Claims (25)
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen mit einem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) sowie mit einem an dem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) gehaltenen Beschlag (3, 3a; 23, 23a; 43; 63, 63a; 83, 83a; 103, 103a), der eine Stulpschienenanordnung (4) sowie eine an deren Unterseite vorgesehene Schubstangenanordnung (5) umfasst, wobei der Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) eine in Flügelumfangsrichtung verlaufende Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) aufweist und sich die Stulpschienenanordnung (4) sowie die Schubstangenanordnung (5) jeweils mit ihrer Längsrichtung in Flügelumfangsrichtung erstrecken und wobei wenigstens die Schubstangenanordnung (5) des Beschlages (3, 3a; 23, 23a; 43; 63, 63a; 83, 83a; 103, 103a) in der Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) des Flügels (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) aufgenommen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlag (3, 3a; 23, 23a; 43; 63, 63a; 83, 83a; 103, 103a) wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) umfasst, welches die Stulpschienenanordnung (4) an deren Oberseite in Querrichtung übergreift und dass der Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) an wenigstens einer Längsseite der Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) seitlich neben dieser zumindest eine Flügelausformung (10, 11; 30, 31; 50, 51; 70, 71, 79; 90, 91, 99; 110, 111, 119, 120) zur Halterung des Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) an dem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) aufweist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) wenigstens in dem die Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) aufweisenden Bereich aus Metall gefertigt ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Flügelausformung (10; 30; 50; 70, 79; 90, 99; 110, 119) zur Halterung zumindest eines Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) einen flügelseitigen Hintergriff für das Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) ausbildet.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) an zumindest einem flügelseitigen Hintergriff mit dem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) verrastbar ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Flügelausformung (11; 31; 51; 71; 91; 111, 120) zur Halterung zumindest eines Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) eine Aufnahme für ein Befestigungselement, vorzugsweise für eine Befestigungsschraube (12, 32, 52, 72, 92, 112) für das Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) ausbildet.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Flügelausformung (71, 79; 91, 99; 110, 111; 119, 120) zur Halterung zumindest eines Halteelementes (67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) einen flügelseitigen Hintergriff für das Halteelement (67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) und außerdem eine Aufnahme für ein Befestigungselement, vorzugsweise für eine Befestigungsschraube (72, 92, 112), für das Halteelement (67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) ausbildet und dass das Befestigungselement, gegebenenfalls die Befestigungsschraube (72, 92, 112), das Halteelement (67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) gegen Lösen von dem Hintergriff sichert.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein flügelseitiger Hintergriff für das Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) von einer in Flügelumfangsrichtung verlaufenden Hintergriffsleiste des Flügels (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) gebildet ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Aufnahme für ein Befestigungselement, vorzugsweise für eine Befestigungsschraube (12, 32, 52, 72, 92, 112), für das Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) von einer in Flügelumfangsrichtung verlaufenden Befestigungsnut des Flügels (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) gebildet ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Befestigungsnut des Flügels (61, 81, 101) an einer in Flügelumfangsrichtung verlaufenden Nutseitenwand wenigstens eine Hintergriffsleiste aufweist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Befestigungselement, gegebenenfalls wenigstens eine Befestigungsschraube (32), in die zugeordnete Aufnahme durch Bewegung entlang einer Bewegungsbahn einbringbar ist, die unter einem spitzen Winkel gegenüber einer Ebene verläuft, die sich ihrerseits in Längsrichtung der Schubstangennut (28) und senkrecht zu der Oberseite der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) erstreckt.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem die Stulpschienenanordnung (4) übergreifenden Teil (13, 33, 53, 73, 93, 103) wenigstens eines Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) und an der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) einerseits wenigstens ein in Querrichtung der Oberseite der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) vorragender Eingriffsvorsprung (14, 14a; 34, 34a; 54; 74, 74a; 94, 94a; 114, 114a) und andererseits wenigstens eine in der genannten Richtung offene Eingriffsöffnung (6) für wenigstens einen Eingriffsvorsprung (14, 14a; 34, 34a; 54; 74, 74a; 94, 94a; 114, 114a) vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Eingriffsöffnung (6) an der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) und der oder die zugeordneten Eingriffsvorsprünge (14, 14a; 34, 34a; 54; 74, 74a; 94, 94a; 114, 114a) an dem betreffenden Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) vorgesehen sind.
