Definitions
- the invention relates to a sealing device for sealing of joints between structures, in particular between concrete joints with an injection channel according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a sealing device for sealing joints between concrete joints with a Injection channel according to the preamble of claim 21. The invention also relates to a hollow profile strip therefor.
- the disadvantage is that the source tape at Squeeze the slot and pores of the foam tape can, so that a leakage of injection material from the Injection channel is at least severely hampered and the injection channel is thus inoperative.
- the production of Sealing device is very expensive because the items the sealing device difficult to assemble at the current meter are and in particular the assembled sealing device still slightly apart as long as the sealing device not covered by the plastic net.
- FIG. 3 discloses an injection hose, a tubular plastic body with an in this channel introduced channel and with outlet openings that protrudes from the outer surface of the body into the channel to lead.
- a swelling tape which extends over the entire length of the injection hose extends.
- the embedded Channel and the associated outlet channels to the Outlets are filled with a liquid or solid inert Material filled, which by rinsing or by pressing a sealing material can be displaced from the channel.
- the body and the swelling tape are each with a fleece or Wrapped tissue. This sheath is designed so that when pouring the concrete wall, a penetration of concrete into the canal and did not occur in the exit channels.
- the material of the jacket for the injection medium permeable be. That's why water and moisture, For example, cement, through the casing and penetrate through the outlet channels in the channel and thereby the channels clog so that the injection channel stops is functional.
- a particular disadvantage is that the Outlet channels are far away from the joint side; Consequently
- the swelling swelling tape may be the distribution paths of the sealing material from the exit channels to the joint obstruct, so that injection material from the outlet channels the defects not reached the fugue to be supplied.
- the production the injection tube is very expensive because of Tube body and the swelling tape each in a tight Hose of the sheath must be introduced cumbersome.
- EP 0 418 699 A1 discloses a sealing device from a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile, which on a hardened concrete surface is mounted and a ceiling wall and has two side walls.
- the free longitudinal edges of the Side walls of the profile sit on the concrete surface on, leaving outlets for sealing material between the Concrete surface and the longitudinal edges are formed.
- Longitudinal the profile below the ceiling wall is a free one Through-channel for sealing material with an approximately in the Middle of the height of the side walls arranged bottom wall provided, which has a longitudinal slot for the escape of sealing material having.
- Below the bottom wall is a U-shaped Envision room provided in which an open-pored Plastic foam strips stored.
- the sealing medium is first introduced into the passage and passes through the slot in the bottom wall in the plastic foam in Flow channel and from there under the longitudinal edges through in the receptive for the sealing medium and sealed Area in the joint between the first and the second concreting section.
- This sealing device has been excellent proven.
- EP 0 804 656, Fig. 3 discloses a sealing device for sealing of concrete joints, in the form of a joint batten with an injection channel, which is approximately as formed as the channel according to EP 0 418 699 A1 and having an exit slot, covered by a closed-cell foam strip is impermeable to injection material. Becomes injecting injection material into the injection channel under pressure, the injection material lifts the foam strip valve-like and can pass outwards into the joint area. When the pressure decreases, the foam strip closes the opening again in the manner of a valve. This sealing device works well.
- the invention is based on the object, a sealing device to create the need for a special safe and reliable joint sealing meets the easy to install and handle and easy to produce and in particular reliably prevents that from outside material enters the passage.
- the invention solves the problem with a sealing device according to independent claim 1. Further, the invention solves the task with a sealing device according to the claim 21.
- Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the dependent claims.
- the sealing device for sealing of joints between concrete joints an injection channel body with an injection channel for introducing injection material on, the injection channel on the joint side at least one Exit port, e.g. an exit slot, for the injection material and a hose-like check valve tape made of an elastic material that prevents penetration of Material via the outlet opening in the injection channel of prevents the joints side, the check valve as a hollow profile strip is formed.
- the lock valve tape is in Structured cross section and gives pressure on the part of the injection material from the exit slot of the injection channel in a predetermined manner such that a blocking effect the blocking valve tape is lifted and the injection material from the channel body laterally on the check valve tape pass by.
- the sealing device according to the invention works very reliable because the check valve band ensures that the injection channel and in particular the outlet of impurities, in particular swelling source material causing constipation could, stays free. Because the check valve band as a hollow profile band is formed, is a lifting of the blocking effect even at relatively low pressure from the injection channel reachable.
- the hollow profile band i. the tube-like Locking valve tape, is compressible, because the walls of the Hollow profile strip can be displaced in the cavity to the inside, because they are yielding accordingly.
- the Kanalalharm a valve seat channel for receiving the check valve tape, in particular of the hollow profile strip, on. It stands the injection channel with the valve seat channel via the outlet opening, e.g. the exit slot, in conjunction.
- the Hollow profile strip is particularly easy and fast in the valve seat channel can be used and stored there with a press fit, so it does not matter when handling the sealing device can fall out of the valve seat channel.
- the lock valve tape expediently protrudes out of the valve seat channel and is slightly compressed during assembly to the concrete surface, resulting in a defined valve seat results.
- the hollow profile band has e.g. narrow walls and / or Longitudinal edges, which are located on associated walls of the valve seat channel support and the press fit of the hollow profile strip Ensure in the valve seat channel.
- the hollow profile strip has, for example, at least two angled Longitudinal walls, between a bottom wall and a ceiling wall are arranged, and each one Have buckling area, which is a predetermined bending point when squeezed forms.
- sealing lips are after Assembly of the hollow profile strip in the valve seat channel against the Side walls of the valve seat channel pressed (press fit).
- the Sealing lips provide a kind of labyrinth seal for a particularly high sealing effect of the hollow profile strip against penetration of material from the outside into the passageway.
- the Hollow profile strip is profiled in such a way that it depends on the sealing material, which is introduced into the injection passageway and for example, via the outlet opening from the injection channel emerges, is compressible so that the press fit become permeable to the sealing material.
- the hollow profile strip further has inside at least two opposing mecanical tivastützwandungen, expediently also each have a kink.
- schistützwandungen weaker than the side walls formed.
- the top wall of the valve hollow profile is after a special Embodiment of the invention in cross-section channel-shaped concave and forms at least in the area of Outlet opening a gutter.
- Under a pressure load of Sealing material lowers the ceiling wall particularly far down and pulls the edge areas to the center, so that the valve seat edges and sealing lips between the valve hollow profile and the side walls of the valve seat channel for sealing material become permeable.
- the invention further relates to a sealing device for sealing joints between concrete joints, in particular under Use of a sealing device described above, with an injection channel body with an injection channel for introducing sealing material, wherein the injection channel at least one outlet opening for the sealing material has, a masking tape, the penetration of material through the exit opening in the injection channel prevents and a swelling tape, wherein the masking tape with the swelling tape is formed in one piece.
