Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a mattress with support for a reclining furniture, in particular for a bed frame with slatted base, which mattress is provided with holding means to which at least one mattress on the support, which is equipped with fastening means, is detachably fastened.
  • a mattress which is essentially constructed of a core material and provided with a cover, can be specially constructed by a selection of certain pads laid on this mattress.
  • this mounting option has the disadvantage that, in particular in mattresses which are located on bases, the head part and foot part is adjustable, that the support wrinkles wrinkles in the bending region of the mattress or excessively stretched in the draw area of the mattress, which can have a negative effect on the lying comfort ,
  • Velcro closures can be used in a known manner.
  • these have the disadvantage of contamination, whereby the adhesion can decrease, on the other hand often the noise when loosening the adhesion is distracting.
  • the object of the present invention is now to provide a fastening system for a mattress with it can be placed on the support, which makes it possible to fix the pad in an optimal manner on the mattress, even if the mattress is bent or bent.
  • this attachment system should be flexible in use.
  • each holding means consists of an elongated, substantially longitudinally stable, flexible element, each of which two first areas are connected to the mattress, while the intermediate second area is free, which holding means at least one Part of the circumference at the edge region of the top and / or the underside of the mattress are fixed and the respective distance between two second regions is substantially constant, and that the fastening means are mounted on the edge region of the support and are arranged so that they are substantially opposite each other come to rest a second region of the holding means and these fastening means are connectable to the corresponding second regions of the holding means.
  • the respective mutual distance of the fastening means corresponds to an integer multiple of the distance between two second regions of the holding means.
  • the fastening means can thus be provided where they are required, they are always fitted with respect to the second portions of the holding means.
  • the elongated element extends over at least a part of the holding means, alternately following a first region connected to the mattress, a second free region. This makes it easier to attach the holding means to the mattress.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention consists in that the elongated element is attached to a longitudinal edge region of a first band whose other longitudinal edge region is connected, in particular sewn, to a sheath with which the mattress is provided. This simplifies the attachment of the holding means to the mattress.
  • the attachment means of the support also comprise at least one further elongate substantially longitudinally stable flexible element which also has first regions connected to the support and second free regions lying between two first regions and which second regions are mutually distinct have a substantially constant distance, which distance corresponds to the mutual distance of the second regions of the holding means.
  • the attachment means of the support and the holding means of the mattress thus have the same basic element, which facilitates the production and the application.
  • the further elongate element is also attached to a longitudinal edge region of a second band, whose other longitudinal edge region is connected, in particular sewn, to an envelope with which the support is provided. This also simplifies attachment to the support.
  • the fastening means further comprise connecting elements which with their one end region on the further elongated element in each case are held in a second region, while the other end region has the shape of a hook, which can be suspended in the second region of the elongated element.
  • At least the further elongate element is provided as a cord having a thickness d.
  • this cord can be the one end portion of the connecting element, which is designed as a further hook, the end of which is provided with a projection with which the opening of the further hook is partially closed, clip on, an accidental unhooking of the connecting element is thereby avoided.
  • the connecting elements for example for cleaning, can still be removed from both the mattress and the support in a simple manner.
  • the connecting elements are made of an elastic plastic, whereby a slight clipping on the cord can be achieved, and which allows a simple and inexpensive production.
  • Fig. 1 the holding means 1 and the fastening means 2 are shown in a spatial representation.
  • the retaining means 1 are fastened to a first band 3, while the fastening means 2 are attached to a second band 4.
  • the first band 3 is, as will be shown later, connected to the mattress, while the second band 4, as also shown later, is connected to a support.
  • the holding means 1 and the fastening means 2 comprise an elongate, substantially longitudinally stable, flexible element 5 or 6, which is formed, for example, in each case from a cord with a thickness d (FIG. 2).
  • these elongate elements 5 and 6 may be formed differently, for example, band-shaped.
  • Each of these elongated elements 5 and 6 is respectively connected to the first band 3 and the second band 4 along first regions 7 and 8, respectively, while between these first regions 7 and 8 there are second regions 9 and 10, respectively the elongate element 5 or 6 is free.
  • the second regions 10 of the elongate element 6 of the fastening means 2 come to lie in Fig. 1 on the lower, not visible side of the second band 4.
  • the attachment of the elongate element 5 with the first band 3 and the elongate element 6 with the second band 4 may be in the first regions 7 or 8 by sewing, it is also conceivable if the first band 3 and the second band 4 consist of a fabric, that these elongated elements 5 and 6 respectively at a longitudinal edge region 11 of the first band 3 and the second Bandes 4 are woven.
