Claims (8)
- Douille de lampe à incandescence pour des feux de véhicule automobile, constituée d'un corps de douille en matière plastique et en forme de manchon, qui présente une paroi transversale dans laquelle sont insérées, par auto-encliquetage, les lames de contact ressort, à partir du côté de la lampe à incandescence, caractérisée en ce que la paroi transversale est formée par une plaque (3) séparée, qui est insérée à partir du côté arrière éloigné de la lampe à incandescence, dans la partie cylindrique (2) du corps de douille (1), en étant espacée du bord arrière en retrait par rapport à celui-ci, et est reliée à la partie cylindrique (2) de préférence par collage, soudage ou par auto-encliquetage.
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les câbles conducteurs de courant (30, 31, 32) sont connectés aux lames de contact ressort (4, 5, 6) en s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe central longitudinal du corps de douille (1), et en ce qu'en guise de connexion on utilise la technique des bornes coupantes à sectionnement d'isolant.
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les lames de contact ressort (4, 5, 6) présentent, en section transversale, une configuration en forme de U, dans la zone dans laquelle elles sont maintenues par la plaque (3) et dans la zone dans laquelle est agencée la fente de borne coupante (28, 29) pour la connexion électrique avec le câble conducteur de courant (30, 31, 32).
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (3) présente des protubérances (20, 21, 22, 23) en forme de bloc, dirigées vers le côté arrière de la douille, et dans lesquelles sont réalisées des rainures destinées à loger les extrémités (24, 25) des ailes (26, 27) des tronçons de lames de contact ressort (11, 12, 13) en forme de U en section transversale.
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que de l'âme (18) du tronçon de lame de contact ressort (11, 12, 13) en forme de U en section transversale des lames de contact ressort (4, 5, 6), est déployée une languette d'encliquetage (19) souple et élastique.
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon d'extrémité arrière (33) de la partie cylindrique (2) du corps de douille (1), qui entoure les connexions de contact à la manière d'une collerette, présente des fentes ouvertes vers le bord arrière, dans lesquelles sont enserrés par coincement, les câbles conducteurs de courant (30, 31, 32).
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la coque (34) formée par la plaque (3) et le tronçon d'extrémité arrière (33) de la partie cylindrique (2) du corps de douille (1), est remplie de colle.
- Douille de lampe à incandescence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie cylindrique (2) du corps de douille (1) présente dans sa zone médiane, un flasque extérieur (9) devant lequel sont agencées des cames (10) en saillie radiale, qui forment ensemble un système de liaison à baïonnette.
