Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwimmbeckens mit einer Überlaufrinne mit folgenden Schritten:Herstellen von Schwimmbadwänden aus Formsteinen (5) aus einem Isoliermaterial, die mit Beton ausgegossen werden;Herstellen einer geeigneten Oberkante der Schwimmbadwände;Aufsetzen von mindestens einem Fertigteilelement aus Kunststoff auf eine Schwimmbadwand zur Herstellung einer Überlaufrinne,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die neben den Formsteinen (5) liegenden Abschnitte des Fertigteilelementes (1) durch weitere Isolierungen (11, 12) isoliert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überlaufrinne aus mehreren Fertigteilelementen (1) durch Verkleben oder Verschweißen gebildet wird.
- Fertigteilelement zur Herstellung einer Überlaufrinne für ein Schwimmbecken, welches Fertigteilelement dazu bestimmt ist, auf einen Formstein (5) aus einem Isoliermaterial aufgesetzt zu werden, mit einem in Gebrauchslage im Wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (4), einer an den horizontalen Abschnitt (4) anschließenden rinnenförmigen Vertiefung (2) und einem Rinnenabbdeckrost (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den horizontalen Abschnitt (4) gegenüberliegend von der Vertiefung (2) ein Halteschenkel (3) anschließt, der dazu ausgebildet ist, auf einen vertikalen Schenkel (6) des Formsteins (5) formschlüssig aufgesetzt zu werden.
- Fertigteilelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des horizontalen Abschnittes (4) und/oder der rinnenförmigen Vertiefung (2) mehrere zueinander parallele Abstützflächen (15, 16) für die Rinnenabdeckroste (10) vorgesehen sind.
- Fertigteilelement nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im oberen Abschnitt der rinnenförmigen Vertiefung (2) mindestens eine Querstrebe (17) zur Versteifung des Fertigteilelementes und/oder zur Abstützung von Rinnenabdeckrosten (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Fertigteilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer ersten Stirnseite mindestens eine Nut (25) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite eine Feder (26) vorgesehen ist, um eine formschlüssige Steckverbindung benachbarter Fertigteilelemente (1, 1') zu ermöglichen und dass vorzugsweise im Bereich der Nut-Feder-Verbindung (25, 26) eine gummielastische geformte Dichtung (29) eingelegt ist oder eine dauerelastische abdichtende Kleberschicht (30) eingebracht ist.
- Fertigteilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Stirnseiten ein Profilsteg (22, 22') ausgebildet ist, der in die rinnenförmige Vertiefung (2) hineinragt, um benachbarte Fertigteilelemente (1, 1') durch ein Klammerelement (23) zu verbinden, das die Profilstege (22, 22') vorzugsweise mit Spiel umfasst, um ein Auseinanderdriften benachbarter Fertigteilelemente (1, 1') in geringem Ausmaß zu ermöglichen.
- Fertigteilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteschenkel (3) zumindest teilweise oberflächebeschichtet ist oder mit einem beschichteten Blech (18) versehen ist, um ein Anschweißen einer Beckenfolie zu ermöglichen.
- Fertigteilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteschenkel (3) von einem Abdeckprofil (19) umfasst ist, das vorzugsweise zur Angleichung an die Wasseroberfläche gegenüber dem Halteschenkel (3) justierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Fertigteilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rinnenabdeckrost (10) den horizontalen Abschnitt (4) und die rinnenförmige Vertiefung (2) überdeckt.
- Schwimmbecken mit Wänden, die aus Formsteinen (5) aus einem Isoliermaterial aufgebaut sind, die mit Beton ausgegossen sind, wobei die Oberkante aus Formsteinen (5) gebildet ist, die einen vertikal nach oben ragenden Schenkel (6) aufweisen, an den ein im Wesentlichen waagrechter Quersteg (7) anschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Oberkante mindestens ein Fertigteilelement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11 aufgesetzt ist, das den vertikalen Schenkel (6) des Formsteines (5) formschlüssig umgreift.
