Um ein problemloses Herausziehen von Schachteln 7 zu ermöglichen, die an der zum Auswerfer entgegengesetzten Seite zum Öffnen neigende Teile aufweisen, enthält die Überleitstation 5 zumindest an einer Längsseite die in den Figuren 2 bis 5 dargestellte Zusatzeinrichtung. Bevorzugt enthält die Überleitstation 5 für beide Förderriemenpaare 8, 9 und 10, 11 an jeder Längsseite eine derartige Zusatzeinrichtung, damit Schachteln 7 nach beiden Seiten ausgeschleust werden können. Nachfolgend wir die Zusatzeinrichtung für das rechte Förderriemenpaar 8, 9 näher erläutert. Die zweite Zusatzeinrichtung ist in den Figuren 2 und 4 angedeutet. Sie enthält die gleichen, spiegelbildlich angeordneten Elemente.

Claims (7)
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine zur Herstellung von Faltschachteln (7) aus Zuschnitten, mit einer Faltstation (3), in der mit einem Klebestreifen versehene Zuschnittsteile (7.1, 7.2) gefaltet werden und einer nachfolgenden Überleitstation (5), die als Fördereinrichtung zumindest zwei jeweils aus einem oberen und unteren Riemen (8, 9; 10, 11) bestehende Förderriemenpaare enthält und die eine außen neben einem Förderriemenpaar (8, 9) angeordnete Einrichtung zum seitlichen Herausziehen fehlerhafter Schachteln (7) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Überleitstation (5) zumindest an einer Längsseite der obere Förderriemen (9) in einem Bereich seiner Förderstrecke von Stützrollen (13) abgestützt wird, die an einer Lagerplatte (14) befestigt sind, die mit ihrer Unterkante etwas nach innen gegen die Senkrechte gekippt verlaufend und begrenzt nach oben bewegbar gelagert ist, und
dass innen neben den Stützrollen (13) ein Führungsblech (22) befestigt ist, das sich von der Innenkante des oberen Förderriemens (9) nach oben abgewinkelt in Richtung zu dem anderen Förderriemenpaar (10, 11) erstreckt. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kippwinkel der Lagerplatte (14) einstellbar ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Förderriemen (9) von zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Gruppen von Stützrollen (13) abgestützt wird. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützrollen (13) ballig ausgeführt sind. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsblech (22) vertikal verstellbar an der Aufhängung der Lagerplatte (14) befestigt ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Unterstützungsstange (25), die innen neben dem unteren Förderriemen (8) und parallel zu diesem verlaufend so angeordnet ist, dass ihre Oberkante sich etwa in Höhe des unteren Förderriemens (8) befindet. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überleitstation (5) an ihrer anderen Längsseite für den dortigen oberen Förderriemen (11) ebenfalls die Merkmale eines der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6 enthält.
