Definitions
- the invention relates to a skateboard system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Skateboard facilities are well known and usually consist of wooden structures that are individually built locally and give skateboarders the opportunity to practice their gymnastics activities in the half pipe or in the so-called pool.
- the skateboard systems made of wood have the disadvantage that they are very sensitive to the weather, ie if they are set up outdoors, their lifespan is short. A further complicating factor is that splinters of wood can lead not only to serious injuries but also to tetanus diseases.
- the skateboard systems made of wood have the disadvantage that they work depending on air humidity, temperature and solar radiation and therefore the connection of the individual boards to one another is no longer properly sealed or can also shift in height, which completely improves the running quality of the system is significantly restricted.
- skateboard systems i.e. made of steel plates that are connected to each other.
- the skateboard systems made of metal have the disadvantage that they are also extremely sensitive to corrosion or, if they are provided with a paint or plastic coating for corrosion protection reasons, this can easily be damaged and then the moisture penetrates under the paint layer or the plastic coating.
- the systems made of metal also have the disadvantage that they are extremely heavy.
- the systems made of metal have the serious disadvantage that the running properties are not very good, i.e. the metal is too smooth and as a result, a large number of driving exercises in systems consisting of metal are difficult, if not impossible, to carry out.
- the unavoidable joints create a variety of injury opportunities.
- the invention has for its object to provide a skate board system that is created from elements that have very good rolling properties, are weatherproof and have a lower noise level than the previously known materials with respect to the driving noise generated.
- skateboard system both the pool and the half pipe, from individual prefabricated concrete elements.
- precast concrete elements are molded in overhead, i.e. the barrel sides are made of smooth exposed concrete and thus have excellent rolling properties.
- the backs are only rubbed off and thus have a good connection property to the surrounding in-situ concrete or soil.
- any length of the halfpipe can be created from precast concrete elements.
- the combination of the elements that form the pool and the halfpipe makes it possible to create an oval that has all possible driving options.
- the halfpipe is preferably installed about 1.00 m deep into the terrain and the excavated soil is poured onto the back of the elements.
- the open sides can be stepped with a step system.
- the pool preferably consists of twelve segment parts and a round base plate, a pool element being designed as an inlet element.
- a drain opening is designed as a rain drain and this drain opening is covered by a steel sheet, preferably made of corrosion-resistant material.
- a drainage shaft or a rainwater drain pipe can be connected to the drain opening.
- half a pool 1 is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, part of a half pipe 2 being connected to this half pool according to FIG. 1.
- the half pipe 2 is formed by half pipe elements 3, the construction and design of which can be seen more clearly from the sectional illustration in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3.
- the inner side i.e. the running side, made of smooth exposed concrete, so that good rolling properties can be achieved.
- the back of the half pipe elements 3 can be rubbed off.
- the pool elements shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 4 have the same good running properties, but are designed somewhat differently for reasons of strength and, above all, have the segment shape required to form the pool.
- the pool elements 4 converge to form a base plate 8, which is completely round and has a drain opening 16 in the middle, which is closed by a grating 17.
- this base plate is shown with a drain grate, it being possible, which is not shown in the drawing, that a rainwater discharge line connects to the drain opening 16.
- At least one of the pool elements is designed as an inlet element 6, i.e. has a run-in lane 7, through which the entry into the pool is facilitated.
- All elements have a butting and holding edge 9 in their upper edge area, which preferably consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel pipe concreted in.
- the inevitable joint between the individual elements is preferably closed by an elastic profile 10, one embodiment of which is shown in FIG. 7.
- This elastic profile 10 has a hard region 11 in its upper region and an elastic region 12 in the lower region.
- the upper, hard region 11 can be ground down in a manner similar to that which is known for stair nosing edges and can thus be formed completely flush with the adjacent concrete elements will.
- Metallic angle profiles 15 are preferably used in the corner areas of the elements, which prevent the concrete from crumbling out in this area.
- the construction according to the invention has the advantage that if the tread is damaged by using simple patch mortar, repair is possible, which is neither possible with the elements made of wood nor with elements made of metal.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- ein Halfpipeelement in Seitenansicht, in
- Fig. 3
- ein Halfpipeelement in der Draufsicht, in
- Fig. 4
- ein Poolelement in Seitenansicht und in
- Fig. 5
- ein Poolelement in Draufsicht, in
- Fig. 6
- Fig. 7
