Claims (22)
- Schläger für Ballspiele mit einem einen Schlägerkopf (6) und einen damit verbundenen Griffabschnitt (10) aufweisenden Rahmen (4), der aus einem Rahmenprofil gebildet ist, wobei der Schlägerkopf (6) eine Bespannungsebene definiert und das Rahmenprofil mindestens eine sich durch das Rahmenprofil erstreckende Öffnung (12) aufweist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Bespannungsebene des Schlägers (2) verläuft.
- Schläger nach Anspruch 1, wobei am Rahmen (4) mehrere im wesentlichen in der Bespannungsebene liegende Durchgangslöcher zur Durchführung von Bespannungssaiten vorgesehen sind.
- Schläger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens zwei Öffnungen (12) im wesentlichen symmetrisch zur Längsachse des Schlägers (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) im Bereich zwischen 2 Uhr und 4 Uhr und/oder zwischen 8 Uhr und 10 Uhr am Schlägerkopf (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) bei etwa 3 Uhr und/oder etwa 9 Uhr am Schlägerkopf (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) als Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildet ist.
- Schläger nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Durchgangsbohrung zylindrisch, vorzugsweise kreiszylindrisch, elliptisch oder rechteckig zylindrisch, ausgebildet ist.
- Schläger nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Durchmesser (D) der Durchgangsbohrung im Bereich zwischen 2 mm und 8 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 3 mm und 6 mm, liegt.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) in Form von zwei gegenüberliegenden Löchern (12a) im Rahmenprofil ausgebildet ist.
- Schläger nach Anspruch 9, wobei jedes der Löcher (12a) bei Blickrichtung in der Bespannungsebene im wesentlichen muldenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schläger nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Länge (L) jedes der Löcher (12a) entlang des Rahmenprofils im Bereich zwischen 1 mm und 10 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 3 mm und 7 mm, liegt.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei jedes der Löcher (12a) eine Tiefe (T) hat, die mindestens der Wandstärke des Rahmenprofils entspricht und maximal bis zu einer Nut (20) zur Aufnahme eines Kopfbandes reicht.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei in der mindestens einen Öffnung (12) ein im wesentlichen rohrförmiger Einsatz (14) vorgesehen ist, um das Rahmenprofil nach innen zu verschließen.
- Schläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei das Rahmenprofil im Bereich um die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) eine oder mehrere Verstärkungslagen aufweist.

- Schläger nach Anspruch 16, wobei je Öffnung (12) zwei gegenüberliegende muldenförmige Einbuchtungen (18) im Rahmenprofil ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schläger, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, mit den Schritten:a) Ausbilden eines aus einem Rahmenprofil bestehenden Rahmens (4), der einen Schlägerkopf (6) und einen damit verbundenen Griffabschnitt (10) aufweist; undb) Vorsehen mindestens einer sich durch das Rahmenprofil erstreckenden Öffnung (12) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer durch den Schlägerkopf (6) gebildeten Bespannungsebene.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18,wobei mindestens zwei Öffnungen (12) im wesentlichen symmetrisch zur Längsachse des Schlägers (2) vorgesehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, wobei die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) in das Rahmenprofil gebohrt, gefräst oder gesägt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, wobei in die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) ein im wesentlichen rohrförmiger Einsatz (14) eingebracht wird, um das Rahmenprofil nach innen zu verschließen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, wobei beim Ausbilden des Rahmenprofils im Bereich um die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) eine oder mehrere Verstärkungslagen vorgesehen werden.
