Claims (14)
- Bandschleifmaschine (100), vorzugsweise für die Kombination mit einem Vorsatzgerät (200) für das Ausschleifen von Rohrenden und dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl von Kontaktrollen (206) mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser zur Verfügung gestellt wird, um die das endlos laufende Schleifband wahlweise gelegt ist, und daß eine Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung vorgesehen ist, welche unabhängig vom Durchmesser der Kontaktrolle (206) die Bandspannung des Schleifbandes mechanisch optimiert.
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung eine Gasfeder (130) aufweist, deren eines Ende (132) festgehalten ist und deren zweites Ende (134) verschiebebeweglich in einem in der Bandschleifmaschine ausgebildeten Langloch (136) geführt ist.
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung eine mechanische Feder, beispielsweise eine Spiralfeder, aufweist.
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung eine Exzentrik aufweist, die von außerhalb des Gehäuses der Bandschleifmaschine betätigbar ist.
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung eine Gewindespindel aufweist, die von außerhalb des Gehäuses der Bandschleifmaschine betätigbar ist.
- Vorsatzgerät (200) zum Ankoppeln an eine Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Auffangen der Späne ein mit Kühlmittel befüllbarer Behälter (204) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorsatzgerät (200) zum Ankoppeln an eine Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zum Ankoppeln an die Bandschleifmaschine (100) eine mechanische Fixiereinrichtung für die relative Festlegung der Gehäuse von Bandschleifgerät (100) und Vorsatzgerät (200) aufweist.
- Vorsatzgerät (200), vorzugsweise für das Ausschleifen von Rohrenden und dergleichen, in Kombination mit einer Bandschleifmaschine (100), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl von Kontaktrollen (206) mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser zur Verfügung gestellt wird, um die das endlos laufende Schleifband wahlweise gelegt ist, und daß eine Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung vorgesehen ist, welche unabhängig vom Durchmesser der Kontaktrolle die Bandspannung des Schleifbandes mechanisch optimiert.
- Vorsatzgerät (200) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassend der Bandspannung eine Gasfeder aufweist, deren eines Ende festgehalten ist und deren zweites Ende verschiebebeweglich in einem im Vorsatzgerät (200) ausgebildeten Langloch geführt ist.
- Vorsatzgerät (200) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung eine mechanische Feder, beispielsweise eine Spiralfeder, aufweist.
- Vorsatzgerät (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Anpassen der Bandspannung eine Exzentrik oder eine Gewindespindel aufweist, die von außerhalb des Gehäuses der Bandschleifmaschine (100) betätigbar ist.
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlich korrekte Position des Schleifbandes und damit der über die Laufflächenbreite des Schleifbandes gleichmäßigen Schleifbandspannung durch eine Gewindespindel (104), die an einer Lasche eines Motorflansches (114) angebracht ist, justierbar ist.,
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motorflansch (116) in zwei Positionen montierbar ist und sich die Gewindespindel (104) in einem Fall hinter dem Motor (102) befindet und im anderen Fall vor dem Motor (102) und damit sich gegenseitig ergänzende Möglichkeiten der Justierung ergeben.
- Bandschleifmaschine (100) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justierung mit der Gewindespindel (104) in seiner Position hinter dem Motor (102) durch Ausüben eines Drucks auf die Abdeckplatte realisiert ist, während die Justierung mit der Gewindespindel (104) in seiner Position vor dem Motor (102) durch Zug der Abdeckplatte ermöglicht wird, um dadurch die Bandbreite der Justiermöglichkeiten wegen der Exzentrik der Feder zu erweitern.
