Claims (5)
- Manipulateur pour une poche de coulée (1) d'une installation de coulée avec un bras de manipulateur (6) portant un arbre pivotant (8) pour la poche de coulée (1), barre de manipulateur réglable au moins en une direction, caractérisée en ce que la poche de coulée (1) porte une première partie (11) et le bras picotant (8) porte l'autre partie (12) d'un accouplement à enfichage (10) verrouillé par l'intermédiaire d'un cliquet élastique (13), en ce que, pour la poche de coulée (1), est prévu un support de poche (17) avec un dispositif d'accrochage (18) formé de parties de fixation appartenant, d'une part, à la poche de coulée (1) et, d'autre part, au support de poche (17), dispositif d'accrochage formé d'au moins un boulon support (20) et d'au moins une coulisse (19) recevant le boulon support (20), et en ce que, à la position d'accrochage, limitée par une butée, de la poche de coulée (1), la partie d'accouplement (11) appartenant à la poche de coulée (1) présente une direction d'accouplement coïncidant avec la direction de réglage du bras de manipulateur (6), tandis que la coulisse (19) du dispositif d'accrochage (18), servant à supporter le boulon support (20), s'étend transversalement par rapport à cette direction.

- Manipulateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'accouplement (11), appartenant à la poche de coulée (1), est formée d'un appendice d'enfichage, ayant la forme d'un tronc de pyramide et s'engageant dans un logement d'enfichage, en forme de tronc de pyramide, de l'autre partie d'accouplement (12) qui, dans la zone des côtés de pyramide, présente des billes (15) sollicitées par ressort, billes s'engageant dans une gorge périphérique (16), à section transversale cunéiforme, de l'appendice d'enfichage.
- Manipulateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les parties de fixation du dispositif d'accrochage (18) présentent, entre la poche de coulée (1) et le support de poche (17), au moins un boulon de butée (21) et une coulisse (22), recevant le boulon de butée (21).
- Manipulateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le support de poche (17) est équipé d'au moins deux dispositifs d'accrochage (18), chacun pour une poche de coulée (1).
