Claims (11)
- Sleeve, insbesondere Gummituchhülse, für eine Druckmaschine, mit einem zweischichtigen Aufbau umfassend eine als Trägerschicht (11) ausgebildete Innenschicht und eine als Deckschicht (12) ausgebildete, der Druckübertragung dienende Außenschicht, wobei die Außenschicht bzw. die Deckschicht (12) unmittelbar mit der Innenschicht bzw. der Trägerschicht (11) verbunden ist.
- Sleeve nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (11) inkompressibel und vorzugsweise metallisch ausgebildet ist.
- Sleeve nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (11) kompressibel und vorzugsweise als faserverstärkte Verbundschicht ausgebildet ist.
- Sleeve nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (11) zu einer Hülse bzw. einem Hohlzylinder verschweißt ist.
- Sleeve nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (11) eine Dicke zwischen 0,1 mm bis 100 mm aufweist.
- Sleeve nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (12) eine Dicke zwischen 0,1 mm bis 10 mm aufweist.
- Sleeve nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (12) vorzugsweise mit Lack versiegelt ist.
- Sleeve, insbesondere Gummituchhülse, für eine Druckmaschine, mit einem dreischichtigen Aufbau umfassend eine als Trägerschicht (14) ausgebildete Innenschicht, eine als Deckschicht (15) ausgebildete, der Druckübertragung dienende Außenschicht und eine zwischen der Trägerschicht (14) und der Deckschicht (15) angeordnete Registerschicht (16), wobei die Außenschicht bzw. die Deckschicht (15) und die Innenschicht bzw. die Trägerschicht (14) auf unterschiedlichen Seiten der Registerschicht (16) unmittelbar mit die Registerschicht (16) verbunden sind.
- Sleeve nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (14) und die Deckschicht (15) kompressibel ausgebildet sind, und dass die Registerschicht (16) inkompressibel ausgebildet ist.
- Sleeve nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (14) inkompressibel und die Deckschicht (15) kompressibel ausgebildet ist, und dass die Registerschicht (16) inkompressibel ausgebildet ist.
- Sleeve nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Trägerschicht (14) kompressibel und die Deckschicht (15) inkompressibel ausgebildet ist, und dass die Registerschicht (16) inkompressibel ausgebildet ist.
