Claims (10)
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit eines Abschaltschraubers wobei an die Motor-/Bedieneinheit ein Kraftgetriebe anschließbar ist, auf das ein Abstützfuß als Drehmomentaufnehmer aufsteckbar ist und das einen Abtriebswerkzeugansatz, vorzugsweise einen Abtriebsvierkant, zum Aufstecken von Nüssen und/oder Verbindern aufweist,
die Motor-/Bedieneinheit ein Gehäuse aufweist zur Aufnahme eines Elektromotors mit einem Stator und einem Rotor, eines Lüfters, einer Steuerelektronikeinheit und von Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente, und
am Gehäuse ein Handgriff angebrachte ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (8) eine Zylindergrundform aufweist und der Stator (17), der Rotor (18) und der Lüfter (26) jeweils mit ihren Achsen koaxial mit der Zylinderachse angeordnet sind,
dass an dem dem Kraftgetriebe (3) gegenüberliegenden Gehäuseendbereich ein angeformter Handgriff (9) in der Art eines Pistolengriffs etwa radial von der Zylindergrundform des Gehäuses (8) abragt,
dass etwa in der Ebene des Handgriffs (9) und gegenüber diesem in Richtung Kraftgetriebe (3) versetzt eine Elektronik-Aufnahmebox (10) am Gehäuse (8) angeformt ist, die etwa radial von der Zylindergrundform des Gehäuses (8) abragt und in der die Steuerelektronikeinheit (31) aufgenommen ist, wobei zwischen Handgriff (9) und Elektronik-Aufnahmebox (10) ein Handeingriff-Freiraum (11) ausgespart ist. - Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (8) aus zwei jeweils einstückigen Gehäuse-Halbschalen (8a, 8b) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Trennlinie (12) in einer Längsebene durch die Zylinderachse (13) der Zylindergrundform, den Handgriff (9) und die Elektronik-Aufnahmebox (10) verläuft.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lüftergehäuse, in dem eine Lüfterscheibe (25) läuft und/oder anschließende Lüfterkanäle zu den zu kühlenden Bauteilen, sowie Luftabström- und/oder Lufteinströmöffnungen (15) in den Gehäusewänden der zusammengefügten Gehäuse-Halbschalen (8a, 8b) eingeformt sind.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Statorgehäuse, in dem der Stator (17) gehalten ist bei zusammengefügten Gehäuse-Halbschalen (8a, 8b) in diesen eingeformt ist.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuse-Halbschalen (8a, 8b) lösbar durch Schraubverbindungen verbunden sind.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (8), insbesondere die Gehäuse-Halbschalen (8a, 8b) in Alufeingusstechnik hergestellt sind.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Netzschalter (29) an der zum Kraftgetriebe (3) hinweisenden Vorderseite der Elektronik-Aufnahmebox (10) angeordnet ist und/oder dass eine Wipptaste (30) für eine Einhandbedienung zum Rechts-/Linkslauf sowie Tippbetrieb und Start an der Vorderseite des Handgriffs (9) angeordnet ist und/oder dass an der rückseitigen Stirnwand der Zylindergrundform Anzeige- und Einstellelemente (28, 28a), insbesondere für Abschaltdrehmomente, Drehrichtung, Drehwinkel und Entspannen angeordnet sind.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektronik-Aufnahmebox (10) etwa eine Breite entsprechend dem Durchmesser der Zylindergrundform und eine radiale Länge kleiner bis gleich der des Handgriffs (9) aufweist.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektronik-Aufnahmebox (10) an ihren Längsseiten Griff-Längsrillen (14) und/oder Luftausström- und Lufteinströmöffnungen aufweist.
- Motor-/Bedieneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in eine Öffnung des Gehäuses (8) radial ein Blockierstift (35) für eine starre Verbindung und Fixierung mit dem Kraftgetriebe (3) einschraubbar ist.
