Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln nicht zur Verarbeitung vorgesehener Materialstreifen (29), insbesondere innerhalb einer Vorrichtung (11) zum Verbinden einer von einer ersten Bobine (12) ablaufenden Materialbahn (13) mit einer von einer zweiten Bobine (14) zulaufenden Materialbahn (15), umfassend ein rotierend antreibbares Wickelelement (18) mit einer Aufnahme (19) für Materialbahnen (13, 15) bzw. nicht zur Verarbeitung vorgesehener Materialstreifen (29), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Aufnahme (19) ein Element (20) zum Halten bzw. Fangen des Materialstreifens (29) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wickelelement (18) im Bereich der ablaufenden Materialbahn (13) angeordnet und aus einem Rotationskörper, wie z.B. einer Walze, einer Trommel oder dergleichen gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (19) ein radial zur Stirnfläche des Wickelelementes (18) verlaufender, durchgängiger Schlitz ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) zum Halten bzw. Fangen innerhalb des Schlitzes angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) ein Masseträgerkörper ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) ein geführter Körper ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) eine geführte Kugel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) ein geführter Zylinder ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung eine Kulissenführung ist, die nach Art einer Sekante ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) ein Schwenkhebel (23) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (23) ein Pendel ist, das im Bereich eines Vorsprungs (21) innerhalb des Schlitzes angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pendel bzw. der Drehpunkt (24) des Pendels in Ruheposition des Wickelelementes (18) außerhalb des Förderweges der Materialbahn (13) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Drehpunktes (24) von der Drehrichtung des Wickelelementes (18) abhängt, wobei die Materialbahn (13) bzw. der Materialstreifen (29) stets zwischen Drehpunkt (24) und einer Innenfläche (25) des Schlitzes als Anschlagfläche liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) zum Halten bzw. Fangen ein Mittel (27) zur Beaufschlagung des Materialstreifens (29) mit Druckluft umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (27) derart im Bereich des Schlitzes angeordnet ist, daß der Materialstreifen (29) durch die Druckluft gegen oder um eine Fläche im Bereich des Schlitzes drückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (27) in Förderrichtung (Pfeil 22) der Materialbahn (13) hinter dem Wickelelement (18) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) zum Halten bzw. Fangen ein Mittel (28) zur Bildung von Vakuum umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (28) mehrere Einzelelemente zur Bildung von Vakuum aufweist, die an unterschiedlichen Positionen im Bereich der Materialbahn (13) bzw. des Materialstreifens (29) in Förderrichtung desselben hinter dem Wickelelement (18) angeordnet sind, so daß der Materialstreifen (29) ansaugbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln nicht zur Verarbeitung vorgesehener Materialstreifen (29), die insbesondere beim Verbinden einer von einer ersten Bobine (12) ablaufenden Materialbahn (13) mit einer von einer zweiten Bobine (14) zulaufenden Materialbahn (15) anfallen, umfassend die Schritte:gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Hindurchführen der Materialbahn (13, 15) bzw. des Materialstreifens (29) durch eine Aufnahme (19) eines ruhenden Wickelelementes (18) während des Verbindungsvorgangs der Materialbahnen (13, 15),kurz vor Beendigung oder mit Beendigung oder kurz nach Beendigung des Verbindungsvorgangs Aufwickeln des Materialstreifens durch Drehen des Wickelelementes (18),aktives Halten bzw. Fangen des Materialstreifens (29) in der Aufnahme mindestens während des Beginns der Drehung des Wickelelementes (18).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialstreifen (29) durch einen masseträgen Schwenkhebel (23) oder dergleichen eingeklemmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialstreifen (29) durch Druckluft an eine oder um eine Fläche im Bereich der Aufnahme (19) gedrückt und damit gehalten bzw. gefangen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialstreifen (29) durch Vakuum im Bereich der Aufnahme (19) angesaugt und damit gehalten bzw. gefangen wird.
