Claims (7)
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung zum Betrachten von Oberflächen zu ihr weisender Ofenwände, wobei die Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine Kameravorrichtung (8) in einem wärmeisolierten Behälter (3) untergebracht ist, eine Spiegelfläche (2) an der Außenseite des wärmeisolierten Behälters (3) angeordnet ist und ein an der Spiegelfläche (2) reflektiertes Bild einer Ofenwandfläche durch die Kameravorrichtung erfasst wird, wobei dem wärmeisolierten Behälter (3) kein Kühlwasser von außerhalb des Ofens zugeführt wird und er keine mit ihm verbundenen Stromleitungen oder Signaladern hat, der wärmeisolierte Behälter (3) einen Mantel (5), der mit einer Flüssigkeit mit Wärmeaufnahmevermögen gefüllt ist, und ferner ein Wärmesioliermaterial (4) hat, das ihn an der Außenseite abdeckt, die Spiegelfläche zwei Spiegelflächen (2a, 2b) in unterschiedlichen Winkeln aufweist und die Spiegelflächen Oberflächen der zu ihnen weisenden Ofenwände reflektieren und die Spiegelfläche die Oberfläche eines Behälters (11) aufweist, der Kühlwasser in seinem Inneren enthält.
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im wärmeisolierten Behälter (3) ein drahtloser Sender (18) untergebracht ist, ein drahtloser Empfänger (21) und ein Datenschreiber (30) außerhalb des Ofens angeordnet sind und durch die Kameravorrichtung (8) erfasste Informationen vom drahtlosen Sender (18) zum drahtlosen Empfänger (21) gesendet und am Datenschreiber (30) aufgezeichnet werden.
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im wärmeisolierten Behälter (3) ein Datenschreiber (30) untergebracht ist und durch die Kameravorrichtung (8) erfasste Informationen im Datenschreiber (30) aufgezeichnet werden.
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenschreiber (30) auch Positionsinformationen der Kameravorrichtung (8) innerhalb des Ofens aufzeichnet.
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch Erfassen eines Bilds bei gleichzeitigem Bewegen der Kameravorrichtung in Tiefenrichtung des Ofens und Aufzeichnen der erfassten Daten im Datenschreiber (30).
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenschreiber (30) mehrere durch Erfassen eines Bilds erhaltene erfasste Daten kombiniert, um ein Bild eines breiten Bereichs in Tiefenrichtung des Ofens zu erhalten.
- Ofenwand-Betrachtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Ofenwänden um Ofenwände einer Verkokungskammer eines Koksofens handelt und dass der wärmeisolierte Behälter (3) und die Spiegelfläche (2) an einem Ausdrücker (43) des Koksofens angeordnet sind.
