Description
Claims (10)
- Werkzeugaufnahme für ein längs einer Achse (A) zumindest teilweise drehendes und/oder schlagendes Werkzeug (2) mit einer bei einem koaxialen Radialbezugsmass (R) vollumfänglich offenen Aufnahmehülse (3) mit einer, sich zumindest teilweise mit dem Radialbezugsmass (R) längs der Achse (A) konstant erstreckenden, Führungsinnenfläche (12), der zumindest drei innenseitig in der Aufnahmehülse (3) ausgebildete, bis zu einer axial freien Stirnseite (4) hin offene, axial verlaufende Drehmitnahmenuten (5) axial vorgelagert sind, die sich zumindest bei 0°, 120° und 240° radial ausserhalb des Radialbezugsmasses (R) erstrecken, und mit zumindest einem über das Radialbezugsmass (R) radial versetzbaren Verriegelungskörper (6), der umfänglich zwischen zwei benachbarten Drehmitnahmenuten (5) sowie diametral gegenüber der dritten Drehmitnahmenut (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmehülse (3) bezüglich des koaxialen Radialbezugsmasses (R) vollumfänglich offen ausgebildet ist und dass ein am Radialbezugsmass (R) bestimmter zentraler Drehnutwinkel (α) der Drehmitnahmenuten (5) jeweils zumindest 40° beträgt.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Drehmitnahmenut (5) eine um ein konstantes Mindestspaltmass (S) erweiterte, im Wesentlichen zum Radialbezugsmass (R) proportionale radiale Drehmitnahmenuttiefe (H) im Wertebereich von R/6 bis R/3 aufweist und dass optional die radiale Drehmitnahmenuttiefe (H) etwa R/4.5 und das Mindestspaltmass (S) etwa 0.8 mm beträgt.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Drehmitnahmenut (5) eine axiale Drehmitnahmenutlänge von mindestens 30 mm aufweist, die optional 40 mm beträgt.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Drehnutwinkel (α) der Drehmitnahmenuten (5) jeweils maximal 70° beträgt.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zentraler Hülsensegmentwinkel (β) zwischen zwei umfänglich benachbarten Drehmitnahmenuten (5) zwischen 50° und 80° beträgt.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungskörper (6) im axialen Querschnitt kreisförmig ist und optional einen Durchmesser (D) im Wertebereich von 1.2 R bis 1.8 R aufweist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungskörper (6) walzenförmig ausgebildet und parallel zur Achse (A) orientiert ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Verriegelungskörper (6) vorhanden sind, optimal genau drei.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Drehmitnahmenuten (5) maschinenseitig ein umfänglich geschlossener, innenzylindermantelförmiger Führungsendbereich (13) nachgelagert ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsendbereich (13) eine Führungslänge (F) im Wertebereich von 1 R bis 3 R, optional 2 R aufweist.
