Claims (3)
- Machine pour le profilage de faces étroites, parallèles entre elles, opposées les unes aux autres, de pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaques, en bois et/ou en matériaux ligneux, précisément de lambris pour des revêtements de sol, dans un procédé à passage en continu,
avec une piste de glissement (1), s'étendant de manière rectiligne dans la direction de passage, sur laquelle les pièces d'oeuvre (2) sont transportées à travers une zone de profilage,
avec un dispositif de pressage par le dessus (3, 4), disposé le long du chemin de transport, au-dessus de la piste de glissement (1), pour assurer l'avancement des pièces d'oeuvre (2), sollicitant les pièces d'oeuvre (2) avec un roulement et une liaison par friction, sur la face située en position supérieure, espacée de la piste de glissement (1), et en assurant un maintien abaissé sur la piste de glissement (1),
avec des outils de profilage (6) opérant avec enlèvement de copeaux, disposés dans la zone de profilage, latéralement le long de la piste de glissement (1),
avec un dispositif à scie circulaire (12), disposé devant la zone de profilage en observant dans le sens de passage, pour réalisation de rainures de guidage (10) sur les pièces d'oeuvre (2), et
avec un dispositif de guidage rectiligne (11), disposé dans la zone de la piste de glissement (1), au moins dans la région de la zone de profilage dans la direction de passage, ayant la forme d'une glissière de guidage stationnaire, sur laquelle les pièces d'oeuvre (2) sont supportées dans la direction de passage au moyen de la rainure de guidage (10) et guidées,
la piste de glissement (1) étant plane et les pièces d'oeuvre (2) pouvant être transportées sur elle en étant posées à plat, caractérisée en ce que
la glissière de guidage formant le dispositif de guidage rectiligne (11) est composée de tronçons de glissière de guidage disposés à distance les uns des autres, alignés entre eux dans la direction de passage, et
en ce que des buses de sortie d'air (13), pour souffler de l'air de soutien, sont disposées dans la piste de glissement (1). - Machine selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le dispositif de guidage rectiligne (11) est disposé sur la piste de glissement (1), en faisant saillie sur son plan de transport. - Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

le dispositif de guidage rectiligne (11) s'étend à l'encontre du sens de passage, jusqu'au dispositif de sciage (12).
