Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Feuerschutz-Türblatt (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) mit einer Türblatt-Rahmenkonstruktion (5) und einer darin eingesetzten Verglasung (7). Um auch verschiedene Türblattdicken in industrieller Fertigung einfach, kostengünstig und dennoch ohne Beeinträchtigung der Feuerschutzfunktion optisch ansprechend verglasen zu können, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Verglasung (7) wenigstens eine Feuerschutzscheibe (15) und eine weitere Scheibe (16) aufweist, wobei die beiden Scheiben (15, 16) mittels einer Abstandshalteeinrichtung (17) derart beabstandet sind, dass ihre voneinander abgewandten Breitseiten-Oberflächen (20, 21) jeweils zu einer entsprechenden Breitseitenoberfläche (22, 23) der Türblatt-Rahmenkonstruktion (5) im wesentlichen flächenbündig, das heißt parallel mit einem Abstand von höchstens 5 mm, verlaufen. Außerdem werden ein System und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Türblätter (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) mit verschiedenen Dicken (a, b, c) sowie eine damit versehene Feuerschutztür (1) vorgeschlagen.
