Claims (8)

  1. Incandescent lamp holder for motor vehicle lights, consisting of a sleeve-shaped holder body made of plastic having a transverse wall into which the contact springs are inserted in a self-locking manner from the incandescent lamp side, characterised in that the transverse wall is formed by a separate plate (3) inserted in a recessed manner into the cylindrical part (2) of the holder body (1) at a distance from the rear edge from the rear face directed away from the incandescent lamp and connected to the cylindrical part (2) preferably by bonding, welding or in a self-locking manner.
  2. Incandescent lamp holder according to claim 1, characterised in that the current leads (30, 31, 32) extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal centre axis of the holder body (1) are connected to the contact springs (4, 5, 6), insulation displacement being used for the connection.
  3. Incandescent lamp holder according to claim 2, characterised in that the contact springs (4, 5, 6) have a U-shaped cross section in the region in which they are held by the plate (3) and in the region in which the insulation displacement slot (28, 29) for the conductive connection to the current lead (30, 31, 32) is arranged.
  4. Incandescent lamp holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the plate (3) has block-shaped projections (20, 21, 22, 23) directed towards the rear face of the holder into which grooves for receiving the ends (24, 25) of the legs (26, 27) of the contact spring portions (11, 12, 13) having a U-shaped cross section are introduced.
  5. Incandescent lamp holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a resilient snap-in pin (19) is formed from the web (18) of the portion (11, 12, 13) of the contact springs (4, 5, 6) having a U-shaped cross section.
  6. Incandescent lamp holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rear end portion (33) of the cylindrical part (2) of the holder body (1) surrounding the contact terminals like a collar has slots open towards the rear edge into which the current leads (30, 31, 32) are clamped.
  7. Incandescent lamp holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shell (34) formed by the plate (3) and the rear end portion (33) of the cylindrical part (2) of the holder body (1) is filled with adhesive.
  8. Incandescent lamp holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cylindrical part (2) of the holder body (1) is provided in its central region with an outer flange (9) and radially projecting cams (10) arranged in front of it, together forming a bayonet joint.
