Claims (17)
- Gurtwickeleinrichtung (7) zum Antreiben eines Gurts (5) eines Rolladens,mit einem Getriebe (19), das zwei zueinander parallele Platinen (13,14) aufweist und zu dem gehören,ein Eingangszahnrad (25), das zwischen den Platinen (13,14) drehbar gelagert ist und das sich aus einem etwa mittig zwischen den Platinen (13,14) angeordneten Schneckenrad (27) und einem Stirnzahnrad (28) zusammensetzt, undein Zwischenzahnrad (29), das zwischen den Platinen (13,14) drehbar gelagert ist und das sich aus einem stirnverzahnten Rad (32), das mit dem Stirnzahnrad (28) des Eingangszahnrads (25) kämmt, und einem stirnverzahnten Ritzel (33) zusammensetzt, undmit einer Gurtscheibe (37), die einen Wickelkern (36), an dem ein Ende des Gurtes (5) zu befestigen ist, und ein damit drehfest verbundenes Zahnrad (35) aufweist, das mit dem Ritzel (33) des Zwischenrades (29) kämmt, undmit einem Antriebsmotor (21), der eine Ausgangswelle (23) aufweist, auf der drehfest eine Schnecke (24) sitzt, die mit dem Schneckenrad (27) des Eingangszahnrads (25) kämmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Zwischenzahnrad (29) das Rad (32) und das Zahnrad (32) der Gurtscheibe 37() entsprechend der Breite des Gurts (5) axial voneinander beabstandet sind und das Rad (32) der einen Platine (14) und das Zahnrad (35) der Gurtscheibe (37) der gegenüberliegenden Platine (13) benachbart ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wickelkern (36) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der zwischen 15 mm und 30 mm, bevorzugt zwischen 20 mm und 30 mm liegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wickelkern (36) mit zwei Bordscheiben (35,38) versehen ist, die voneinander entsprechend der Bereite des Gurtes (5) beabstandet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnrad (35) des Wickelkerns (36) eine Bordscheibe an dem Wickelkern (36) bildet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnrad (35) der Gurtscheibe (37) einen Zahnfußkreisdurchmesser von zwischen 60 mm und 80 mm aufweist, vorzugsweise weniger als 70 mm.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wickelkern (36) auf einer Achse (42) gelagert ist, die herausnehmbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Platinen (13,14) über einen Steg (15), der sich längs einer Kante der jeweiligen Platine (13,14) erstreckt, einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Platinen (13,14) über Bolzen (26,31) miteinander verbunden sind, von denen wenigstens einer eine Achse für wenigstens eines der Zahnräder (25,29) bildet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (15) einen Fortsatz (16) aufweist, der sich zwischen den Platinen (13,14) erstreckt und an dem der Antriebsmotor (21) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platinen (13,14) sich seitlich des Antriebsmotors (21) erstrecken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platinen (13,14) sich unterhalb des Antriebsmotors (21) erstrecken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (21) sich bei montierter Antriebseinrichtung (7) zwischen dem Rolladengurt (5) und dem Fensterrahmen (2) befindet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (21) stehend angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Platinen (13,14) ein Losrad (42) drehbar gelagert ist, das dazu dient, die Bewegung des Rolladengurts (5) abzufühlen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Aufputzeinheit ausgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuerelektronik vorhanden ist.
