittels (k-1)-facher Schneideinrichtungen (115) schneidbar sind, wobei die Filterstablänge der zu verarbeitenden Filterstäbe (100) konstant bleibt, und bei einem Wechsel von n-fach geschnittenen Filterstopfen (110.1, 110.2, 110.3, 110.4) zu k-fach geschnittenen Filterstopfen (210.1, 210.2, 210.3) die Anzahl der Schneideinrichtungen (115) erhöhbar (k > n) oder verringerbar (k < n) ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtungen (115) in längsaxialer Richtung der Filterstäbe (100) versetzbar sind.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Schneideinrichtungen (115) veränderbar ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterzuführeinrichtung (10) wenigstens eine Entnahmetrommel (30) und/oder wenigstens eine Schneidtrommel (30) und/oder wenigstens eine Staffeltrommel (40) und/oder wenigstens eine Schiebetrommel (50) und/oder wenigstens eine Beschleunlgertrommel (60) und/oder wenigstens eine Einlegetrommel (70) aufweist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Staffeltrommel (40) austauschbar ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der hergestellten Filterzigaretten (150; 250) vor und nach einem Wechsel der Filterstopfenlänge konstant ist.
