Definitions
- the invention relates to a fire door with a door leaf frame construction and a glazing inserted therein. Moreover, the invention relates to a system and a Process for the preparation of such fire protection door leaves and one with such Fire protection door leaf provided fire door.
- Fire doors are part of the fire protection, their provision many times are prescribed by building regulations, especially in public buildings. Fire protection closures are in Germany and in Europe, among others, by the DIN 4102 and EN 1634 standardized. They require a building authority approval. To one To obtain such approval are fire door designs in a fire test tested. Depending on whether the doors are at least 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes one withstand one-sided exposure to fire under DIN conditions (DIN 4102 Part 5), they are referred to as T15, T30, T60 or T90 fire doors.
- a particular Type of fire doors in the form of sheet steel doors are standardized by the DIN 18082. For steel sheet doors, which are manufactured according to this standard, you do not need one carry out a separate fire test. These DIN sheet steel doors are distinguished by a particularly cost-effective manufacturing process.
- the door leaves of these fire doors according to DIN 18082 are made of a box plate and a cover plate formed, which enclose a cavity filled with insulating material.
- the fire door leaves according to DIN 18082 are depending on other Requirements in various thicknesses produced in industrial mass production.
- the object of the invention is to provide a glazed fire protection door leaf, which with relative can be industrially manufactured in less than a few parts to be stockpiled and yet has a visually appealing appearance.
- the glazing at least one fire screen and another disc up.
- These two discs are by means of a Spacer device spaced so that it is approximately flush with the broad side surfaces complete the door leaf frame construction or that of each other opposite broad sides of the two discs at least in the vicinity of the broad side surfaces the door leaf frame structures are arranged.
- This can be different thick door leaf frame constructions, each with a same pair of glass panes glazed at the same, visually appealing broadside view. you each must provide only a suitable spacer device.
- the glass panes Close even with different door leaf thicknesses with about the door leaf frame construction so that, despite the proposed glazing a uniform door leaf body completely without gradations on the door leaf wide surfaces or at least without visually particularly striking gradations arise on these broad surfaces.
- a measure of about 5 mm for a stage is still as visually hardly noticeable and thus still essentially be flush. But it also comes down to the relative other dimensions; small, thin door leaves become smaller Gradations attract more attention than large thick door leaves with structured surfaces.
- the invention is directed to a substantially uniform optical Impression of the broadside surfaces also of different thick glazed fire doors from.
- the invention is particularly for the glazing produced by the DIN 18082 Fire-resistant sheet steel doors with box sheet and cover sheet suitable.
- the invention for glazing such door leaves made according to DIN is a Particularly cost-effective fire protection door leaf with visually appealing glazing created.
- the door leaf frame construction is preferably formed by a sheet metal fire protection door leaf construction. This further preferably has one Chest sheet and a lid sheet and a filling in between. The box sheet and the cover plate then form the respective broad sides of the door leaf frame construction.
- To produce this door leaf can be z.
- glazing is preferably only a fire screen is used, so that the Overall construction is inexpensive.
- fire screens are on the Market as F15 discs, F-30 discs or with correspondingly higher fire protection requirements available. They consist of several layers of transparent Material, in particular glass, with usually transparent fire-resistant cooling materials between.
- the fire door panel according to the invention also in one embodiment with a fire screen with lower fire classification also overall meet a higher fire classification. For example, you can use it make a T30 door leaf on an F15 disc.

- the spacer strip from a fire-resistant cooling fire protection material such partial reinforcements may have no adverse effects on the Fire protection function of the door leaf can be used.
- the running through in the thickness direction Metal bridges formed thermal bridges could otherwise in case of fire the conduct hot temperature through the thickness of the door leaf.
- the fire protection material of the cover strip For example, it releases moisture, which evaporates in case of fire for cooling contributes to the metal bridges. Or it generally has a material that in case of fire his State of aggregation changes, whereby the energy required for the state change of the penetrating fire heat is withdrawn. This leaves the fire protection facing away Side cooler.
- the fire protection conditions according to the appropriate Standards also provide for certain temperature limits on the non-brand side, be fulfilled.
- this is preferably consistently as spacer strip (and not interrupted, for example, in the form of spacer blocks) formed.
- At least the visible surface of the spacer bar is more preferably optical hardened and tempered. For this purpose, it is clad, for example, with a panel or veneered. Or it is coated or painted with a visually appealing material.
