- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Drehteller (23) zum Drehen des Behälters (2) samt aufgelegter Deckel-/Spannring-Einheit (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehteller (23) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehteller (23) mittels einer Rampe (38) in drei verschiedenen Vertikalpositionen festlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein einem Sensor zugeordneter Anschlag (44) zum Erfassen der umfänglichen Ausrichtung des Spannringverschlusses (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb des Deckels (13) eine, vorzugsweise gegen eine Federkraft verschieblich gelagerte, Zentrier- und Niederhalteplatte (45) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Spannring (12) umgebender, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen über ca. 270° geschlossener, Haltering (48) vorgesehen ist, in dem der Spannring (12) in seiner Offenstellung reibschlüssig gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Splintvorrichtung (50) zum Einbringen eines Splints (51) in eine Öffnung (16') des Spannhebels (16) vorgesehen ist, wobei zum Vorschub eines mehrere, miteinander verbundene Splinte (51) umfassenden Splintbandes (59) bzw. zum Einbringen eines vom Splintband (59) vereinzelten Splints (51) in die Öffnung (16') des Spannhebels (16) eine Vorschubeinrichtung (52) und zum Vereinzeln eines Splints (51) vom Splintband (59) eine Schneidvorrichtung (65) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Splintvorrichtung (50) zur Führung des Splintbandes (59) bzw. des vereinzelten Splints (59) einen Vorschub- bzw. Führungskanal (64) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Splintvorrichtung (50) als Vorschubeinrichtung (52) ein Linearantrieb mit einem am Splintband (59) formschlüssig angreifenden Eingriffsteil (56) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Linearantrieb ein Pneumatikzylinder (53) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffsteil (56) federnd gelagert ist und auf seiner dem Splintband (59) zugewandten Seite (62) bei einer Bewegung des Eingriffsteils (56) entgegen der Vorschubrichtung (58) abgeschrägt ist, so dass bei einer Bewegung des Eingriffsteils (56) entgegen der Vorschubrichtung (58) keine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Eingriffsteil (56) und dem Splintband (59) vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (65) ein in einer Kulissenführung (69) verschiebbar gelagertes Schneidmesser (66) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulissenführung (69) zum Verschieben des Schneidmessers (66) in Schneidrichtung einen zumindest teilweise schräg zur Vorschubrichtung (58) des Splintbandes (59) verlaufenden Kulissenkanal (69'') aufweist.

- Verfahren zum Verschließen eines eimerförmigen Behälters (2), insbesondere eines Hobbocks, mit einem Deckel (11) durch Spannen eines Spannrings (12) mit einem einen Spannhebel (16) aufweisenden Spannringverschluss (17), wobei zunächst ein Deckel (13) mit dem Spannring (12) mit geschlossenem Spannringverschluss (17) auf einem oberen Behälterrand aufgesetzt wird, danach der Spannringverschluss (17) mittels eines Betätigungshebels (20) geöffnet wird und eine Relativbewegung von Spannring (12) und Deckel (13) zum Behälter (2) herbeigeführt wird, so dass der Spannring (12) den oberen Behälterrand umgibt, und anschließend der Spannringverschluss (17) geschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannringverschluss (17) unter Herstellung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dem Spannhebel (16) des Spannringverschlusses (17) und einem Eingriffsteil (21) des Betätigungshebels (20) mittels einer Schwenkbewegung des Betätigungshebels (20) geöffnet und geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2), nachdem der Deckel (11) mit geschlossenem Spannring (12) auf dem oberen Behälterrand aufgelegt wurde, über einen Drehteller (23) von einer unteren Auflagestellung in einer Ausrichtstellung gehoben wird und anschließend der Behälter (2) gemeinsam mit einer aus Deckel (11) und geschlossenem Spannring (12) bestehenden Deckel/Spannring-Einheit (10) verdreht wird, bis der Spannringverschluss (17) über einen Sensor in einer Eingriffsstellung erfasst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehteller (23) in eine Öffnungsstellung gehoben wird, sobald der Spannringverschluss (17) in der Eingriffsstellung erfasst wird, und der Betätigungshebel (20) von einer Wartestellung in eine Eingriffsstellung verschwenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffsteil (21) nach dem Verschwenken des Betätigungshebels (20) in die Eingriffsstellung in Richtung des frei auskragenden Endes des Spannhebels (16) verschoben wird, so dass der Eingriffsteil (21) in einer den Spannhebel (16) umfassenden formschlüssigen Eingriffsstellung vorliegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (20) in eine Öffnungsstellung überführt wird, nachdem der Eingriffsteil (21) in seine Eingriffsstellung verschoben wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehteller (23) nach dem Öffnen des Betätigungshebels (20) von der Öffnungsstellung in eine obere Schließstellung verschoben wird, in welcher ein unterer Steg des Spannrings (12) zuverlässig über eine Bördelung (13) am oberen Behälterrand verschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (20) in der Schließstellung des Drehtellers (23) zum Schließen des Spannringverschlusses (17) in die Eingriffsstellung zurückbewegt wird und der Eingriffsteil (21) zum Freigeben der formschlüssigen Verbindung vom frei auskragenden Ende des Spannhebels (16) wegverschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (20) nach dem Freigeben der formschlüssigen Verbindung in eine Wartestellung verschwenkt wird, die mit der Öffnungsstellung ident ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Einbringen eines Splints (51) in eine Öffnung (16') des Spannhebels (16) ein mehrere, miteinander verbundene Splinte (51) umfassendes Splintband (59) in Richtung der Öffnung (16') des Spannhebels (16) vorgeschoben wird und vor dem Einbringen eines ersten Splints (51) des Splintbandes (59) in die Öffnung (16') des Spannhebels (16) zumindest der erste Splint (51) von dem übrigen Splintband (59) getrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Splint (51) senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung (58) vom Splintband (59) geschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 34 oder 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschub des Splintbandes (59) mittels einer formschlüssigen Verbindung erfolgt.
