Claims (20)
- Streifenförmige Materialbahn für eine First- und/oder Gratabdeckung mit einer Trägerbahn, welche einen zur Auflage auf einem Firstbalken bestimmten zentralen in Längserstreckung der Materialbahn durchgehenden Auflagebereich mit daran beidseitig anschließenden Lüftungsöffnungen aufweisenden Seitenbereichen und mit an die Seitenbereiche anschließenden gewellten Randbereichen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine den Auflagebereich, die Seitenbereiche und die Randbereiche umfassende plastisch verformbare Trägerbahn (10) auf Basis von Metall oder Metallegierung vorgesehen ist und die Trägerbahn (10) in Längserstreckung (L) der Materialbahn wellenförmig unter Ausbildung von Wellenbergen (WB) und Wellentälern (WT) verformt ist.
- Materialbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lüftungsöffnungen (200) mit ihren Lüftungsquerschnitten sich im wesentlichen in einer zur von der Materialbahn/Trägerbahn gebildeten Ebene senkrecht verlaufenden Ebene erstrecken.
- Materialbahn nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Seitenbereichen der Trägerbahn ausgebildeten Wellenberge und Wellentäler in bezug auf die im Auflagebereich ausgebildeten Wellenberge und Wellentäler gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, so daß in Querrichtung (X) der Materialbahn/Trägerbahn betrachtet auf einen Wellenberg des Auflagebereiches ein Wellental des Seitenbereiches und auf ein Wellental des Auflagebereiches ein Wellenberg des Seitenbereiches folgt.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Randbereichen der Trägerbahn ausgebildeten Wellenberge und Wellentäler in bezug auf die in den angrenzenden Seitenbereichen ausgebildeten Wellenberge und Wellentäler gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, so daß in Querrichtung der Materialbahn/Trägerbahn betrachtet auf einen Wellenberg des Randbereiches ein Wellental des Seitenbereiches und auf ein Wellental des Randbereiches ein Wellenberg des Seitenbereiches folgt.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellen mit Wellenbergen und Wellentälern des Auflagebereiches, der Seitenbereiche und der Randbereiche der Trägerbahn in bezug auf ihren Querschnitt, d. h. Amplitude und Wellenlänge gleich ausgebildet sind.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Auflagebereich in Querrichtung (X) der Materialbahn/Trägerbahn betrachtet die Wellenberge und Wellentäler durchgehend verlaufen.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Randbereichen in Querrichtung (X) der Material-bahn/Trägerbahn betrachtet die Wellenberge und Wellentäler durchgehend verlaufen.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Seitenbereichen ausgebildeten Wellenberge und Wellentäler in Querrichtung (X) der Materialbahn/Trägerbahn betrachtet mindestens einmal unter Ausbildung von in Längserstreckung (L) der Materialbahn durchlaufenden Bändern unterteilt sind und Wellenberge und Wellentäler der einzelnen Bänder jeweils gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, so daß in Querrichtung (X) der Materialbahn/Trägerbahn betrachtet jeweils auf einen Wellenberg des einen Bandes ein Wellental des angrenzenden Bandes und auf ein Wellental des einen Bandes ein Wellenberg des anderen Bandes folgt.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Oberseite der Trägerbahn betrachtet zwischen jedem Wellenberg des Auflagebereiches und den sich hieran anschließenden Wellentälern der Seitenbereiche der Trägerbahn eine sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Materialbahn und Trägerbahn erstreckende Lüftungsöffnung ausgebildet ist, deren Lüftungsquerschnitt sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Materialbahn und Trägerbahn erstreckt.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Oberseite der Trägerbahn betrachtet zwischen jedem Wellenberg der Seitenbereiche und den sich hieran anschließenden Wellentälern der Randbereiche der Trägerbahn eine sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Materialbahn und Trägerbahn erstreckende Lüftungsöffnung ausgebildet ist, deren Lüftungsquerschnitt sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Materialbahn und Trägerbahn erstreckt.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Oberseite der Trägerbahn betrachtet im Übergang von jeweils einem Band zu dem nächstfolgenden Band der Seitenbereiche zwischen jedem Wellenberg des einen Bandes und dem sich hieran anschließenden Wellental des sich in Richtung des Randbereiches anschließenden Bandes eine sich senkrecht mit ihrem Lüftungsquerschnitt zur Ebene der Trägerbahn erstreckende Lüftungsöffnung ausgebildet ist.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Oberseite der Trägerbahn betrachtet zwischen jedem Wellental und dem durch versetzte Anordnung hierauf folgenden Wellenberg in Richtung der Randbereiche der Trägerbahn betrachtet ein durchgängiger Übergangsbereich ausgebildet ist.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Auflagebereich und den Seitenbereichen der Trägerbahn in Längserstreckung derselben betrachtet zwischen den versetzt zueinander angeordneten Wellenbergen und Wellentälern des Auflagebereiches und der Seitenbereiche eine Knickkante ausgebildet ist.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Oberseite der Trägerbahn auf dem Auflagebereich ein Markierungsband haftfest aufgebracht ist.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Randbereiche der Materialbahn auf der Unterseite der Trägerbahn selbstklebende Klebestreifen auf Basis von Bitumen und/oder Butylkautschuk aufgebracht sind, die mittels einer abziehbaren Schutzfolie abgedeckt sind.
- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite der Trägerbahn mit einer Farbschicht versehen ist.

- Materialbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Oberseite der Trägerbahn auf den Randbereichen benachbart dem Seitenbereich ein Abdeckstreifen aus einem weichplastisch verformbaren Werkstoff angeordnet und in gleicher Weise mit dem Randbereich wellenförmig verformt ist und der Abdeckstreifen mit dem Randbereich in Längserstreckung der Trägerbahn entlang einer dem Seitenbereich zugewandten Verbindungsnaht haftfest verbunden ist und der Abdeckstreifen von dem Randbereich der Trägerbahn nach oben abbiegbar ist.
- Materialbahn nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdeckstreifen auf Basis von weichplastischem Aluminium, Blei, Kupfer gefertigt ist.
- Materialbahn nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdeckstreifen schmaler als der Randbereich der Trägerbahn ausgebildet ist.
