Claims (8)
- 冷却用空気の導入部とその冷却用空気が冷却に供せられた後、排出される排出部とを有する筺体と、この筺体内の上記排出部近傍に収納される撮像装置とを有し、
上記撮像装置は、
撮像素子と、
吸熱面側が上記撮像素子本体の周囲を取り囲んだ状態で配置されるプレート状の熱電冷却素子と、
上記撮像素子本体と上記熱電冷却素子の吸熱面側との隙間を埋める熱伝導体と、
上記熱電冷却素子の放熱面側に形成された冷却フィンとを一体化してなることを特徴とする炉内観察装置。 - 上記撮像装置が筒状の断熱部を介して上記筺体内に収納され、この断熱部外壁と上記筺体内壁との間に冷却用空気を流すための冷却通路が形成されている請求項1記載の炉内観察装置。
- 上記筺体内壁に断熱材が貼着されている請求項2記載の炉内観察装置。
- 上記筺体の前面において上記撮像素子のレンズと対向する位置に観察窓が設けられ、この観察窓が、耐熱ガラスと赤外線吸収フィルタと赤外線反射フィルタとの積層体から構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炉内観察装置。
- 上記冷却フィンの外周部が上記筒状の断熱部によって閉塞され、各冷却フィンの隙間が冷却空気を流すための第二の冷却通路を構成している請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の炉内観察装置。
- 上記筒状の断熱部における冷却用空気の流れの下流側に、上記第二の冷却通路を通過した冷却用空気の流れを上記観察窓側に向けて方向転換する方向転換部が形成されている請求項5記載の炉内観察装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の炉内観察装置を、コークス炉に配置される押出ラムのラムビームに設置したことを特徴とする炉内観察装置付き押出ラム。
- 上記ラムビームに敷設された断熱配管内に、冷却用空気を上記炉内観察装置に供給するホースと、上記撮像素子および熱電冷却素子に電源を供給するとともに撮影画像を出力するためのケーブルと、上記熱電冷却素子の温度制御を行うための制御信号を送信するケーブルが収納されている請求項7記載の炉内観察装置付き押出ラム。
