- the present invention relates to the cold working of molybdenum by reverse extrusion.
- Molybdenum is used in lighting because of its thermal, electrical and chemical properties. It is a brittle material at room temperature, and precursors and semi-finished products are usually hot-formed. Molybdenum molded parts such as tubes or caps for the lighting technology can be made by deep drawing 1 of sheets and strips at room temperature.
- Deep drawing refers to the tensile pressure forming of sheets into a hollow body or the formation of a hollow body with a smaller circumference from a hollow body of larger circumference. The sheet thickness is not deliberately changed.
- the cut sheet is placed in the receptacle. A hold-down presses the sheet on the drawing die and prevents wrinkling during deep drawing. The dropping punch pushes the sheet into the drawing die and thus shapes it to the desired workpiece.

Claims (6)
- Procédé de déformation à froid du molybdène par extrusion indirecte, caractérisé en ce qu'une recristallisation complète est effectuée avant la déformation à froid.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la recristallisation est effectuée sous gaz protecteur et/ou vide.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la recristallisation est effectuée à des températures supérieures à 1300°C.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce queA) une pièce en molybdène est complètement recristallisée sous vide et/ou sous gaz protecteur à des températures supérieures à 1400°C,B) la pièce est refroidie sous vide et/ou gaz protecteur,C) des tronçons de la pièce ainsi recristallisée sont extrudés en éléments préfabriqués à température ambiante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les éléments préfabriqués sont pressés de façon symétrique en rotation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel les éléments préfabriqués sont des traversées de courant à travers des flacons de verre ou de céramique ou des électrodes d'émetteurs dans des lampes CCFL ou des lampes à cathode froide.