- Fenster, Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Eingriffsvorsprung (14a, 34a, 74a, 94a, 114a) als Prägung an dem betreffenden Halteelement (7a, 27a, 67a, 87a, 107a) oder an der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) ausgeformt ist.
- Flügelrahmenprofil zur Herstellung eines Flügelrahmens eines Flügels (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) für ein Fenster, eine Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer in Profillängsrichtung verlaufenden Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an wenigstens einer Längsseite der Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) seitlich neben dieser zumindest eine Profilausformung (10, 11; 30, 31; 50, 51; 70, 71, 79; 90, 91, 99; 110, 111, 119, 120) zur Halterung wenigstens eines die Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) in Querrichtung übergreifenden Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) vorgesehen ist.
- Flügelrahmenprofil nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Profilausformung (10; 30; 50; 70, 79; 90, 99; 110, 119) zur Halterung wenigstens eines Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) als in Profillängsrichtung verlaufende Hintergriffsleiste für wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) ausgebildet ist.
- Flügelrahmenprofil nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Profilausformung (11; 31; 51; 71; 91; 111; 120) zur Halterung wenigstens eines Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) als in Profillängsrichtung verlaufende und gleichsinnig mit der Schubstangennut (8, 28, 48, 68, 88, 108) an dem Flügelrahmenprofil (2, 22, 42, 62, 82, 102) eingesenkte Befestigungsnut zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines Befestigungselementes, vorzugsweise wenigstens einer Befestigungsschraube (12, 32, 52, 72, 92, 112), für zumindest ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) ausgebildet ist.
- Flügelrahmenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Befestigungsnut an zumindest einer in Profillängsrichtung verlaufenden Nutseitenwand wenigstens eine Hintergriffsleiste aufweist.
- Flügelrahmenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Profilquerschnitt gesehen wenigstens eine Befestigungsnut gegen die Schubstangennut (28) geneigt ist.
- Flügelrahmenprofil aus Metall nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18.
- Beschlag für ein Fenster, eine Tür oder dergleichen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, mit einer Stulpschienenanordnung (4), einer an deren Unterseite vorgesehenen Schubstangenanordnung (5) sowie einem Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) zur Halterung der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) sowie der Schubstangenanordnung (5) an einem zugeordneten Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) die Stulpschienenanordnung (4) an deren Oberseite in Querrichtung übergreift und seitlich neben der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) mit dem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) verbindbar ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 44; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) seitlich neben der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) zumindest einen Formschlussvorsprung (9; 29; 49; 69, 76; 89, 96; 109, 116) aufweist, der zur Verbindung des Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) mit dem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) einem flügelseitigen Hintergriff zugeordnet ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Formschlussvorsprung (9; 29; 49; 76; 89, 96; 109, 116) an zumindest einem Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) als Rastelement zum Verrasten des Halteelementes (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) mit dem zugeordneten flügelseitigen Hintergriff ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) seitlich neben der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) mittels zumindest eines Befestigungselementes, vorzugsweise mittels zumindest einer Befestigungsschraube (12, 32, 52, 72, 92, 112), mit dem Flügel (1, 21, 41, 61, 81, 101) verbindbar ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Halteelement (7, 7a; 27, 27a; 47; 67, 67a; 87, 87a; 107, 107a) an seinem die Stulpschienenanordnung (4) übergreifenden Teil (13, 33, 53, 73, 93, 113) zumindest einen zu der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) hin vorragenden und einer Eingriffsöffnung (6) an der Stulpschienenanordnung (4) zugeordneten Eingriffsvorsprung (14, 14a; 34, 34a; 54; 74, 74a; 94, 94a; 114, 114a) aufweist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an wenigstens einem Halteelement (7a, 27a, 67a, 87a, 107a) zumindest ein Eingriffsvorsprung (14a, 34a, 74a, 94a, 114a) als Prägung ausgeformt ist.