  • the attachment of the elongated elements 5 and 6 must be such that a longitudinal displacement is impossible.
  • the first regions 7 and the second regions 9 of the first band 3 are arranged so that the respective distance between two second regions is constant and has a length a.
  • the respective length of the first regions 7 and the second regions 9 are approximately the same size and in this embodiment are approximately 1 to 2 cm.
  • the further elongate element 6 is arranged on the second band 4 such that here too the second regions 10 have a constant distance from one another which has a length b.
  • the two distances a and b are the same in this embodiment, the first regions 8 and the second regions 10 of the fastening means 2 are also about the same length, the length corresponds to the length of the first regions 7 and the second regions 9 of the holding means first
  • the holding means 1 and the fastening means 2 For connecting to each other, the holding means 1 and the fastening means 2, as will be seen later, aligned parallel to each other, wherein in each case a first region 7 of the holding means 1, a first region 8 of the fastening means 2 is opposite and consequently a second region 9 of the holding means 1 a second region 10 of the fastening means 2 is opposite.
  • a connecting element 12 which will be described later, used with one end portion 13, while the other end portion 14 are suspended in the elongate member 5 of the holding means 1 in a second free area 9 can.
  • the connecting elements 12 can be attached to any point on the further elongate element 6 in a free area 10 of the fastening means 2 and in the opposite second area 9 of the holding means 1 are suspended in the elongate element 5. As many fasteners as needed may be used and they may be used where necessary. The use of the connecting elements can thus be made very flexible.
  • a corner region of a mattress 15 and a support 16 is shown.
  • the core material of the mattress 15 is provided with a sheath 17 which comprises a first part 18 extending over the edge area of the mattress 15 and each comprising a mirror 19 covering the top and the bottom of the mattress 15, respectively.
  • a sheath 17 which comprises a first part 18 extending over the edge area of the mattress 15 and each comprising a mirror 19 covering the top and the bottom of the mattress 15, respectively.
  • the connecting seam 20 between the first part 18 and mirror 19 of the envelope of the other longitudinal edge portion 20 of the first band 3 is sewn.
  • the elongated element 5 is therefore outside of the enclosure 17 freely on the mattress 15th
  • the support 16 is also provided with a sheath 21, in the connecting seam, as in the case of the mattress 15, the other longitudinal edge portion 22 of the second band 4 is sewn. Again, the elongated member 6 is exposed on the surface of the support 16th
  • a connecting element 12 which serves for connecting the elongate element 5 with the elongate element 6.
  • This connecting element 12 has an end region 13, which is designed as a further hook 23.
  • This hook 23 is provided at its end with a projection 24, with which the opening of the further hook 23 is partially closed.
  • This further hook 23 is clipped over the elongate element 6 of the arranged on the support 16 fastener 2, with the projection 24, the connecting element is held on the elongated member 6.
  • the other end portion 14 has the form of a hook 25 which can be hooked in the usual way in the elongated element 5 of the holding means 1, which are fixed to the mattress. Due to this configuration of the connecting element, this usually remains held on the attachment means 2 of the support, for releasing the connection between the mattress 15 and support 16, the hook 25 is usually detached from the elongate element 5.
  • the hook 23 can be bent up to remove from the elongated member 6, so that the elongated member 6 below the projection 24 can slide through.
  • connecting element 12 can also be mounted in reverse, i. the further hook 23 is clipped over the elongated element 5 of the holding means 1, while the hook 25 is hooked on the elongate element 6 of the fastening means 2.
  • the mattress 15 can be seen.
  • the holding means 1 is guided in this embodiment over the entire circumference of the mattress 15.
  • the underside of the mattress 15, which is not visible, can be equipped in a corresponding manner with holding means 1.
  • the support 16 is equipped with fastening means 2, as can be seen in FIGS. 6 and 7. Again, the fasteners 2 could be mounted on the top and bottom of the support 16, but this is usually not required.
  • Fig. 8 shows a mattress 15, wherein the head part and foot part are raised.
  • an intermediate layer can be inserted between the support and the mattress, which can have certain properties.
  • a mattress can be equipped with pads in virtually any desired manner, which can have virtually any desired properties.
  • the needs of lying on the mattress person can be met in virtually any way.
  • the holding means can also be used for other purposes, for example, fixed sheets or mattress protectors can be hung with hooks in these holding means, these pads are kept in an optimal manner on the mattress. It is also possible, for example, in a double bed two mattresses by using additional connecting elements, which are provided at their ends with hooks to each other. It is also conceivable that multiple pads can be placed on a mattress and attached to this, the pads could be connected to each other when the fasteners are respectively provided on the top and bottom of this edition.
