Claims (14)
- Lampe (1) für allgemeine Beleuchtungszwecke mit einem einen Sockel (2) aufweisenden Reflektor (3) und mit einer Abdeckung (4), die beide unter Bildung eines inneren Hohlraums (5) längs ihres Umfangs (6) miteinander verbunden sind, mit einem im wesentlichen koaxial im Hohlraum (5) angeordneten und im Sockel (2) montierten Brenner (9) und mit einer den Brenner (9) umgebenden, mittels Zements (10) im Sockel (2) befestigbaren Abschirmung (11),
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Blendachutzkappe (13) und ein zwischen dem abdeckungseitigen Endbereich (12) der Abschirmung (11) und der Blendschutzkappe (13) zur Halterung derselben an der Abschirmung (11) vorgesehenes Klemmelement (14), welches einerseits an der Abschirmung (11) und andererseits an der Blendschutzkappe (13) angebracht ist. - Lampe (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmelement (14) ein Ring (16) mit radial inneren, voneinander beabstandeten ersten Federelementen (17) für seine Halterung am Endbereich (12) der Abschirmung (11) und mit radial äußeren zweiten Federelementen (18) zur Halterung der Blendschutzkappe (13) ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmelement (14) als flacher Rohling zunächst aus einem Federmetallblech ausgestanzt ist, bevor es durch Biegen in seine Endform gebracht wird.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Federelemente (17) im wesentlichen in der Ebene des Rings (16) zur Ringmitte (16a) hin vorstehende erste Federlaschen (19) und derart geformt sind, dass sie auf den abdeckungsseitigen Endbereich (12) der Abschirmung (11) unter Spannung aufschiebbar sind und dadurch das Klemmelement (14) an dieser befestigbar ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 4mit einem abdeckungsseitig offenen Ende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (16) rundum einen Abstand (R) von dem Endbereich (12) der Abschirmung (11) aufweist, der von den in Umfangsrichtung des Rings (16) beabstandeten ersten Federlaschen (19) überbrückt ist, derart, daß zwischen Abschirmung (11) und Ring (16) mindestens ein Durchtritt (36) für die Stromrückleitung (8) gewährleistet ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formung der ersten Federelemente (17) durch ein erstes Abbiegen jeweils eines Zwischenabschnitts (20) der ersten Federlaschen (19) aus der Ebene des Rings (16) heraus und im radialen Abstand (R) von diesem in axialer Richtung, somit in einer Richtung parallel zur Längsachse (21) des Rings (16), sowie durch ein zweites Abbiegen jeweils eines Endabschnitts (22) eines Zwischenabschnitts (20) nach innen und im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene des Rings (16) erfolgt ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Federelemente (18) im wesentlichen vom radial äußeren Rand (23) des Rings (16) vorstehende und sich im wesentlichen axial entgegengesetzt zu den Zwischenabschnitten (20) der ersten Federlaschen (19) erstreckende zweite Federlaschen (24) sind.
- Lampe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei um jeweils 120 Grad längs des Innenumfangs (25) des Rings (16) gegeneinander versetzte erste Federlaschen (19) und vier jeweils um 90 Grad längs des äußeren Randes (23) des Rings (16) gegeneinander versetzte zweite Federlaschen (24) vorgesehen sind.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmung (11) im Querschnitt kreisförmig ist und einen sich zum Sockel (2) hin verjüngenden hohlkegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt (26) und einen sich in Richtung auf die Abdeckung (4) zu erstreckenden hohlzylindrischen Abschnitt (27) aufweist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohlzylindrische Abschnitt (27) in der Wandung seines freien Endes (Rand 29) eine Durchmesservergrößerung oder eine Durchmesserverkleinerung als Rast besitzt, über welche bei der Montage die ersten Federlaschen (19) des Klemmelements (14) elastisch nachgebend gleitbar und auf welcher dieselben aufschnappbar sind, derart, daß eine Art Verankerung des Klemmelements (14) am Ring (16) stattfinden kann.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Durchmesservergrößerung vorgesehen ist, die als eine relativ kurze hohlkegelstumpfförmige Aufweitung (28) ausgebildet ist, an deren Rand (29) die ersten Federlaschen (19) mit ihren Endabschnitten (22) anlegbar sind.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blendschutzkappe (13) auf das Klemmelement (14) aufschiebbar ist, derart, dass die zweiten Federlaschen (24) unter Spannung an der Innenfläche (39) der Blendschutzkappe (13) anlegbar sind.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einen hohlzylindrischen Abschnitt (30) und einen in Richtung auf die Abdeckung (4) zu sich daran anschließenden hohlkegelförmigen Abschnitt (31) aufweisende Blendschutzkappe (13) in Abstand vom freien Rand (32) ihres hohlzylindrischen Abschnitts (30) einen Innenbund als Aufschiebbegrenzung bzw. Anschlag (37) besitzt, an welchem beim Aufschieben der Ring (16) mit seinem radial äußeren Umfangsbereich anlegbar ist, während an der zwischen dem Rand (32) und dem Anschlag (37) vorhandenen, der Innenfläche (29) zugeordneten Bundfläche (38) des Innenbundes die Außenflächen der zweiten Federlaschen (24) anlegbar sind.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohlkegelförmige Abschnitt (31) von drei jeweils um ca. 120 Grad in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander versetzten Ausschnitten (34) durchbrochen ist, die jeweils durch relativ schmale Stege (35) voneinander getrennt sind.
