Claims (14)
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur mit einer gepanzerten Bodenplatte (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte (3) in Längsrichtung mittels einer oder mehrerer Biegekanten (6) nach innen gebogen ist und in einem Abstand zur Bodenplatte (3) als Verformungsfreiraum ein zweiter Fußboden (5) eingezogen ist, der nicht in direkter Verbindung mit der ersten Bodenplatte (3) steht.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Fußboden (5) aus einem als Splitterschutz geeigneten Material (19) oder Materialkombination besteht.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem zweiten Fußboden (5) ein Minenschutzteppich, bestehend aus einem flexiblen hochfesten Material, z.B. mehrere Aramidgewebeschichten (19), als Schutz vor Splittern aufgebracht ist.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Splitterschutzteppich nur im Randbereich am Fußboden befestigt ist.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht des zweiten Fußbodens (5) oder des Splitterschutzteppichs aus einem rutsch- und trittfesten Material, z.B. einem Gumminoppenbelag (1) besteht.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Fußboden (5) leicht demontierbar, z.B. an die Seitenwand (13) geschraubt ausgeführt ist.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß modulare Zusatzpanzerungsplatten (9) aufgebracht werden können.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsschienen (8) zur Montage der Zusatzpanzerungsplatten (9) vorgesehen sind.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Zusatzpanzerungsplattenreihen (9) mit einer Verbindungsschiene (12) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 7-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzpanzerungselemente (9), die Führungsschienen (8) und die Verbindungsleisten (12) deckungsgleiche Ausnehmungen im Randbereich aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme von Verbindungsbolzen (11) geeignet sind.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 7-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen den Zusatzpanzerungselementen (9) und den Führungs- und Verbindungsleisten (12) mittels Verbindungsbolzen (11) durchgeführt wird.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbolzen eine Schraube ist, die in die entfernt gelegene Seite der Führungs- und Verbindungsschienen eingeschraubt wird.
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 11-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbolzen aus hochfestem Material besteht
- Minengeschützte Fahrzeugwannenbodenstruktur nach Anspruch 11-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbolzen mit einer z.B. schraubbaren Vorrichtung in den Ausnehmungen fixiert wird.
