Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种球拍的断面结构,其特征在于将球拍似椭圆形头框之断面区分为内外两紧邻之封闭管形空间,且在此两封闭之管形空间之间放置适当的制振材料。制振材料如丁基橡胶、TPR或TPR与PS之复合胶料。通过对内外管形之不同的比率安排及选用不同的制振材料,可控制球拍振动的自然频率及振动波形在希望的范围内,达到大幅改善球拍振动的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种球拍,尤其是球拍的断面结构。
背景技术
如图1、2所示,一般球拍框为一空心之管形断面。一般球拍的重要物理特性包括重量、平衡点、刚性等,而球拍之框形及管形断面则除考虑上述物理性需求及强度需求外,还受外观的限制。换言之,球拍的重量、平衡点、刚性、框形及管形断面各因所需而被设定,而一旦上述要素被设定,则其振动之自然频率、共振响应强度及振动波形也几乎被限制了,即使发现上述振动条件不尽理想,但几乎无有效方法可加以改变。然而该些振动特性对于球拍打击性能是非常重要的影响因素。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种球拍的断面结构,使其可在不改变框形及管形断面的情况下,明显改变球拍振动的自然频率、振动波形及降低共振响应强度,避免一些共振产生。
为达上述目,其解决的技术方案是:一种球拍的断面结构,将球拍似椭圆形头框之断面区分为内外两紧邻之封闭管形空间,且在此两封闭之管形空间之间放置适当的制振材料。
上述的制振材料可为丁基橡胶、TPR或TPR与PS之复合胶料。
上述的断面结构设在头框且延伸至轴颈部位。
上述的断面结构设在头框或拍框的局部。
本实用新型提供的球拍断面的改良结构,可明显改变球拍振动的自然频率、振动波形及降低共振响应强度等振动行为的特性。通过对内外管形之不同的比率安排及选用不同的制振材料,可控制球拍振动的自然频率及振动波形在希望的范围内,达到大幅改善球拍振动的目的。自然频率的改变可避免一些共振产生,而共振响应强度降低即减少了共振强度,而可改变振动波形使能够安排手握部位于节点上,可减少因振动产生的运动伤害。

具体实施方式
如图3、4所示,一种球拍的断面结构,将球拍似椭圆形头框11之断面区分为内外两紧邻之封闭管形空间111、112,且在此两封闭之管形空间111、112之间放置适当的制振材料2。制振材料如丁基橡胶、TPR或TPR与PS之复合胶料。通过对内外管形111、112之不同的比率安排及选用不同的制振材料,可控制球拍振动的自然频率及振动波形在希望的范围内,达到大幅改善球拍振动的目的。
如图5所示,断面改良结构用于头框11,并延伸至轴颈部位12。
如图6、7、8、9所示,球拍头框的断面结构在可应用于头框11或拍框1的局部。
在相同的作法下尚有多种不同的局部组合,不仅局限于以上所列。

Claims (4)

1、一种球拍的断面结构,其特征在于将球拍似椭圆形头框之断面区分为内外两紧邻之封闭管形空间,且在此两封闭之管形空间之间放置适当的制振材料。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种球拍的断面结构,其特征在于制振材料可为丁基橡胶、TPR或TPR与PS之复合胶料。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种球拍的断面结构,其特征在于断面结构设在头框且延伸至轴颈部位。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种球拍的断面结构,其特征在于断面结构设在头框或拍框的局部。
