Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Spinn-Texturieren synthetischer Fäden, bei welchem die Fäden aus einem aufgeschmolzenen Polymer gesponnen und nach einer ersten Behandlung texturiert werden, wobei die Fäden vor der Erstbehandlung einer vorbestimmten Anspinnstrecke durchlaufen. Um in Abhängigkeit vom vorgelegten Polymer und/oder herzustellenden Fadentyp eine optimale Prozesseinstellung zu erhalten, wird gemäß dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren die Anspinnstrecke in Abhängigkeit vom Polymer und Fadentyp auf ein vorbestimmtes Niveau geändert. Hierbei umfasst die Erstbehandlung der Fäden zumindest ein Präparieren und ein Abziehen der Fäden.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Spinn-Texturieren synthetischer Fäden mit einer Spinneinrichtung (1) zum Schmelzspinnen der Fäden aus einem Polymer, mit einer Texturiereinrichtung (16) zum Texturieren der Fäden, mit mehreren Behandlungseinrichtungen (9, 12, 14, 15, 18) zum Vor- und Nachbehandeln der Fäden und mit einer Aufwickeleinrichtung (21) zum Aufwickeln der Fäden, wobei die Behandlungseinrichtungen (9, 12, 14, 15, 18) und die Texturiereinrichtung (16) an einem unterhalb der Spinneinrichtung (1) angeordneten Maschinengestell (6) gehalten sind und wobei ein Teil der Behandlungseinrichtungen (9, 12) als eine Einlaufgruppe unmittelbar der Spinneinrichtung (1) zum Erstbehandeln und Abziehen der Fäden zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlaufgruppe der Behandlungseinrichtungen (9, 12) zur Veränderung einer Anspinnstrecke relativ zu der Spinneinrichtung (1) verstellbar an dem Maschinengestell (6) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlaufgruppe der Behandlungseinrichtungen (9, 12) an einem Träger (10) angeordnet ist und dass der Träger (10) lösbar und/oder verschiebbar an dem Maschinengestell (6) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger als ein Schlitten (10) ausgebildet ist, welche in vertikal ausgerichtete Führungsschienen (13) an dem Maschinengestell (6) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlaufgruppe der Behandlungseinrichtungen zumindest eine Präparationseinrichtung (9) und ein Abzugsmittel (12) aufweist, welche gemeinsam an dem Träger (10) gehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abzugsmittel durch eine angetriebene Abzugsrolle (12) oder durch eine angetriebene Abzugsgaletteneinheit (24) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Präparationseinrichtung (9) und der Abzugsmittel (17) mehrere Führungsmittel (8, 11) zur Führung der Fäden zugeordnet sind, welche an dem Träger (10) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Texturiereinrichtung (16) durch eine oder mehrere Texturierdüsen und zumindest einer Abkühleinrichtung (18) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Abzugsmittel (24) der Einlaufgruppe der Behandlungseinrichtungen eine Streckgaletteneinheit (15) nachgeordnet ist, welche ortsfest an dem Maschinengestell (6) gehalten ist.
- Verfahren zum Spinn-Texturieren synthetischer Fäden, bei welchem die Fäden aus einem aufgeschmolzenen Polymer gesponnen und nach einer Erstbehandlung texturiert werden, wobei die Fäden vor der Erstbehandlung eine vorbestimmte Anspinnstrecke durchlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anspinnstrecke in Abhängigkeit vom vorgelegten Polymer und/oder herzustellen Fadentyp auf ein vorbestimmtes Niveau geändert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erstbehandlung der Fäden ein Präparieren und ein Abziehen der Fäden umfasst.
