Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé et une machine pour le profilage des faces latérales étroites de pièces en forme de plaque (2), lesdites faces étant disposées en regard l'une de l'autre et s'étendant en parallèle l'une à l'autre. L'opération de profilage s'effectue à travers une zone de profilage située au sein du passage plan d'une glissière (1), dans laquelle les outils de profilage de découpe (6) sont disposés latéralement à proximité de la glissière. Les pièces sont entraînées vers l'avant grâce à un dispositif de force verticale (3, 4) qui réalise un laminage des faces supérieures de celles-ci. Afin d'entraîner les faces latérales étroites profilées en parallèle avec une grande précision, on découpe une rainure de guidage droite s'étendant dans la direction d'avancement dans les pièces. Un dispositif de redressage (11), sur lequel les pièces comprenant les rainures de guidage sont reçues et guidées, est disposé au moins à travers la zone de profilage à l'intérieur de la zone de la glissière de la machine.
