Claims (3)
- 炉壁に形成された開口に設置され、炉外から炉内を監視するための炉内覗き窓構造であって、
前記開口に取り付けられる筒状のケーシングに、炉外側から順に、監視に必要な波長の光線を透過させる窓材、炉内に向けて貫通する覗き穴を有する覗き部材、および、前記覗き穴を炉内側に対して開閉するシャッターが装着され、
前記覗き穴は、炉外側から炉内側に向かって面積が拡大する円錐台形または角錐台形であり、
前記シャッターは、円柱状の開口部を有し、前記開口部は、前記覗き穴の円錐台形または角錐台形の広がり角度を延長した空間よりも大きい径を有することを特徴とする、炉内覗き窓構造。 - 前記シャッターは、前記覗き部材の炉内側の面に連続して配置され、前記ケーシング内をスライド可能であり、炉内を監視する際には前記開口部を前記覗き穴と同心位置とし、監視しないときには、前記開口部を前記覗き穴の位置からずらすことにより、前記覗き部材の炉内側と炉外側とを気密に遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炉内覗き窓構造。
- 前記覗き部材と前記窓材との間に、パージガスが供給されるパージ空間が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の炉内覗き窓構造。
