Claims (6)
- Hydraulisches Abstützelement (1) für einen Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem hohlzylindrischen Gehäuse (2), welches mit seinem Außenmantel (3) in eine Aufnahme eines Zylinderkopfes der Brennkraftmaschine einbaubar ist und in seiner Bohrung (4) einen axial beweglichen Druckkolben (5) aufnimmt, welcher Druckkolben (5) mit seinem Kopf (6) einen Rand (7) des Gehäuses (2) überragt, wobei zwischen einer dem Kopf (6) abgewandten Stirnfläche (8) des Druckkolbens (5) und einer Unterseite (9) des Gehäuses (2) ein Hochdruckraum (10) für das Hydraulikmittel gebildet ist, der durch ein sich in Richtung zu diesem öffnendes und an der Stirnfläche (8) befestigtes Rückschlagventil (11) verschließbar ist, wobei der Hochdruckraum (10) aus einem vom Druckkolben (5) eingeschlossenen Vorratsraum (12) über das Rückschlagventil (11) mit Hydraulikmittel gespeist ist und wobei das Gehäuse (2) wenigstens einen Radialdurchtritt (13) für das Hydraulikmittel aus dem Zylinderkopf hat, der radial innen mit zumindest einem axial darüber liegenden Durchlass (14) im Druckkolben (5) in dessen Vorratsraum (12) in Fluidverbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) einerseits durch Schottmittel (15) eine zumindest unmittelbar vor dem Rückschlagventil (11) befindliche Teilmenge an Hydraulikmittel von über den Durchlass (14) eintretendem Hydraulikmittel separiert ist und dassb) andererseits axial oberhalb des Durchlasses (14), jedoch innerhalb des Gehäuses (2), der Druckkolben (5) wenigstens eine Entlüftungsbohrung (16) hat.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei Entlüftungsbohrungen (16) im Druckkolben (5) vorgesehen sind, welche umfangsmäßig gleichverteilt vorliegen.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schottmittel (15) als Umlenkhülse (15a) für das Hydraulikmittel ausgebildet ist, die axial unterhalb des Durchlasses (14) an einem Innenmantel (17) des Druckkolbens (5) dicht befestigt ist und sich bis in die Nähe dessen Kopfes (6) erstreckt, wobei zwischen der Umlenkhülse (15a) und einem Innnenmantel (17) des Druckkolbens (5) ein Steigpfad (18) für das Hydraulikmittel besteht, welches Hydraulikmittel im Bereich des Kopfes (6) in einen den eigentlichen Vorratsraum (12) bildenden Innenraum (19) der Umlenkhülse (15a) zur dessen unmittelbarer Akkumulation vor dem Rückschlagventil (11) geleitet ist.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkhülse (15a) als dünnwandiges Leichtbauteil wie als Blechteil hergestellt und am Innenmantel (17) des Druckkolbens (5) durch ein Verfahren wie Einschnappen, Schweißen oder Kleben befestigt ist.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steigpfad (18) als umlaufender Ringkanal ausgebildet ist.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchlass (14) im Druckkolben (5) in einer Ringnut (20) im Außenmantel (21) des Druckkolbens (5) liegt.
