Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for connecting the fastening region of a guide rail to the door body of a vehicle door.
  • a frameless vehicle door is known with an adjustable transversely to the window plane cable window lifter, the guide rails are connected in its upper mounting portion with the door body, said area being sufficiently elastic that the adjustment of a few degrees can be easily compensated.
  • an adjustment and mounting bracket is provided which has a slot which defines the adjustment of the guide rail transversely to the disk plane.
  • a vehicle door with a door body in which at least one guide rail is arranged, which is connected at its one end to a mounting bracket and held on the door body in position.
  • the mounting bracket cooperates with a bracket attached to the door body and a locking plate, which receives a foot portion of the overlying mounting bracket against rotation and is slidably guided on an underlying support surface of the support bracket in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
  • On the backup plate two spaced apart, extending in the longitudinal direction, downwardly directed guide webs are provided, which cooperate with lateral edge portions of the contact surface of the support bracket and fix the locking plate in the transverse direction of the door body.
  • the adjustment and attachment of the guide rail in the X and Y direction by means of a provided on the foot portion of the mounting bracket nut in the bottom of the mounting screw can be screwed, wherein recesses on the support bracket and the locking plate are formed substantially larger than the outer diameter of the fastening screw.
  • the movably arranged fastening screw is difficult to find from the outer boundary surface of the door body, since it is arranged in a non-visible area.
  • an additional mounting bracket to be mounted in the door body is required, which increases the assembly costs and requires the consideration of further tolerances.
  • the guide rail is pivotable about an arranged in the door frame axis of rotation and adjustable by means of a arranged in the door body, accessible from outside the door body adjustment in the direction of the vehicle transverse axis or Y-axis, so that the fully extended window flush with a upper door or body seal is applied.
  • Known adjusting the setting in the direction of the Y-axis is additionally limited by a slot which extends transversely to the plane of the window.
  • Known adjusting device has a running within a door body guide rail of the window regulator assembly which is pivotable about an upper pivot point in the vehicle transverse direction and by means of acting in the lower region of the guide rail adjustment device in such a position determined that the edge region of the door window rests under pretension on an adjacent sealing body ,
  • the guide rail is adjustable with its lower end in the transverse direction of the door window in a sliding guide and fixable by means of fasteners that are accessible from the bottom of the door body ago.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which ensures a simple and tension-free mounting of the guide rail in the door body of a vehicle door, taking into account large tolerances with accessible from outside the door body adjustment and attachment of the guide rail, a universal applicability allows for different types of vehicles and requires no additional, permanently connected to the door body of a vehicle door parts.
  • This object is achieved in a first variant according to the invention by a usable in the outer boundary surface of the door body and connectable with this, the fastening means and the mounting portion of the guide rail receiving guide part.
  • This first solution variant ensures easy installation of the guide rail in the door body of a vehicle door with accessible from outside the door body setting and attachment of the guide rail without additional, permanently connected to the door body of a vehicle door parts, a tension-free mounting of the guide rail, taking into account large tolerances and a universal Usability for different vehicle types.

  • This tension-free connection is also obtained when pressing the fastening means for fixing the guide rail on the door body, since the guide part is intended and suitable to dissipate the clamping forces and possibly occurring torques directly into the door body, without the guide rail is claimed.
  • the fastening region of the guide rail in the direction of the vehicle transverse axis (Y axis) is adjustable within the guide part.
  • the guide member in the direction of the vehicle longitudinal axis (X-axis) relative to the outer boundary surface of the door body be adjustable and thus either allow compensation in the direction of the X-axis or form a fixed stop in the X direction
  • said the guide member is preferably prepositioned prepositioned on the mounting portion of the guide rail and positively receives at least a portion of the fastener, so that a simple assembly in the manufacture of the pre-assembly of guide rail and guide member is enabled, which allows a suitable default or such a basic setting that a sufficient Tolerance compensation is ensured both in the direction of the X-axis and in the direction of the Y-axis.
  • the formed as a plastic molded part in the manner of a cassette guide part is in two parts and has a connectable to a base plate lid, which connected via a hinge, preferably a film hinge, and between which a part of the fastening means mounted in a form-fitting manner and a part of the mounting portion of the guide rail is arranged perpendicular to the plane of the vehicle door (Y-axis) adjustable.
  • a hinge preferably a film hinge
  • the guide member having a with a base plate via a hinge, preferably via a film hinge, connected lid, between which a part of the fastener mounted positively and a part of the mounting portion of the guide rail perpendicular to the plane of the vehicle door (Y-axis) arranged adjustable is, receives the guide member in the form of a cassette, which guides the guide rail over its adjustment, so that the guide can be designed exactly to the rail pivot.
  • the design of the guide part as a plastic molded part allows easy production, for example by injection molding and a simple pre-and final assembly, since the fastener and the mounting portion of the guide rail to use only in the unfolded guide member and closing the guide member by connecting the cover with the base plate so that it can be preassembled in this state on the mounting portion of the guide rail and delivered to final assembly in a vehicle door.
  • the guide part has a convex stop directed at a side edge of the fastening region of the guide rail.
