Description
Claims (6)
- Kreislaufmahlanlage zur Mahlung von Frischgut, mit einer Hochdruck-Walzenmühle bzw. Rollenpresse (10) mit Gutbettzerkleinerung des Aufgabegutes, und mit einer Sichtereinrichtung, umfassend einen statischen Kaskadensichter (13), dem sichtluftströmungsseitig wenigstens ein weiterer Sichter (20) nachgeschaltet ist, dessen Grobgutaustrag (22) mit der Gutaufgabe der Rollenpresse (10) in Verbindung steht, wobei der statische Kaskadensichter (13) unterhalb des Walzenspaltes der Rollenpresse (10) angeordnet ist, der Sichtgutaustrag (18) des statischen Kaskadensichters (13) über einen Steigkanal (19) zum pneumatischen Transport mit dem Sichtluft- und Sichtguteintritt des Nachsichters (20) verbunden ist gekennzeichnet durch folgendes Merkmal:der Nachsichter (20) mit seiner Grobkornaustragsleitung>>> (22) ist oberhalb der Rollenpresse (10) angeordnet.
- Kreislaufmahlanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der statische Kaskadensichter (13) ein V-förmiges schachtförmiges Gehäuse aufweist mit zwei vom Sichtergehäuse umschlossenen und zwischen sich eine Sichtzone (14) bildenden sowie von Sichtluft (15) bzw. Heißgas als Trocknungsgas etwa im Querstrom durchströmten Sichtzonenbegrenzungswänden, die schräg nach unten geneigte kaskadenartig bzw. jalousieartig angeordnete Leitbleche (16a, 16b) aufweisen, wobei diese beiden Leitblechwände und die dazwischen liegende Sichtzone (14) mit einem von der Vertikalen abweichenden Winkel schräg liegend angeordnet sind. - Kreislaufmahlanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dem statischen Kaskadensichter (13) nachgeschaltete Nachsichter (20) ein dynamischer Stabkorbsichter mit wenigstens einem rotierbar angeordneten am Rotorumfang mit Turboelementen versehenen Stabkorb (21) ist. - Kreislaufmahlanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den unteren Bereich des statischen Kaskadensichters (13) ein die Sichter-Grobkornfraktion bzw. Gutagglomerate weiter zerkleinernder Zerkleinerer insbesondere Prallzerkleinerer (28) integriert ist. - Kreislaufmahlanlage nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der integrierte Zerkleinerer (28) eine Prallhammermühle ist, deren Rotor die Sichter-Grobkornfraktion nach oben zurück in den statischen Kaskadensichter (13) schleudert zwecks weiteren pneumatischen Transports des Mahlgutes durch den Steigkanal (19) zum Nachsichter (20). - Kreislaufmahlanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der statische Kaskadensichter (13) an seiner Unterseite eine Grobkornfraktion-Austragsöffnung aufweist, die über ein (externes) Förderorgan mit der Gutaufgabe der Rollenpresse (10) verbunden ist.
