Claims (10)
- Falzmaschine mit wenigstens einem Messerwellenpaar, dessen Messerwellen (22, 24) in einer Arbeitsstellung parallel zueinander zwischen zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Seitenwänden (18, 20) der Falzmaschine (10) gelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messerwellen (22, 24) in einer Kassette (28) gelagert sind, die durch eine bedienerseitige Seitenwand (20) aus einer Einschubsstellung, in der sich die Messerwellen (22, 24) in ihrer Arbeitsstellung befinden, in eine Auszugstellung verschiebbar ist, in der sich die Messerwellen (22, 24) außerhalb der Falzmaschine (10) befinden.
- Falzmaschine nach Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kassette (28) in einer Schublade (30) angeordnet ist, die durch die bedienerseitige Seitenwand (20) einschiebbar und herausziehbar ist.
- Falzmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kassette (28) eine antriebsseitige Stirnwand (34) und eine bedienerseitige Stirnwand (36) aufweist, die im Abstand zueinander angeordnet und durch wenigstens eine Traverse (38, 40) miteinander verbunden sind, und dass die Messerwellen (22, 24) an den Stirnwänden (18, 20) durch Lagereinrichtungen (42, 44, 46, 48) gelagert sind.
- Falzmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagereinrichtungen (42, 44, 46, 48) wenigstens einer Messerwelle (22, 24) zur Einstellung des Spaltes zwischen den Messerwellen (22, 24) verstellbar sind.
- Falzmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die antriebsseitigen Lagereinrichtungen (46, 48) in der antriebseitigen Stirnwand (34) drehbar gelagert sind, durch diese hindurchgehen und mit einem Antrieb verbindbar sind.
- Falzmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Stirnwänden (36) ein in Richtung der antriebseitigen Stirnwand (34) vorstehender Passstift (50) angebracht ist, der in der Einschubstellung in eine Zentrieröffung in der bedienerseitigen Seitenwand (20) der Falzmaschine (10) eingreift.
- Falzmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Messerwellen (22, 24) Werkzeughalter (26) lösbar befestigt sind und auf den Messerwellen (22, 24) eine sich in Längsrichtung der Messerwellen (22, 24) erstreckende Maßeinteilung (52) vorgesehen ist.
- Falzmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maßeinteilung (52) in die Messerwellen (22, 24) eingraviert ist.
- Messerwelle für eine Falzmaschine, mit einem länglichen Wellenkörper, auf dem Werkzeughalter (26) lösbar befestigt sind, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf dem Wellenkörper (23) angebrachte Maßeinteilung (52), die sich in Längsrichtung des Wellenkörpers (23) erstreckt.
- Messerwelle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maßeinteilung (52) in den Wellenkörper (23) eingraviert ist.
